No me gustó que solo me dejaron dos toallas de ducha, deberían también colocar toalla para pies en la ducha y para manos en lavamanos, además me hicieron llevar las dos toallas a mí, osea falta mejorar el servicio.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Reservamos una habitación con terraza por un valor al llegar al lugar nos informaron que nuestra habitación ya estaba ocupada y que nos podían ubicar en otra sin terraza y mucho peor más pequeña Pero al mismo precio de la anterior y si no nos gustaba podíamos irnos, al ser fin de semana encontrar otra habitación en otro hotel a esa hora era bastante complejo por lo que debimos acceder, se aprovecharon para cobrar lo que se les dió la gana, habíamos reservado para dos noches y al día siguiente nos llaman a la habitación de una manera muy grosera a preguntarnos que si ya nos íbamos a ir, diciendo que nuestra reserva era por viernes y sábado cuando era de sábado a lunes, pésimo servicio, el personal es grosero y desordenado, las instalaciones de la habitación son terribles se escucha toda la noche las tuberías de las otras habitación y la nevera está haciendo ruido todo el tiempo, pésima experiencia

I don't tolerate liars, racists, and people who take advantage of Gringos and tourists. I was told by reception that it would be ok for my Daughter from Bogotá Colombia and her mom could visit me there. Was told the apartment was for three people so it's not a problem. The visits were only for a few minutes here and there while we are out gathered our things to go do things in town. After the second time it all of the sudden became a problem. Why? Because these are the types of people who only care about money and nothing else. Typical Latin America. They even push away a 7 year old Rola. Extremely disrespectful. Extremely non human.... But very typical. As I was trying to explain everything, the other receptionist refused to listen and kept talking over me. Again, very typical. I don't tolerate it. I simply said, No más and walked away. Been in this situation far too many times in Latin America. After that, I got phone calls every morning claiming they needed to clean my apartment. Uh huh.. sure. I said, I'm not a child. I clean up after myself. I only need trash bags. Two days passed no trash bags. Why? They wanted to enter my apartment to make up a reason to fine me or kick me out. Again, very typical. Sad and pathetic. Sub human behavior. Obviously. So, I placed the empty trash cans outside my door in the hallway in clear view of the camera, they sat there all day. Later that day, I told them, I was leaving a day early, that day at 3 pm. She replied with... But check out is at 11. Obviously not listening to anything I said. I said, I am paid up until tomorrow. I no longer want to be here. Time with my daughter is more important than this or any place on Earth. She finally understood. Oh ok. Then like magic the trash bags showed up and the rude receptionists were all happy and smiling again. Very very typical for racists who think Gringos are Rich. We are not. Colombiana are rich. Not us. Avoid this place unless you are Latino.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Compared to Teusaquillo, Gotham City without Batman, this place is like Heaven. My apartment is just what I needed after living in Laurels Medellín and Teusaquillo. No racists. Clean. Peaceful. The people here are not angry and they all actually act like Humans rather than animals. Nice big apartments. Hot water in the shower and even in the sinks! Extremely rare in Latin America. Huge tarrece. Great views. Everything you want and need is in walking distance. Everything. It's extremely safe. The police don't harasse you like in some places in Colombia. The staff are kind and respectful. Beds are comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. Two different levels of softness for you pleasure. Easy to pay. Cards and Cash are excepted. Neighbors all have been great. The people at the stores nearby all have been great. This is a local, tourist, and Gringo friendly area. Extremely rare. No hate at all from the people that live and work around here. Extremely rare. To me, the price is worth it because I have peace of mind, and I'm able to sleep. Very quite here. No parties. No adult children screaming and acting like fools constantly. It's family, working people, people walking dogs, normal every day, not a party like most of Latin America. Resistance bands on every level of the stairs and a public terrace on top to enjoyed. Nearby are the mountains. You have city life mixed with greenery. This is extremely important to me. But being treated like a human is the most important part. I have experienced a ton of racism in Colombia, sadly, but not here. So refreshing. I would live here forever if I could. Thank you for not being typical. This is medicine for me.
No smoking in the building or on the balcony or terrace. Which is actually a good thing because it's helping me smoke far less and giving me a reason to walk and go outside more. So, the bad is actually good.

La amabilidad del staff, la accesibilidad y rapidez los delivery, las vistas y terrazas, la comodidad de las habitaciones y lo muy bien equipada que estaba el area de cocina (platos, cacerolas, microondas, refrigeradora etc)
Nos dejaron dos rollos de papel higiénico, para tres personas, para una estadía de 6 días. Si bien tuvieron la amabilidad de indicarnos que podíamos pedir más papel, resultaba incomodo tener que solicitarlo cada día luego que se agotó. Por favor evalúen la cantidad de días, de personas y dejen esos insumos con antelación.
