Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Very nice modern rooms, great breakfast was included in my stay, the location is really nice. There are a bunch of great bars and restaurants on the street and even right out the front door. The staff is very attentive and professional. The indoor parking is included and very convenient.
The rooms have very little ventilation and were quite warm. Although Air Condition is never needed in Manizales, this was the exception. Thankfully the staff was quick to provide us with a small fan to help.

הדבר היחידי שבאמת חסר זה שאין בחדרים מאוורר או מזגן...המזג אוויר באזור הזה הוא באמת סבבה ואפשר להסתדר עם חלון פתוח אבל זה לא תמיד נוח.

Es un hotel muy completo, con un café en el último piso y un restaurante al lado que te pueden llevar la comida a la habitación. La habitación es muy completa y un gran detalle es que te dejan un café del hotel para que lo puedas preparar. El desayuno es muy bueno.

La decoración y el espacio del área de desayuno. Horrible, muy feo el mobiliario, mezcla de materiales, sillones rotos, sillas plásticas, parece un basurero, no coincide con el hotel. Es difícil de encontrar por falta de indicadores que se VEAN. El color utilizado se confunde con el paisaje. Los vidrios de las ventanas no son aislantes de ruido. No tiene AC y aunque ayudan con un ventilador portátil no enfría lo suficiente, aunque definitivamente ayuda.

En la noche se escucha un poco de ruido exterior pero nada grave.

The hotel is clean, comfortable with a great little coffee shop with nice morning breakfast on top and American style sports bar restaurant on the first floor. Parking underneath
