Reviewed Jul 8, 2026يوجد رائحة مجاري في دورة المياة شقه 401الغرفه الماستر والفرش والأثاث قديم وبعد الشكوى للاستقبال تم تغيير إلى شقه 301 فرشها جديد مع العم اني سألت الموظف قبل استلام الشقه هل الأثاث والفرش جديد وبلغني انه جديد وفي الدور الرابع تجربه لن تتكرر في هذا المكان

There are couple of things 1. The female receptionist did not understand english and was took long time for check in process. Almost she took 45mints for check in. 2. I got the room with broken toilet seat cover and when i checked out and left then hotel then male receptionist was very rude talking with me over the phone even thought i did not broke any thing and before leaving hotel myself cleaned complete apartment as good person. This is the advice to every one whoever take any room in this hotel ensure you check everything in your room. Also keep minimum 30 to 45mints for checkin and checkout process.

مكتوب في ملحقات الشقه توفر مايكرويف وغساله لكن تفاجأنا انه مافيه وطلبناهم والغساله مالها تسليك وتعبنا واحنا نغسل وقبل اخر يوم طلبنا مناشف لأننا خمس اشخاص وهم بس يحطوا منشفتين والموظف يوم 10 يونيو قال عندكم قلت استخدمناها وطلب من العامل يطلب المناشف هل هذا تعامل فندقي بالله ؟ عيب عليه ليه شايفنا حرامية مناشف ياخي من زينها قديمه واحنا اضطرينا ولا مانستخدم مناشفكم الخايسه . شوفوا صورة المنشفه الملكية الي خايفين عليها تنسرق. .

لا يوجد افياش كهرباء اناره الكوميدينا لا تعمل باب الحمال لا يقفل بالشكل الصحيح عدم نطافه الموكيت ورائحته سيئه وعدم توفر حذاء .. مكان المرئاه داخل المكتب .. بصفه عامه المكان سيئ جدا على السعر الذي تم دفعه
