clean condition. cold aircond in the bed. spacious space for 2 adults. easy to self check-in. clear instructions. can get drinks, maggie, snacks from the vending machines downstairs. able to use all of the amenities. the workers in the guardhouse is kind and giving a warm welcome.

i don’t like the steam iron. difficult to handle. aircond in the living room not really cold.

Proximity to Mount Austin was near. Property was clean.

The windows sound proof not good as its beside main road. Extra Pillows be great.

Hidden cleaning fee too expensive for a small space.

Comparing with hotel, it is quite spacious. And the smart TV can watch YouTube. Free flow hot and warm water (water dispenser)

Only 1 rubbish bin avail. Whole wash room get wet after took the shower. Corridor walk way feel super creepy before enter the house.

good and clear pictures with detailed instructions for collection of access cards, apartment keys at security point and post-box room. standard facilities, good location and peaceful. easy access to and out of carpark. near drive to location of good restaurants (yummy Nasi Kandar Marwah :), shopping malls and other important amenities.

Great environment, easy access, nice morning view, great place to spend time. Good placement and choice of furniture, warm feeling environment.

The aircond might need to be serviced cause it doesn't feel like it's gonna be cold in the room or the living area. The water dispenser doesn't have cold water .. only warm or hot water.

The property itself had a great atmosphere and the room was very clean and stylish.

The rooms equipped are very basic. I was missing a proper mirror (just a small one in the bathroom) and in case somebody would try to attempt some cooking there would be barely any utensils. The street outside was crazy loud

Very modern and clean. Check in and out instructions were clear. Good view of the fireworks which continued into the late night.

The WiFi has intermittent disconnection. Did not affect our sleep but will recommend light sleepers to bring ear plugs as we still can hear sounds of the fireworks. This would apply to all accommodations around mount austin!

Clean and big rooms. With a nice view from the balcony. There are two washrooms, so there is no need to fight over using it. Smooth self check in and self check out process. Even though there is no physical receptionist and everything is through whatsapp, but they were very responsive over whatsapp. Great stay experience.

I was hoping that there is a shower curtain to separate the shower area from the toileting area. Floor of the whole bathroom can get pretty wet after showering due to no shower curtains.

- WiFi network was really bad - Only 1 small mirror in the bathroom - Water pressure for the shower head was weak - Bed was little hard

Walking distance to the makan area of Mount Austin

The building internal layout is abit dark but the apartment rooms are perfectly fine.
