Reviewed Aug 6, 2026الفندق فاق توقعاتي حجزت جناح من غرفتين حجم كوين ، هي بالحقيقه مكونه من ثلاث غرف لأن الغرفه الثالثه صغيره عباره عن سرير واحد فردي للخادمه وممكن تستخدمها لأحد الأطفال فيها 3 حمامات بكامل عدتها من مناشف وشامبوهات وسلبر الصاله كانت فوق تصوري واااااسعه جدا وكأنك في قصر ، أرضيتها باركيه وطاولة الطعام فاخره بكامل طقمها تكفي لأكثر من 8 أشخاص المطبخ كبير ومستقل وفيه أواني متكامله وغسالة ملابس أوتوماتك اللوبي واسع وكنا نجلس فيه ونتقهوا الفندق عندهم كل الخدمات مطاعم وبقالات فيه خدمه مجانيه للاستقبال والتوصيل من وإلى المطار عند التواصل معهم مباشره السعر مقابل هالفخامه وخدمات التوصيل يعتبر جدا رخيص أرجع وأقول الصاله كانت مكان للاستجمام خصوصا مع الشاشه الكبيره والنظام الصوتي البطل
التكييف مركزي وبارد في عز الصيف وممتاز جدا لكن عرفة الماستر كان يلحقها الظهر عدم كفاءه بالتبريد ، يعني لازم تقفل الستاره المعتمه عشان تحافظ ماتدخل أي حراره لغرفة الماستر فقط وهذا يبدو بكل الأجنحت لأني سكنت مرتين بنفس نوع الجناح لكن مختلفين بالأدوار وكلهم كانت نفس الاشكاليه

The fact that they are hard to talk to, they dont speak English, they are not helpful. What's written on the booking.com is not true. They dont have free shuttle. Which is the reason for i booked them. They staff are not accommodating and doesnt care. They also fight with me.
