Reviewed Aug 25, 2026This is a property with an excellent location. Close proximity to Al Rashid Mall and fairly close to Mall of Dhahran as well. Have stayed here previously as well.
Was saddned to see that the apartment wasn't maintained. No cleanliness of the apartment we stayed at this time around. Cockroaches in the washroom and leaking faucets. The swimming pool wasn't functional either. Hard to see them grow if these standards are maintained. Their biggest plus is the location, they could shine again if they upped their cleanliness and maintenence.

Reviewed May 24, 2026We would like to thank all the hotel staff for their warm welcome and kind hospitality. A special thanks to Reem, she was very helpful, cooperative, and sweet 💖💖 as well as the hotel owner 💖. They also helped us arrange amazing tours through their connections with travel companies. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel room was a bit small since we are a family of 5, but they used every space in the hotel very wisely and efficiently ✔️

The lady receptioniat assigned at the reception at noon time isn't welcoming and with kind of attitude. I came at past 1pm and she said that the room is not available. I told her that the property confirmed to my request of early arrival and i showed the emaik but she rudely said "i told you to wait". A front desk officer should ve train to welcome the guests with hospitality.
