The Residence Bellevue is well placed alongside the Rhine and the view from my balcony was amazing. The town was like a set from medieval time and felt safe and welcoming. The hotel was great I found the food good quality and plenty it. The room was fantastic with everything you would need for a great stay.

The apartment is spacious and worked for a family and clean. Location was great. Communication before arrival was really good. The parking was a great bonus.

The breakfast was very average and had some flies sitting on some of it. Not the hotel's fault but they are doing building work all along the front which has blocked the view from the restaurants at the hotel which is a shame. There was only 1 fan in the apartment(no air con) which left a very warm night for 2 of us.

Faciliteiten waren ver van elkaar, er was nergens vermeld dat de sauna's in een ander gebouw zijn. De stoombad werkte niet, er was zand in het zwembad.

Breakfast was wonderful but not included in price of stay. Facilities are comfortable and high end and enjoyed having a small balcony. Staff was helpful.

Was charged for some extras at check out that we weren’t expecting. Apartment is located far away from hotel so not convenient to use pool, restaurant, etc.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una residenza/appartamento, belle le dimensioni, comodo il letto. Soffitti alti. Splendida la vista dalla finestra del salottino. Personale in loco molto cordiale ed attento. Check-in presso l'albergo poco lontano dall'appartamento.

Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma fortunatamente c'erano dei ventilatori che funzionavano bene. Pulizia migliorabile, sopratutto per quanto riguarda la quantità di ragnatele alle finestre e la presenza di ragni.

ベルビューホテルの別館を予約して到着後に駐車場の使い方やチェックインの場所が分からなかった。 別館にはフロントがなくチェックインを本館で行う事を知らずにホテル周りを探してしまった。

Niet de kamers gekregen die wij geboekt hadden bij Booking.com. Volgens het personeel van de receptie lag de fout bij Booking.com.

Aussicht direkt auf den Rhein. Geräumiges Appartment, moderne Ausstattung mit im Wohnbereich Biedermeierstyle Möbeln. Viel Stauraum auch für vier Personen. Bei Belegung mit vier Erwachsenen zwei Beistellbetten im Wohnraum.

Defekt an der Regenduschbrause. Da wir nur eine Nacht hier waren, konnten wir nicht klären, ob dieser noch am Tage behoben wurde. Duschen in der ebenerdigen Duschkabine aber möglich.

Mss dat je in appartement geen kookgelegenheid hebt. Er is wel een kleine koelkast.

Es war ein fantastisches Hotel. Ich war begeistert von der Lage, dem Personal, der Sauberkeit, dem Pool und den Einrichtungen; sie haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Super verblijf, hele grote kamer met 4 heerlijke bedden. Ook lekkere kussens en dekbedden. Aanrecht in de kamer met koffie en thee faciliteiten, koelkast. De kamer is heel ruim. Zwembad en sauna van het hotel zijn zeer schoon en heel sfeervol ingericht. Ontbijt was ook goed.

The location was great, right on the Rhine and lots of restaurants around. The town square is a short walk away and it's lovely little place. The room was large, lovely high ceilings, very clean and with all the necessary facilities within the room. So much space in the living room area! The kids really liked having their own separate beds in there. Would definitely recommend this place.

We couldn't get the onsite parking, or even space near the front of the hotel, so we had to pull our suitcases quite a distance from the public parking area. It's not obvious that the pool, spa and fitness area are in a completely separate building.

Toplage! Schöne Ausstattung! Die Größe des Apartments hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! War auch zu dritt gut nutzbar!

Great location by the river with restaurants nearby. Great value with a bit apartament for a good price. Very clean and daily cleanings and change of towels. Parking was very secure and good.

Bedroom doesn't have a door, and the window to my apartament in my bedroom was in the hallway so it was pretty warm due to no AC.

ボッパルトのリフトは離れていますが、川沿いに歩いていけます 18時にリフトが終わるので、早めに行くことをおすすめします

We had an excellent stay at Residence Bellevue in Boppard. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is outstanding—right on the Rhine promenade in the heart of Boppard and within easy walk to restaurants, shops, the train station, and the ferry, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Rhine Valley. Everything was well maintained and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Residence Bellevue to anyone visiting Boppard. We would happily stay here again!

Preis/Leistung. Tolles edles Apartment für unsere 4 köpfige Familie. Aussicht auf den Rhein mega. Total gemütliche Unterkunft. Eigene Parkgarage mit E-Auto Ladeplätzen (3 von 4 funktionstüchtig).

Das an einem Samstagmorgen um 0700h an der Uferbaustelle mit Bagger gearbeitet wird. Dafür kann das Hotel wohl nicht viel, es störte einfach. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage, die Wärme war in der Nacht ziemlich herausfordernd.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super lecker und reichlich und es war sehr schön das man seinen Hund zum Frühstück mitnehmen durfte.Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat war die tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Rhein .

Die Küche . In der kleinen Küche gab es kein Besteck und keine Mikrowelle. Auf dem Bild sieht es auch aus das es einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach gibt wegen der Ecke die man mit dem gleich Holz verkleidet hat wie die Küche . Wir waren im 4 Stock dort müsste man an den Oberlichtern im Wohnzimmer auch Rollläden anbringen wie im Schlafzimmer sonst wird es zu heiß im Sommer und eine Klimaanlage wäre super denn der Ventilator kommt gegen die Hitze nicht an .

Vom Zimmer her hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inklusive Kühlschrank und kleiner Küche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Der Blick auf den Rhein war wunderschön und hat den Aufenthalt aufgewertet. Ein kleiner Tipp: den Parkplatz rechtzeitig buchen, da die Plätze im Gebäude begrenzt sind.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher klein und überschaubar. Negativ aufgefallen war der Schimmel im Orangensaft. Nachdem wir das Personal darauf hingewiesen hatten, wurden lediglich die betroffenen Gläser entfernt. Der große Saftbehälter blieb weiterhin am Buffet stehen. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht lediglich ein knappes "Ooh". Im Zimmer lagen kleine Teppiche auf Laminat welche sehr rutschig waren und dadurch eine Unfallgefahr darstellte. Wir haben beim Auschecken das Hotelpersonal darauf aufmerksam gemacht und angeregt evtl.eine Antirutschmatte unter die Teppiche zu legen. Leider hatte ich den Eindruck das der Hinweis zwar gehört wurde aber nicht so ernst genommen wurde. Ich hätte mir hier einen professionelleren Umgang gewünscht da das Hotel allgemein, sowie unser Zimmer und die Lage wirklich sehr gut waren. Vielleicht waren unsere Probleme eine Ausnahme daher würde ich dem Hotel auch gerne nochmal eine Chance geben.

L'arredamento è curato in ogni dettagli con mobili di qualità. Il parcheggio per le biciclette (e le auto) è interno e sicuro. La piscina e la spa sono bellissime. L'hotel e il personale sono molto professionali e tutto è curato in ogni dettaglio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Quasi nulla ma segnalo che l'area residence si trova ad un paio di minuti a piedi dall'hotel principale. Si potrebbe a mio avviso dotare la piccola area lavandino/macchina caffè con una piccola piastra per preparare semplici pasti.

Parking and pick arrangements not clear so a lot of wasted effort finding somewhere to park to check in. No AC although to be fair not advertised with AC.

Wunderbare Lage - geht nicht viel besser.

Appartement mit Spüle - schön und gut, aber vollkommen leere Schränke und Schubladen, also nicht mal eine Gabel oder ein Teller, machen jeden Vorteil gegenüber einem Zimmer zunichte. Als Luxusresidenz reichlich enttäuschend. Und in der Hitzewelle nicht einmal ein Begrüßungswasser, sondern nur der Versweis auf die Preise der Minibar - da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Und - Klima muss ja nicht sein, aber bei 36° unter dem Dach konnte man nicht einmal querlüften: Die Nächte waren nicht wirklich erholsam...

We stayed here last year in the apartment next door with a lovely spacious balcony. We booked again thinking it was the same apartment but got the one next door with extremely small balcony which was a bit disappointing. Overall though a nice place. For a luxury apartment though the bed could be more comfortable.

Breakfast was nice and worth the extra. Service at the restaurant was excellent and they catered well for gluten-free. Location had a good feel with nice restaurants, and well connected.

Das einzige, was man wissen muss beim Appartement, das Schlafzimmer hat zwar Fenster, die gehen aber nicht auf, weil der Flur fürs ganze Haus dahinter ist. Ich hab im Wohnzimmer vorm Fenster geschlafen.

Die Lage ist toll, das Appartment schön und großzügig.

Man konnte uns keinen Parkplatz in der Tiefgararge zur Verfügung stellen. Das Appartment ist eher ein Hotelzimmer, denn in Appartment, da es komplett an Ausstattung mangelt (kein Geschirr, kein Spültuch oder Küchentücher, keine Kochplatte usw.). Und nicht jedes Deluxe Apartment hat einen Balkon, ohne dass man das bei Buchung erkennen kann. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns aber anderes Appartment mit Balkon angeboten.

Die Lage war toll und das Appartement war sehr sauber und geräumig.

Es gibt im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster zum öffnen. Es war sehr heiß und stickig. Im Bad gibt es keine Lüftung. Parkplätze sind auch Glückssache oder sehr weit weg. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich

Wir waren im Apartment-Haus! Die Einrichtung ist im Prollbarock gehalten. Alles massiv und auf alt getrimmt, aber es handelt sich lediglich um Stilmöbel. Vielleicht okay für konservatives Publikum. Aus irgendeinem Grund waren wir schon zum vierten Mal im Bellevue, was mir selbst ein wenig Rätsel aufgibt., Ich vermute, dass andere Hotels in der Region waren ausgebucht. Hauptkritikpunkt ist die Rohstoffqualität des Frühstücks. Industriekäse und -wurstwaren, die Marmelade grenzwertig und die Backwaren sind auch von geringer Qualität. Ein absolute Heimsuchung ist der Espresso, welcher seinen Namen nicht verdient. Auch gibt es keine Spuren von Biowaren, was heute Standard sein sollte. Die Toilette lief ohne Unterlass in kleinen Mengen und der Spülkasten befüllte sich folglich in Intervallen - das stört, zumindest wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. An beiden Tagen war das Shampoo im Hallenbad leer, vielleicht war es auch durchgängig leer, aber ich erinnere mich, dass es früher auch schon nachgefüllt war.

I booked this place for the gym as im training for a marathon. Was too cold and wet to run outside. Turns out there was no treadmill - but I shouodve phoned and checked that myself before booking.

Schlechtes Raumklima in den Apartments, da kaum Fenster zum Lüften

Ein großzügiges Appartement im dritten Stockwerk. Aufzug direkt von der Parkgarage. Die Aussicht ist toll und die Fenster schlucken jeglichen Schall. Sehr schön eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche ist ein kleiner Stilbruch. Das Personal war sehr nett und durchaus kompetent. Der Saunabereich im Haupthaus ist sehr nett eingerichtet, ein richtig toller separater Ruheraum leider versteckt. Das Parkhaus durften wir bis 15 Uhr nach dem Check-out nutzen.

Die Schlüssel fürs Appartment bekommt man 150m die Straße runter im eigentlichen Hotel. Das hatten wir herausgefunden, nachdem wir vergebens eine Nummer angerufen hatten, und schließlich im Nachbarrestaurant um Hilfe fragten. Die Kaffeemaschine kocht wirklich schlimmen Kaffee und das Sofa erfüllt seinen Zweck.

Groot appartement en ideaal voor een gezin met kleine kinderen. We hadden een baby bij ons en dan heb je veel spullen en veel ruimte nodig. Er was ook een klein keukentje aanwezig, wat perfect was om een fles te maken. Extra complimenten voor de service na ons bezoek. Mijn dochter had haar knuffel in het apparatement achtergelaten en die is naar ons opgestuurd. Ontzettend vriendelijk.

Ik had al in andere reviews gelezen dat het sleutelsysteem lastig werkte. Ik dacht nog 'hoe moeilijk kan het zijn', maar het is inderdaad geen fijn systeem. Zeker niet als je met spullen aan het sjouwen bent, 's avonds in de regen aankomt en minuten lang aan het uitzoeken bent hoe het werkt.

Grote familiekamer met goede faciliteiten.

Voor gebruik van het zwembad moet je buitenom lopen naar het nabijgelegen hotel. Ook was het water helaas niet verwarmd. De kinderen hebben het nog 30 min volgehouden maar ik hield het na 1 min al voor gezien.

Die Residence war sehr sehr schön alles total schön eingerichtet man hat sich vom 1. Moment an super wohl gefühlt Wir kommen wieder 😍💘

Die Sauna zu finden war nicht ganz einfach Übergang bzw Verbindung Sauna zum Ruhebereich und vorher die Umkleide war umständlich aufzusuchen da wir aus der Residenz kamen und mit Jacke und Schuhe in ds Hauptgebäude kamen

I stayed two nights on separate occassions. My experience was similar on both stays. The good: very spacious rooms and hotel overall, one sweet server at the restaurant, location, and facilities. I did not complain while at the hotel - most of the facilities were good, but how do you address slow and rude behaviour when everyone is slow or rude. Seems systemic at this place.

You guessed jt: slowness and rudeness. For example: The manager of the restaurant felt the need to explain for 15 minutes past service start, what the correct pronounciation of german words was (to the staff in their daily briefing), while 10 people queued up to have dinner. Zero interest to end the briefing. In the restaurant I ordered a drink (syrup with water) for a child. The server ‘had never heared of this’, and even after I calmly explained he said ‘well but I don’t know how to charge that’. He then returned proudly with the syrup and tap water and said ‘i won’t charge you for the tap water!’. When the bill came: tap water 4 euro. The service in the restaurant overall was slow - 1 hour plus for 1 main course, 20 minutes wait for a cappuccino at breakfast. Further: the appartments are not in the same building as the hotel rooms. I had issues opening the door. I called rhe reception, and had a really annoying conversation with the receptionist. He pretended I didn’t speak german and kept repeating loudly the actions needed to open the door, which I executed repeatedly for about 10 times. He then finally concluded he needed to send someone. No one came, and it was -2C, raining, and I was with a 4yo and 80yo. In the end I managed and found the room was missing the ‘2 sofa beds’ listed in the ad. I called and the same irritated man answered. Again he pretended I didn’t speak german and I had to explain all the sleeping arrangements and why I needed an extra bed in the room, as was listed. He promised to arrange and upon return from the excruciatingly slow dinner, 1.5hrs later, there still was no bed. Luckily, by now there was a different person at reception, who arranged a bed to be brought to the room within 3 minutes. Lastly, the towels smell musky, the curtains in the appt rooms do not cover the windows, the rooms are very hot, and the noise insulation in the appt building is absolutely appalling. It’s as if you’re sleeping in a cave and hear all the guests.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte nell’appartamento situato a 150 m dall’omonimo Hotel. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di bollitore, macchina da caffè con cialde (non incluse) e un lavandino + frigo. Tutto è a pagamento, anche l’acqua. Questa viene offerta solo al momento del check out in comode bottigliette da viaggio. Possibilità di fare colazione a buffet all’hotel (16€ per gli adulti e 8€ per i bambini). Volendo nella zona ci sono molti bar e gelaterie dove poter fare colazione ma la domenica, ad esempio, o sono chiusi o aprono solamente dalle 12h00. L’hotel possiede un parcheggio al coperto, che preferibilmente deve essere prenotato in anticipo, al costo di 7€. Volendo si può parcheggiare la macchina tutto lungo la passeggiata di fronte all’hotel ricordandosi però di pagare il ticket (obbligatorio sempre/anche la notte e nel weekend).

Wir waren in einem Familien-Apartment mit Hund. Die Appartements sind nicht im Hotelgebäude, sondern ein paar Häuser weiter, alles noch recht neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer war aber zum Wohnbereich (dort die 2 Betten für die Kinder) nicht durch eine Wand getrennt, was aber nicht gestört hat. Es gibt Blickdichte Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln. Es gibt eine Hotel-Garage für 10€/nacht. Wir haben auch Pool (angenehm warm) und Sauna genutzt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstücksbuffet (zB mit Erdbeer-Orsngen-Smoothie/Mango-mayonaise, Petersilien-Pinienkern-Aufstrich u.a. Was es normalerweise so gibt für 16€/Person einschließlich servierter Getränke war wirklich toll. Auch die Bar ist sehr lauschig und zu empfehlen. Service-Personal überaus freundlich!

The pool was unavailable the evening we arrived, which reduces a lot the "good value" of the hotel. The salmon dish was way overpriced and too cooked. All dishes were too salty in general, especially for the kids.

Er word niet gezegd dat je in het hoofdverblijf verblijft , maar je word doorgestuurd naar een andere locatie . Totaal geen wifi .

We did not eat the breakfast. My only complaint is that the hotel and reception are far away and the original receptionist we had on our first check in (Sept 4th) did not explain to us how the fob works for the car and the garage which made us have to go back and get an explanation. Also, when we checked out the road was blocked off, so, we were unable to drive to the reception to drop off our keys which was hectic because we were in a hurry to return our rental car on time. communication on all of these issues would have helped us a lot and also the road was blocked due to the open market which was noisy for my husband who stayed in the front room. We loved looking out on the water and it was overall a great experience but I would suggest they consider allowing people staying in the residence bellevue (not the hotel) to do online checkout and to leave their keys in the room to make it easier on them given that checking out can be very hectic and a lot of pressure to get to wherever you are going as a traveler. I would also suggest a better coffee maker with better tasting coffee and some hand towels or paper towels for guests to use to clean up after themselves if/when they are using the kitchenette area. I still give Residence Bellevue a very good rating but think they should take some of these details into consideration because we like many people use air bnb's and these conveniences are provided often at a fraction of the cost of hotels. It's just a matter of keeping up with the times and updating practices.
