Minta Apartments

I had a fantastic week staying at this lovely hotel in Dalyan. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, but the highlight was the host, who was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very well looked after and really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalyan, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Lovely quiet setting. Very clean with a lovely pool area and small bar offering food and drinks. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and we loved meeting the family. We were even invited to share a slice of chocolate cake to celebrate his birthday. The apartment does have air conditioning in the bedroom however it may have helped to also have a fan.

Basic but clean.

Main issue was a wrong description. It said 2 twin beds, 1 queen and 1 sofa. At the end it was only one bedroom wuth a queen bed and 2 sofa beds. We have already seen it in Turkey that the appartment descriptions are not correct. It was a roof appartment and ver hot. Only one part has a/c so i would never rent it in the summer. Was really hard to carry all the stuff upstairs.

The Manager was exceptionally helpful. We received a very warm welcome.

The rooms would benefit renovations.

The owner, Ali, was extremely accommodating and supportive throughout my stay. His wife was also incredibly friendly and went out of her way to help with any issues or requests I had. Their kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

The property is quite dated Cleaning of the apartment although on the surface looked reasonably tidy but could have been more thorough cleaned especially the bathroom.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The pool and the lounge area are nice to chill. It is walking distance to the center. It was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great

A small apartment located in a residential area. 15 min walk to the center and near the shopping center. Staffs were friendly and accommodating.

I was expecting a washing machine/laundry is provided as shown in the amenities, but had to pay TL100 for washing my clothes. There were also no bath soap and shampoo. And aircon was not working properly.

The staffs are nice and welcoming. The breakfast options are great, and even had a nice dessert. Accessible to the boat trips (3 min walk), restaurants and city center. Recommended for a solo traveler and max two days to stay if you’re planning to get a boat trip and roam around the area.

It doesn’t have a lift so if you’re carrying a luggage, it would be a hassle.

Von einer Familie geführtes Apartment Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen und wurden trotzdem persönlich von Herrn Ali, dem Besitzer des Apartments, empfangen. Obwohl es schon sehr spät war, hat er uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, türkischen Mokka für uns gemacht und sich erkundigt, wie unsere Reise war. Er hat uns unser Zimmer gezeigt und uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, angekommen zu sein. Er sagte uns, dass wir uns jederzeit melden können, falls wir etwas brauchen oder Fragen haben. Das Besondere ist die familiäre Atmosphäre: Die ganze Familie ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit bereit, Informationen zu geben oder zu unterstützen. Das Apartment ist sauber, schön und sehr angenehm. Man fühlt sich dort nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie zu Hause. Diese persönliche Betreuung war einfach fantastisch. Vielen Dank an Herrn Ali, seine liebe Frau und die ganze Familie. bis bald und jederzeit immer wieder🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Nagyon jó helyen,a városközponthoz közeli találhato az appartman.A tulajdonos, Ali és családja rendkívül kedves és segítőkész.Dalyant azoknak ajánlom akik szeretnek kirándulni, így ősszel csodálatos volt a természet sokszínűsége. Az utcák tiszták, és fantasztikus,hogy mindenki eteti a cicákat.

Amit hiányoltam,az appartman lehetne egy kicsit jobban felszerelt.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, ordentliches Zimmer, schöner Pool und Garten, alles bestens.

Es wäre gut, wenn in der Küche mehr Dinge wären wie z.B. Spülmittel, Schwamm, Salz, Öl. Wir kennen es aus anderen Ferienwohnungen, dass man solche Dinge, die man nicht so schnell aufbraucht, für die nächsten Gäste dort lässt. So haben wir es jetzt mit Spülmittel und Schwämmen gemacht.

Цена хорошая относительно в целом сильно подорожавшей Турции. Доброжелательный владелец.

Не очень чисто. Постоянный запах (внезапно) мочи отовсюду. Это не совсем отель, это скорее гестхаус, ты фактически живешь в гостях у владельца. Причем так сконфигурировано пространство, что в центре находится ресторан, в котором всегда находится сам владелец (Али) и его большая семья. И они там находятся весь день, и ты не можешь выйти поплавать, например, так как будешь это делать на виду всей этой толпы. Еще к ним часто приезжают гости и они совсем большой толпой сидят там. В общем, переночевать норм, но долго жить вряд ли. Интернет медленный и ловит только на балконе и непосредственно рядом с ним.

We enjoyed everything so much we decided to stay here more. But the price was different 'cause is was high season

it was clean and the pool was fine

you were given one toilet roll and told to buy your own at the supermarket, the rooms were very small, air con in bedroom but nothing in living room, anybody on sofa beds will roast in heat, says sleeps 3/4 not really, only just big enough for two. the main bedroom the bed was up against wall so you either crawl on top or move bed so as to get round but very tight even moving bed. the shower cubicle is a foot off the ground and very dangerous getting and out, the owners family were friendly but kept on about there villas, food was ok, but could get cheaper in town. had to take your own rubbish out and find a bin in the street to put it in,

Second time staying at Minta and I loved it again. Run by a lovely friendly family who are so helpful and kind. Top floor apartment, spotlessly clean and spacious. Big balcony, clean pool...nice small complex so sun loungers always available around it. I also like where it is, as quiet but just ten min walk from center of Dalyan, two from the nearest supermarket. I was travelling alone and felt completely secure and happy. I will return.

When not out, I read at night, so would have liked a bedside lamp.

Ali, Sadiye and family are lovely friendly hosts. Nothing was too much for them. The food which is cooked by Sadiye, was delicious. Everything is made from fresh. Apartments were spacious and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Definitely will be going back next year 😍

The owners and staff at the apartments were extremely helpful. and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were resolved quickly. A nice pool and small bar/restaurant. A 15 minute walk into the centre of the town.

A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen area would be useful.

Very nice place to stay in Dalyan with family, close to the town centre and the river, nice neighbourhood. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was big enough with lovely views from the balcony. Children loved the swimming pool.

WIFI worked well by the pool but at the apartment you need to be in a particular spot to access it. It was not a big problem for us though!

No Air conditioning in living room The apartment I got was the top floor which is not safe as I hit my head multiple times with the roof For toilet roles you have to request every time

The pool was a good size and the property was within 10-15 minutes walking distance of the centre. The cleaner was accommodating and the owners wife was very pleasant.

The facilities were very basic, and there wasn't enough kitchen items to be fully self-catering. The double bed wasn't comfortable, and the bedroom was small. Our room was cleaned once during our stay - a few more times would have been nice. The food was limited.

1.the swimming pool is too deep is not suitable for kids. My son jump to the water he almost drown.the is no life guard ,there is signs how deep the water. 2.we paid for 5 people but there are only 4 beds 3.they have restaurants but the food is expensive 4.there is only ventilation on the bedroom but not on the living room.it is very hot night time the kids can’t sleep. 5.there is WiFi but only works on the ground floor or near to the restaurant.it does not work on our rooms.generally I didn’t like it at all.I booked for 6 nights but we only stay for 3 nights.for family is not good at all.

Pool is great!

Overall it was clean, except for the dishes- there is no detergent or sponge for cleaning the dishes, so you end up with dirty dish from previous customers. There is no cutting boards for cutting bread etc...

Alis family were lovely, his wife works really hard. Great powerful shower, gardens well tended.

Had to move from first apartment due to cockroaches in bathroom. Bedding only changed once in two weeks, we had to ask for clean towels. Hole in the ceiling where expelling not fitted and had to scrub shower to get rid of mould. Generally not very clean.

It is run by a absolutely lovely family, they were so nice it made our holiday more special.

The only thing i would say is there is Kitchens in the apartments. There is a cooker, but no kitchen utensils to cook anything.

The apartments are just on the edge of the town, with a 10 minute walk to all the amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful WiFi around the pool. Pool is maintained well. Rooms are equipped with basic kitchen equipment.

Will only accept cash as payment for rooms, which isn’t made clear in the teams and conditions. Having to provide own toilet roll. Bins not emptied till day 4, when the towels and bedding are changed.

A very friendly greeting and warm welcome await at Minta - such a lovely family run the place. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are functional and have all you need. A bottle of water and a tea bag/coffee sachet would be nice, but we were able to obtain these from reception. The pool looked lovely (we didn't try it) and the shower water temp/pressure was excellent. The WiFi didn't extend to our room, so we weren't able to use that during our stay.

Only the bedroom had air-conditioning and we couldn't let it running to cool the house down while we were out. Then the bedroom got too cold and people sleeping in living room were still hot. We were 3 adults and 2 kids. So room was a bit small for us.

Very kind Helpful family . No kettle or hairdryer in room but provided for us immediately. Allowed us to move rooms, as not happy with first room. Balcony was lovely in 2nd room.

Rooms not cleaned often enough, especially when toilet paper has to be put in a bin, cleaned twice in the 16 days we were there , second time we had to ask . Very old uncomfortable bed. laundry being dried around pool area. pool area not relaxing as owners entire family and children always using the facilities and eating their meals in the bar/restaurant area.pool water not very clean . Really is very basic, dated apartments with very few facilities or furnishings in the rooms

Ali and his family were wonderful hosts. The property is very well situated and in close proximity to the centre of Dalyan.

The only thing that could have been better would have been the air conditioning. The air conditioning unit was in the bedroom only and not in the main living room.

A cosy complex of apartments on outskirts of Dalyan run by a very caring family which is extended to all their guests. We ate there on a couple of occasions and we found the food good and very reasonably priced.

We understood it to be a self catering apartment but we were disappointed with the lack of essentials eg. Only one toilet roll for week, no salt & pepper, no washing up liquid, absolutely nothing. It sounds petty but these costs can add up so be prepared and take your own.

Great location set on a quiet street but only 5 min walk to main town centre. river. shops restaurants etc Pretty surroundings..tranquil environment..had top floor apart which was awesome..kitchen bathroom bedroom and living area with 2 sofa beds.air conditioned and had balcony over looking pool.eating area.. serves breakfast snacks and evening meals Never stayed before but would def come back 10/10 for us on a self catering holiday.. Ali and his family are lovely and always available if you need them. The apartment location was perfect for us - a 10 minute walk into town but in a quiet residential area. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of room outside of the bedroom to chill out and eat. The pool was nice to swim in with lots of space around the outside and some lovely cats :) Ali really helpfully did some laundry for us and it was reasonable value at 50tl per load. The dinner we ate one night was delicious though additions like salad and beer are quite pricey. Overall the rooms are great value for money.

The breakfast was 190tl which is more than advertised on booking (6euro) and quite a bit for a breakfast plate but some people would be happy with that for the convenience. The WiFi doesn't stretch to the rooms but is strong around the bar area. We stayed five nights without cleaning - this is fine for us but it'd be helpful if someone could empty the bins (or leave some bags so we could do it ourselves). I'm sure Ali would be happy to help if we'd mentioned it but we're used to long stay airbnbs where you do this yourself anyway.

Family run and they were so friendly and helpful. The location is fairly quiet as out of the town but only a 10/15 minute walk in. Lovely pool (although it was too early to try it in April) and nice views from my spacious room. Minta provides superb value for money and is kept very clean. Thanks for the lift to the bus stop and I hope to return one day.

The hosts were brilliant and could not do enough for us. the apartment was clean and well equipped. We ordered the dinner and ate in the bar on our final evening which was an incredible meal, cooked by one of the owners. It was exceptional value for money and we wish we had eaten their sooner and more often! We will definitely look to book here next time we are in Dalyan.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Lovely host and overall Dylan as a city is worth a couple of days.

Ali the owner and his family are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and spacious we had the room cleaned and clean towels twice a week. The food and drink purchased at the restaurant was cooked by Ali's wife was very reasonable and lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Our bed could have been bigger…but that’s perhaps because we are used to sleeping in extra large double beds…
