Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta. Apartament bardzo duży. Kuchnia z jadalnią, oddzielny salon, sypialnia.

Bardzo niejasne wskazówki dojazdu. Okazało się, że by dostać klucz trzeba jechać do oddalonego kawałek hotelu. Zamówiony parking okazał sie zajęty, ale wskazano nam inny, gdzie jednak było bardzo mało wolnych miejsc. Ponieważ apartament jest w ścisłym centrum jest problem z zatrzymaniem się przy nim by rozpakować bagaże. Apartament bardzo przestronny, ale nie do końca schludny - pewnie to wina starego budownictwa i trudności w posprzątaniu. Czajnik na wodę kompletnie zakamieniony - była informacja, by posprzątać po sobie - umyć naczynia i odłożyć je, ale wydaje się, że nikt tego nie sprawdza, więc nie jest to przyjemne. Należałoby coś zrobić z klatką schodową - korytarzem, bo panuje bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach.

Ok hyggeligt, gode dyner.

The apartment is bright, spaciuos, panoramic. The style is modern but also traditional. Furniture is new. Nice toiletry products were available. The location is strategic, a few steps to the City Center. We appreciated the breakfast drinks available, such as the Chai Latte powder.

The hairdryer was broken: if you need some service you must reach the Hotel Reception, not very close. Stairs to reach the apartment are steep, a little tough to move luggage up and down.

La ubicació, a 5 minuts del centre d'Odense. La comoditat de l'apartament. I a mes, a l'hotel que està 8 minuts caminant pots deixar el cotxe aparcat de franc.

Faltaven alguns estris de cuina, i alguns no estaven gaire nets. I les escales estretes per pujar a dalt de l'apartament.

Hyggelig lejlighed, yderst centralt beliggende. Blot husk, at indtjeningen foregår på et andet hotel - hvor parkeringen også er.

Eneste ulempe MEGET støj fra gaden, ikke megen søvn da der konstant var larm mm og udrykning nedenfor.

Stor rummelig, lys og ren lejlighed med gode senge. Der var også en god seng i stuen, som var en rigtig seng, dejligt. Kommer meget gerne igen.

Der var meget lidt service i køkkenet. Der var opvaskemaskine, men man skulle hele tiden vaske op i hånden, fordi der var så få kaffekopper, glas mm. Irriterende!! Vi vidste ikke, hvad vi skulle gøre ang. affald. Der manglede lidt information. Måske andre i opgangen heller ikke vidste det, for der stod lugtende skraldeposer i opgangen i flere dage

Great location, large apartment. Checking in was a process and required going to another location to obtain key. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was very noisy at night, lots of groups of people walking past throughout the night. There were a set of benches outside the building and people hung out there. The hotel provided ear plugs and in the middle of the night we understood why.

The apartment is several blocks from the hotel and near the pedestrian streets of the old town and Hans Christian Andersen sites. There is a great bakery for breakfast Danish pastries (opens at 7 AM) and a fotex grocery 2 blocks from the apartment.

The street noise from revelers at night on weekends can be annoying. The apartment provides earplugs. There are 17 steep stairs to climb to the apartment which isn't that bad unless you have a heavy suitcase or two.

Lejligheden ligger centralt, men i rolige omgivelser. Kan helt sikkert anbefales.

L'hyoer centre a du bon mais pas mal d'inconvénient. Nous étions dans l'appartement 352 Le lit est très grand mais sous une pente de toiture.

Le logement est en hypercentre entouré de zone vélo ou piétonne et pas d'emplacement pour se garer sur une longue période d'autant qu'il faut aller chercher les clés a plus de 300m. Donc avec des valises, c'est compliqué. Attention, un parking payant sur Google à proximité est une arnaque. Il n'existe pas et vous allez traverser des zones interdites aux voitures (l'établissement n'y est pour rien). Le logement est dans un vieil immeuble sans ascenseur et avec un escalier étroit. Quand nous sommes arrivés les lumières étaient allumées et le lave vaisselle non vidé mais ouvert. C'est dommage de ne pas pousser le détail au regard du tarif. La salle de bain est propre mais les canalisations sentent excessivement mauvais. Le lieu de villégiature est au-dessus des restaurants, les bruits et les odeurs liés aux activités peuvent gêner le repos (sortie du verre après 22h30 et livraison avant 6h).

Ruim appartement!

Er was 's nachts enorm veel herrie op straat.

Placeringen var rigtig god, det var nemt at komme rundt til det hele.

Der var ikke gjort ordentlig rent, der var bl.a. hår i badet og ikke støvsuget særlig godt. Der manglede flere ting i køkkenet, der var kun et låg til tre gryder, ingen saks, ingen grydeskeer. Inventaret i køkkenet kunne bruge en opdatering

I had to pick up the key somewhere else

The location was excellent, exactly in the city center and the apartment was spacious and had all the facilities for a family to stay there.

The decoration was old and the carpet as well, looking very dirty and unhealthy to walk barefoot. We were staying at the last floor and the apartment was very hot and humid. The water in the shower smelled very bad and it made us very uncomfortable as hygiene in such places should be a priority.!

Tienes que desplazarte a un hotel principal para recoger las llaves, aunque no está lejos. La casa es amplia, cómoda y bien equipada, pero tienes que subir las maletas por escalera a una altura de unos 3 pisos. La cama es cómoda y la cocina amplia. Está en el centro

Tienes que subir escaleras con las maletas. No es un lugar cómodo para ir con coche. Tienes que buscar un parking dónde dejarlo, ya que los que tienes en la zona únicamente dejan entre 30 y 60 minutos para aparcar. Por la mañana hay ruido de los camiones de limpieza por la calle.

The reception staff were really helpful, giving us maps and advice. The apartment was really central and had character. The bedding and towels were nice

The parking/reception was a walk away and the apartment was up several flights of steps. It was at times a bit noisy. Tea and coffee were provided but no milk

A bit loud on Friday night . It is on the top floor without lift, so it is a bit uncomfortable with heavy luggage.

This apartment is in a great location for walking to museums, restaurants and coffee shops. A full grocery store is a short walk away. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to prepare a light supper and breakfast. Coffee shop below!

Not a problem, but we picked up the key a couple blocks away. Parking is also a few blocks away, but you can pull up to the door to unload. Unit is up one flight of stairs. Again this is ok for us, but the carpet on the stairs is very dirty and smelly. Once inside, everything was a bit dated, but really good for us.

Location is perfect, nearby all city major attractions. The house is old/historic and it add additional value to the location. The towels and bed was clean

The key transfer didn’t went smooth. In the common stairs area it smells like garbage badly. The Appartment fit out, appliance, kitchen is old and pretty worn out. It definitely required renovation. I think that this is quite high price for this quality of Appartment fit out

Classy retro and spacious apartment on the second floor- lots of light, great views of the old part of the city out of the windows and wonderful breezes in late summer! Highlight of our Denmark adventure. Also right next door to Den Gamle Kro!!! FANTASTIC - helpful/friendly - Apartment office staff (Patrick (:). Comfy beds! Great/safe/inexpensive parking for the car.

6 AM garbage pickup on Wed AM!! (not so good with open windows). Car was parked a little far to be able to go back and forth to it conveniently during the 1 day visit to Odense. We parked it at the City Hotel office where you pick up the keys. If guests could some how leave the keys in the room to check out without having to go back to the office that would help a lot!

Nice, big appartment with kitchen. Good bed.

Carpets in living room and bed room. Not ideal if you are allergic for dust mites. Shower and starways need some renovation.

Location at the very heart of Odense, very helpful and kind staff at hotel Nattergalen, very clean, very good beds, well equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 guests (although we did not do any cooking or in-house dining), available tea and coffee.

Make sure to report at City Hotel Nattergalen and do not follow the directions in the Booking.com map, like I did..... They will hand you instructions and the key first. This was not clear upon booking or confirmation and cost me about 1 hour to sort out after a long day of travelling. The apartment itself was a little worn and smelled a little moldy upon entering, but comfortable enough.

well I have to say that the cleanliness of the apartment was terrible, upon arrival... there were greasy pots, all the utensils not cleaned well, I had to wash everything. Luckily there was a small dishwasher, but there was no dishwashing detergent, nor was there any courtesy service such as coffee, sugar, and bathroom accessories, apart from the fact that the bathroom wasn't clean either. .we stayed there for five days but the apartment was never cleaned, I had to go and ask if they could send someone to change the towels etc. in short (we will never choose this structure again! welcome and cleaning service (zero).

Good location , enough space , good breakfast

Not very clean , bed liners and pillows dirty( fortunately, sheets were clean). The apartment is old and not clean, one of the bed was nearly broken and not confortable. The location is nice but very noisy , it is impossible to sleep. We don't recommand and it has been the worse night of our stay in Denmark

We lived in the top floor, with amazing view to the city center. Sitting on the balcony was so cozy - you really don’t want to leave! The bedroom was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. We took breakfast and never regretted it- it was so tasty! The reception team was so so helpful and smiling!! The parking for the car was very cheap and convenient

Terrible sewage smell coming out of the bathroom

Location was excellent

There was a very strong musty smell in the apartment upon entry. We had to open all the windows to air it out. We had to close the windows at night due to noise and the smell returned. Our whole family noticed the smell and we had to check out early the next morning because of this odour. I sent an email to manager and he told me it had been cleaned and didn’t smell offering a discount on a future stay. I would have rather had a refund as this was the worst stay in 3 weeks in Scandinavia. I was very disappointed that this was as expensive as it was for what we got.
