Mistral-Patmos

We had the middle apartment - it was a beautifully decorated room in a sea theme as was the outdoors space which boasted a side view to the sea. It was an extremely comfortable and peaceful place. It was clean and the cleaning staff attended every day when we were out. Georgios was a lovely man, our host, who brought us from the ferry and back again, helped us organise a car and gave advice on where to eat and the shortcuts into town and to the beach. If we could give 11/10 we would give it because of Georgios. The shower was huge and was a real pleasure to step into to it. There were nice little touches like coffee, tea, orange juice cartons, jam and honey and other surprises. We just felt so welcome. If you enjoy hiking, as I do you, can walk from the apartment up to Chora and the famous monastery in about 50 minutes via the old byzantine path.

It is a bit hilly for my wife but then this is Greece, we expected it and coped well despite our advancing years.

Yatağınızdan bile izleyebiliyorsunuz. Dalga sesleri size huzur veriyor. Deniz ve şehir merkezi çok yakın. Konum mükemmel. Ev çok temiz ve eşyalar çok yeni ve kullanışlı. Size yemeniz içmeniz için bırakılan malzemeler ve ikramlarda ayrı bir sürpriz. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

Beautiful ocean sunset view. Well stocked kitchen with nice complimentary items like water bottles, bread, jam, honey, cream, tea, coffee. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Host was very attentive and helpful.

Little loud with scooters passing by but pretty quiet at night.

We LOVED our room with a beautiful view at Mistral and George was a wonderful host. He offered to pick us up from the port as we came in late in the evening. Would highly recommend to stay there and we will definitely come back when we return to beautiful Patmos.

Das Mistral Patmos liegt ganz entspannt am Ortsrand, nur etwa 10 Fußminuten vom Zentrum und Hafen entfernt. Dort findet man jede Menge Tavernen und ein paar richtig schicke Modeshops. Von den Seaview-Zimmern hat man einen super Blick aufs Meer, das nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt ist. Abends kann man dann auf dem Balkon oder direkt am Meer traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Das Bett ist bequem, die Klimaanlage ist gut platziert und stört beim Schlafen überhaupt nicht, und alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter und Verdunklung. Giorgios und Alexandra, unsere Hosts, sind unglaublich nett und haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Fazit: Preis-Leistung stimmt! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen.

Very good location with friendly welcome

Estaba en un buen área cerca de la playa. Llegué un día antes y me recibieron. Tiene el mejor panorama que he visto de un hotel. Persona muy amable, super honesta, bien respetuosa y el lugar estaba muy bien organizado y limpio.

La struttura ha una posizione ottima, leggermente fuori dal porto principale in una zona tranquilla, ma basta scendere delle scale e ci si ritrova al centro. Sempre lì vicino c’è un parcheggio libero dove si trova sempre posto. La nostra stanza era ben arredata e la pulizia (giornaliera) sempre impeccabile. Tutti i giorni ci lasciavano dolci, frutta o bevande. George è super disponibile, ci ha anche chiamato per sapere se andasse tutto bene. Suo padre ci è venuto a prendere al porto il giorno in cui siamo arrivate e ci ha riportato alla partenza. La colazione sul terrazzino con vista mare è stata una delle cose più belle della nostra vacanza. Ci siamo sentite a casa, consiglio assolutamente!

Posizione ottima fuori pochi centinaia di metri da Skala ma comodissima a tutti i servizi. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile dal momento della prenotazione fino al termine della vacanza, appartamento spazioso molto pulito dotato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare tutto per la colazione ed ogni giorno ci hanno fornito frutta e altro per la colazione.

Very nicely decorated, great view, pretty sunny through the afternoon, comfortable mattress, equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. The host was great, polite and really helpful

I stayed here for just one night on a business trip, but it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming—they made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view was an added bonus. The location couldn't have been better. It was just a short distance from Skala, where I enjoyed great food and drinks, and I even had time for a quick swim before leaving. Although my visit was short, it left a lasting impression. I will definitely make sure to come back and stay for a few more days next time!

Location is very close to the center like less than 10 mins by waking.

You have to climb a hill which is not a problem if you have strong physical condition but still a challenge with your luggages. You need a taxi to get to the port. But the owner picked us up from the port.

De haal en breng service, de extra attenties zoals fruit en water. Als je je instelt op een basic appartement is het voldoende. Geen luxe. Afstand naar centrum is erg prettig.

Ons appartement was vrij donker. De airco voldoet niet echt meer, erg vies. Gelukkig hadden wij hem niet nodig. Veel katten waardoor het terras niet erg schoon was.

Grosszügige Wohnung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Transfer ab/bis Hafen inbegriffen. Kaffee, Wasser und Zutaten für das erste Frühstück da. Mit Host nur per WhatsApp komuniziert. Sehr schnelle Antworten.

Très bel appartement. Très agréable avec de belles vues sur Chora et la mer. Ménage fait tous les jours. Très fonctionnel. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !☺️

Fantastic location! Our host Giorgos was very friedly and helpful. The accomodation was really very nicely equiped and the view was wonderful! We loved it!

Perfect stay. Large apartment, large patio with beautiful view, comfortable bed, good WiFi. Super friendly hosts. Constant breeze through the windows meant that I never needed the AC. Was sad to leave. Also note - the walk to the center of Skala is faster than google maps indicates, google doesn’t know about the pedestrian-only staircases. It’s 3 min walk to where “restaurant row” begins.

Schönes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und modernem Bad. Alles sehr sauber,und gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit Esstisch und Meerblick. Das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht war sehr beruhigend.Täglicher Zimmerservice und täglich Wasser und Frühstücksprodukte. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und durften ohne zusätzliche Kosten bis am Abend im Zimmer bleiben, da unsere Fähre erst spät abends ging. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Très belle vue depuis le balcon qui est très agréable. L’appartement est fonctionnel, les lits sont confortables. On a pu se garer à proximité de l’appartement. On a eu une bonne communication avec Giorgos qui a été très réactif et arrangeant.

This is a really lovely apartment; it's decorated and furnished beautifully. The bed is very comfortable and there are lots of thoughtful touches such as snacks and drinks and the hairdryer in the bathroom. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, relaxing and looking at the sea view. It is west facing so you get the evening sun,which is nice. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the port and there are good food shops if youre into self catering as we are.George looked after us really well,the communication was efficient,so thank you for a great stay.

Fabulous well equipped apartment. The hosts looked after us very well and we were picked up from the port. It is only a 5 minute walk from the town square and a few steps. Great views from the balcony of the sea and monastery. Comfy bed , good shower.

The owner was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. She made all the difference during a time when we were stranded on the island due to windstorms. And the location was fabulous. It's in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the international ferry port.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, είναι κοντά στη θάλασσα και 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το λιμάνι . Ο host K. Γιώργος ήταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός για ότι χρειαστήκαμε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονή μας. Giorgos and his family were very kind and welcoming. Giorgos was readily available and communicative. He allowed us to store our bags after checkout and dropped them off for us at the port. The property was clean and spacious, and a short walk to the city centre and port.

Nous avons été accueillies dès notre descente de bateau, beaucoup de petites attentions dans le logement: café, thé, eau, ... Notre hôte s'est montré très réactif.

Wunderbares, sauberes Apartment. Einfach fantastisch. Lage ist sehr zentral, mit schönen Balkon und sehr schöner Ausstattung und Möbel. Ein schöner Ort für den Urlaub. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Eine hübsch eingerichtete Unterkunft in guter Lage nahe am Zentrum. In die Stadt und zum Hafen läuft man keine 10 Minuten. Das Appartment war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Regelmäßig wurde Wasser bereitgestellt oder auch mal Saft, Bier oder etwas Obst. Das war wirklich sehr schön. Die grundlegenden Frühstückszutaten wie Honig, Marmelade, Butter, Kaffee und Tee waren auch immer vorhanden. Ich habe die Küche kaum genutzt, aber die Einrichtung war so, dass man auch hätte kochen können. Das Bett war bequem, der Balkon war groß. Alles bestens.

Die Baustelle nebenan verdirbt ein wenig die schöne Aussicht und das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Aber das ist quasi „Meckern auf hohem Niveau“. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

The view from our balcony was stunning overlooking the sea with amazing sunsets. The kitchen area was modern and well equipped with a very helpful Welcome Basket. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern with a walk in shower. George, the owner was very attentive and was there if needed. He picked us up from the port and took us back. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the Skala over to the other side where there are beautiful sunsets. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Patmos. Patmos is a beautiful island. Highly recommended

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes. Absprachen über Transport von und zum Hafen klappten super. Wir erhielten gleich zu Beginn die wichtigsten Infos über Patmos. Das Appartement war stilvoll eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Sonnenutergang. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Der Kühlschrank war bei der Anreise bereits etwas bestückt worden und täglich gab es kleine Überraschungen, z.B einen Kuchen, Saft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet um einfache Gerichte zuzubereiten. Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit dort und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Alles hat gepasst.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht, wir konnten trotzdem die 2.Nacht bis 23.00 im Apartment bleiben ohne Aufzahlung! Extrem entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit! Sehr schönes Apartment! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Angefangen vom persönlichen Shuttelservice vom Hafen zum Haus und zurück, wie ein gut gefüllter Kühlschrank und die tägliche Reinigung der Wohnung, der Ausblick, die fußläufig Erreichung der Altstatt hat alles super gefallen.

Par où commencer ? La gentillesse , la serviabilité et la disponibilité de notre hôte Giorgios , bien sûr. La propreté du studio ensuite, avec le ménage fait tous les jours… Les splendides couchers de soleil depuis le bacon… Les petites attentions, frigo rempli de bières ou vins, jus de fruits journaliers, gâteaux, thé, café, beurre, confiture, miel,… La proximité du port et des restaurants… Bref, on y a passé un séjour de rêve !!! Εκτός από τις βασικές παροχές, ο κύριος Γιώργος (ιδιοκτήτης) αποδείχθηκε εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει: απάντησε σε όλες τις απορίες μας πριν το ταξίδι, μας παρέλαβε ο ίδιος από το λιμάνι κατά την άφιξή μας, ενώ καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μάς παρείχε χρήσιμες συμβουλές και προτάσεις για το νησί. Charmant appartement met fantastisch terras. Goede douche. Zeer schoon. Elke dag afvalbakje geleegd. Soms vers fruit of koekjes. Bij aankomst ook. Heel attent. Opgehaald van de haven en de bagage de laatste dag naar de haven gebracht.

De ligging, was toch met die hitte elke keer een klim voor iemand die een minder goede conditie heeft.

George è stato presente e attentissimo a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste, dall'assistenza nel noleggio dello scooter consegnatoci direttamente presso la struttura, al servizio gratuito navetta dal porto in piena notte (arrivo alle 2:00). Pulizia eccellente, stanza arredata con gusto e terrazza vista mare dove poter fare colazione e aperitivo cena al tramonto. La posizione è perfetta, vicina al centro ma defilata al punto giusto per godersi la tranquillità. Consigliatissima!!

- the cleaning lady/boy should knock the door before entering the room pls. -the contruction view below the apartment is in not seen on the photos -Too much construction noise during the day(i know it is not their fault)

We arrived at 23:45 and George was there to pick us up and took us to the apartment. Thanks, George!! The apartment has what you need for 2 people. The kitchen is small, but good enough for making simple meals. The view is amazing. We appreciated the water, juice, coffee, tea, honey, etc. It really is a great place to stay.

Pick up from the ferry was much appreciated. The view was beautiful. All the amenities of the room were well thought out. The studio was delightful and the staff were very responsive.

The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Patmos. The best part is that it is facing the sunset right in the sea, so romantic!! You can sip a glass of wine looking at one of the best views of your life!

The room and the balcony had a very beautiful view of the beach and sunset, and room was very userfriendly, owner George was very helpful for taking us to the port. The facility is very close to Skala, within 5 mins walking distance and it is on the calmer side. Although we had a small accident George and the lady helped us immediately.

The owner and the manager of our hotel, George, was so kind and generous, he picked us up at the ferry station, showed us around and also left us back to the ferry station for our return trip. The hotel is very near the town center, but at the same time it is so quite and peaceful. You feel you are in and out of everything very quickly and simultaneously. Our room had a superb sea view, it was very well and nicely decorated and the interior design was so cosy. The room has more than everything you will need in a hotel room, including a kitchenette, mini fridge and a nespresso coffee machine.

We are over satisfied with what we experienced.

Very well maintained room with everything you could want, including a welcome pack of food which was really appreciated. Very easy to walk into Skala within 10 minutes but in a quiet area, so not disturbed by noise at night ( early June).. Some very friendly cats in the locality!! The owner and his dad were brilliant, loads of helpful advice, plus really appreciated the lift from the ferry

Everything. It was quiet and we slept with the sound of the waves. It was very clean, both the room and the bathroom were spacious. Basic kitchen equipment and some breakfast food were provided. A large balcony overlooking the sea. We were met at the harbour.

Nothing we didn’t like. However it might be difficult for some people to reach the room as you have go through some stairs or walk through a road with a slight slope.

Fantastic studios, collected from the port by owners Georges dad and cousin, studios beautiful, spotlessly clean, cleaned every day, good air con. George was so helpful, gave us a great recommendation for car hire, who in turn gave us great recommendations for beaches, always responded to any questions, even sent us videos on best walking route to town (5 mins) and to the town beach.

The place and location were perfect for someone who wants to explore the island to be close to the town centre and walking easy distance from St. John cave and monastery

Just a bit of noise from often passing scooters and youths shouting a bit while enjoying themself on a beach at night, but you can survive all this being surrounded by such a wonderful view, atmosphere and clean air

We really liked the welcome feeling when we arrived at the port. It's a family business and it was the father that picked us up to driving us to the room. It was in a very quiet area but very close to the center of the port. About 5 to 10 minutes walking. Very clean.
