I booked my elderly father in to stay here as we were meant to be staying in another place nearby but we found it wasn’t suitable, so we had to move and cancel this booking as we couldn’t leave my father on his own. The hosts were very understanding of the situation and agreed to refund the booking with the exception of the first night (which was reasonable)
