Als ich dann Um 1900 Uhr da war Konnte ich nicht einchecken Weil in der Rezeption niemand mehr war Das Einchecken insgesamt war auch sehr kompliziert. Schließlich kam die Besitzerin Und waren noch sauer auf mich maulte mich an Ob ich nicht Lesen könne - Dann verwies sie mich dann darauf Dass Sie mir eine E-Mail geschickt habe, in der stünde, dass der Check-in nur bis 1800 Uhr möglich war .... Das fand ich schon ein starkes Stück und gleich ein Ärgernis am ersten Tag. Insgesamt war der Besitzerin Sehr unfreundlich sie machte sogar ein Foto von Den Dingen in meinem Zimmer Um mir Fehlverhalten anhand von INdizien vorzuwerfen - Katastrophales Vorgehen !! Ich werde nie wieder dahin gehen. Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch nicht zu erreichen außer man riskiert einen circa 20 minütigen Fußmarsch.... Was ich mit Koffern Und Gepäck allerdings nicht empfehlen würde.

Really clean, secure, modern place. Great value. We used it as a jumping of point to visit some of the amazing wats in the area.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Housemode for three weeks. The place is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made my stay feel very relaxing and convenient. The management team is friendly, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. They were responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The location is also excellent. It’s situated in a peaceful residential area while still being conveniently accessible to most daily necessities, including shops, restaurants, transportation, and other essentials. I really appreciated having a quiet place to come home to while still being close to everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Housemode to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place with great management and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again!

El proceso de check-in, cuando no hay personal de recepción (es una cafetería) parece complejo (puerta, clave, verja, código, otra puerta...), pero paso a paso, funciona! Importante revisar si llegas en el horario adecuado, a partir de cierta hora no permiten ni siquiera el auto check-in.

Ganz gute Lage. Ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt liegt eine BTS Station. 10min mit dem Roller kann man schon die Einkaufsmall ICONSIAM erreichen. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein 7/11, welches Rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. Vor dem Gebäude ist eine viel befahrene Hauptstraße. Wenn man nur in absoluter Ruhe schlafen kann würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Mich hat allerdings der Lärm nicht gestört :) Das Zimmer ist zwar minimal ausgestattet allerdings war fast alles da was man brauchte. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Personal/Inhaber! Ich hatte zuerst Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Flug. Später bin ich dann doch pünktlich angekommen und mir wurde kurzfristig nochmal der Code zur Schlüsselbox per E-Mail geschickt. Die Anleitung war sehr präzise und eindeutig. Außerdem war die Kommunikation unproblematisch, sehr direkt und man hat immer schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Dankeschön!

Ich muss leider einen großen Punkt für die Sauberkeit abziehen, da in meinem Apartment Ameisen waren :( Hauptsächlich im Badezimmer und um den Eingangsbereich zum Badezimmer, trotzdem relativ unangenehm am Anfang. Außerdem war der Boden (welcher aus Fliesen besteht) irgendwie schmierig. Also Barfuß konnte man da definitiv nicht lang laufen und als man auch mit den Schuhen oder Flipflops drüber gelaufen ist hat man komische Spuren hinterlassen. Mir hat außerdem ein Kleiderschrank gefehlt oder irgendeine Art von Schrank wo man seine Kleidung aufhängen kann.

Second time back can't wait to bring our friends next year! While being 20-30mons away from the city center I find the location perfect. It's quiet and calmer and very accessible to pretty much anywhere you want to go! 😍😍

The water pressure of the shower in room 202 was unfortunately not very good and the drained smelled bad throughout the stay. Other that no no complaints! Oh maybe get a weighing scale for luggage 🥲

The location is out from the city but still it has access to the train station and its close to icon siam, song wat and the famous temple. It’s also walking distance to the masjid and halal street, really convenient for muslim travellers.

I didn’t like that its quite noisy as it is facing the street and there’s construction going on nearby.

It was good and clean no doubt..they were very accommodating and allowed us in after 8.30 with clear instructions..the luggage has a lift.

The sheets were not of pure cotton. Took a night to adjust. There was no lift which was a big surprise. I had come for a tournament.. so walking up and down was not good forme

Prima locatie, de kamer was schoon en er was een aparte badkamer. Wel zou het handig zijn als er een douchegordijn af deur zou zijn. Na het douchen was de gehele badkamer nat.

De locatie viel mij erg tegen. De straten waren vies en het stonk naar een open riool.

Très bien et propre. Commodités à distance de marche. Buanderie dans l'établissement. Un peu loin du sky tram et métro. Autobus à quelques minutes de marche.

Personnel très agréable, laverie super pratique, chambre très spacieuse et propre, équipements au top !

L'isolement sonore est terrible, notre chambre était au dessus de la route avec l'impression d'avoir une fenêtre ouverte en permanence. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre, surtout avec le métro en travaux, il y a des bouchons systématiquement.

Postel je pérová, ale dalo se na ní vyspat v pohodě. Vzhledem k lokalitě okna a dveře velmi málo těsnící - očekávejte hluk z rušné ulice.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Einfacher Check in und direkt neben einem 7 Eleven.

Unser Zimmer war leider ziemlich laut, da die Unterkunft direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße lag. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man nur schwer schlafen.

In meiner Mobilität konnte ich die Unterkunft nicht nutzen, weil ich die Treppe ohne Geländer zum dritten Obergeschoss nicht überwinden konnte. Ein Lift war nicht vorhanden. Ich werde mich in dieser Sache auch noch mit booklooker.de in Verbindung setzen

wonderful cozy hostel type hotel. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the bathrooms are super clean too! there’s only 4 rooms per floor so privacy is great too!

it’s in old town Bangkok so you need to travel to the city to access Malls and bigger restaurants. Luckily there are busses running all the time and trains too. if you can figure out how to use them you’d be grand and a taxi (Bolt) from House Mode to the malls is around $5.

The hotel staff will always clean the room if you ask them, and give you bottled water every day. The location was nice because it was near 7/11 and food stalls where you can buy anything you need. The BTS station was also just one km away, so it was easy to access.

Maybe if the internet wasn't slow or bad on days, it would've been better. The internet was bad on nights that we badly needed it, like for work or school stuff. It's better to improve this to help tourists access to internet and find their way around.

Great location and great facility at a good price.

It’s a bit far from the BTS station if you walk (over 1km). That’s just a minor reason why I’m not very fond of it.

Unassuming place but the rooms were excellent and very good value. Very clean, super comfy bed and quiet atmosphere. It is next to a 7/11 which is super convenient, though the surrounds aren't too pleasant. However, this place is perfect as a base if you want to use the train from Wongwian Yai to Mahachai or to explore the canals and temples nearby(both highly recommended)

Extremely clean accommodation. Cleaning staff were so friendly and offered me bottles of water every day. Spacious room with good WiFi. Nice big bathroom with hot shower at all times. I stayed here for 2 weeks as part of a working holiday. I have stayed here before and will definitely return. The staff helped me print my paperwork for onward travel to Cambodia. The launderette in reception is very convenient too.

I like everything about the place. Just be aware that it’s not the most exciting area but you can easily walk to the metro station and iconsiam.

Super clean, colours and styles are refreshing, indoor laundry, small but very safe bike parking. Super secure with a lot of technologies. 7-11 right next door.

Exactly what we needed after a lot of travelling. Room was clean, nice location (walking distance to BTS takes you directly to Siam). Really lovely garden terrace area.

Only minor thing is the lift if only for luggage, which is no problem to use the stairs apart from when feeling lazy haha.

the hotel is on the laudest road I have ever heard. didn't sleep all night, with earplugs! it was a nightmare. there were other problems like poor WiFi, but who cares when you cannot sleep

There’s no staff around at all. Just a one-time voice on a speaker, and never saw one the whole 2 days I was there, even on day time.

Very clean and tidy, good size rooms with all facilities in great condition. Friendly staff and easy check in/out. Washing machines in the reception was handy.
