The apartments were not properly cleaned upon our arrival, and we even had to deal with a couple of cockroaches. Some of the units were not stocked with basic essentials such as dish soap, shampoo, or toilet paper and the microwave oven in one of the apartments was not working. In addition, the owner had scheduled repair work without notifying us in advance, resulting in a full day of loud drilling. The following morning, the workers were scheduled to start as early as 7:00 a.m., and we had to personally ask them to begin later so that we could get some sleep. The water was also shut off on two separate occasions. Overall, our host was very inconsiderate and the experience was far from what we expected.

La atención súper mala, llegamos y se suponía que el ingreso era con código, inclusive nos enviaron toda la info para usar el código de la puerta pero nunca nos enviaron el código, nos todo esperar 1 hora que alguien viniera a abrirnos y solo decían “en 10 llego” fue una hora que perdimos, después ahí si fueron 100% estrictos con el check out. Mala atención

Pulizia da rivedere, il bagno perde acqua dal water quindi in terra era sempre bagnato. Il primo giorno non ci funzionava l’acqua calda, abbiamo subito chiesto informazioni su come farla funzionare tramite e-mail e messaggi ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Nei mesi precedenti abbiamo chiesto se nell’appartamento ci fosse il phon per i capelli e ci è stato risposto “al momento, no”; la settimana prima della partenza abbiamo chiesto nuovamente la possibilità di avere un phon e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta costringendoci a portarlo da casa, per poi scoprire che l’appartamento ne era provvisto. Inoltre non abbiamo ricevuto dettagli sul check in nonostante alcuni precedenti solleciti se non il giorno stesso dell’arrivo. La mancanza di comunicazione con l’host è una delle cose peggiori soprattutto per chi viene da lontano.

Location was convenient and the kitchen was supplied well and the view of the bay was beautiful.

The bathroom plumbing for the sink and toilet are leaking and the floor gets wet. There was no bedding for the futon provided and there were not enough paper products like toilet paper.

Property is really good but it would have been nice to have a body wash and the shower was flowing over in the bathroom which was inconvenient

Place to avoid in Culebra and I hope booking will block this account forever. There was no water at all, yes they sent refund but then they tried to charge my credit card 2 times, incredible.

Beds were super hard and gave us backaches, the AC almost didn’t cool the room and we were sweating, the washer did not work and the dryer did not dry, the toilet was constantly filling with water so the noise was always there.

The view was awesome.

Great location - on a quiet street overlooking the harbor. Great views, easy parking. Place was recently remodeled and very clean, lots of space.

There seemed to be wifi, but no password was provided so we couldn't use it. Hot water in the shower also seemed to not be working - shower was just room temp water which was fine in the summer.

The apartment was big with great view. Had beach towels which was a big plus. Beds were queen/king size very comfy. Highly recommend.

It was great and very clean and the views were amazing and the host was extremely communicative and very helpful

Have stayed here various times over the years-- it is starting to lack some basic maintenance: shaky toilet, leaking shower head, missing Kitchen cabinet cover. (nothing that can't be fixed quickly, just needs a little care)

Location is great and the view is breathtaking. Facilities are very comfortable and the neighborhood very quite.

Good location Very clean Host was good about contact through check in, but failed to answer a question we had during our stay. We asked about using the washer & dryer for our towels. Did not seem to be working. No response

Amenities were few as far as kitchen goes. Kitchen cabinets need repair. No beach umbrella, chairs or cooler available for use.

The property is amazing and the location too, compared with everything it is in the area.

The only downside was that the hairdryer was not working..

It is the second time I have been here (8 years apart), and it is great. The apartment is very big and comfortable, the room is huge with two big queen beds. The kitchen is well equipped, even if I think no one goes to Culebra and cooks. There was I've in the freezer, the A/C works perfectly, and there's a ceiling fan in the living area. There were beach towels! And there was shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion, I loved that! You can walk from the airport but it is a steep climb... but short. It has a great view of the bay. Overall it is a great place to stay and Radames is the best host. Thanks!

There should be a towel or something in the kitchen and maybe a tiny matt in the bathroom. It's not necessary but it would be nice.

The view was amazing, the place was close to everything.

The futon was uncomfortable to sit on, should be replaced! The shower adjuster is hard to adjust for a good temperature

Location and apt were great. lovely woman who helped us find the apt and another woman who helped us get into the apt.

No coffee maker or coffee cups. Shower metal drain cover is bent and dangerous. No dish towel. Needed better directions on how to find the unit and to unlock the door.

Beautiful view from the balcony! Nice beds, modern updated flat. Nice to have beach towels to use. Right across from the water taxi to Culebra. Did get help from host to use wifi which was essential.

Coffee maker was not working. Would be nice to be able to open the windows in the living room.

This is no reflection on the host, but GPS isn’t accurate, one must go up the hill to locate the property.

The beds are comfortable and big. Lots of towels were provided.

There is no WIFI, and you can’t get cell service unless you are out on the balcony. Since there is no WiFi you can’t use the TV. The hair dryer is broken.

I am one who LOVES AC so this is a nit. The AC is only in the bedroom and it's barely strong enough to lower the temp of the main living area to about 76. However, when you sleep, shut the door, crank it up and it will be very comfortable

My only recommendation for this Villa is having a continuity book/binder with pamphlets, maps, etc.

kitchen was nice and bed was fine.

there weren’t a lot of options for the TV but we were okay with that. we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light in the AC unit and it kept shutting off at night. some instructions on how to run the unit from the host would be helpful for future guests. We’re accustomed to traveling in Latin America so the chicken noise in the morning wasn’t a surprise for us. others might struggle though.
