Some of the other guests were a bit noisy and weren't very fastidious about washing dishes well (but that's on the other guest, not the staff)

The accommodation was amazing the room was massive and the shower was super powerful. Everything was really clean and it was in a safe area. Definitely recommend!
Not a bad thing at all but I would recommend paying a bit extra to get the air con as the room was a bit warm (it’s summer now).

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025Super kontakt z właścicielem. Mogliśmy się wcześniej zameldować i zostać dłużej w pokoju do czasu odjazdu naszego autobusu, co było bardzo pomocne. Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu. Pokój był przestronny i jasny, z dużym oknem i wygodnym łóżkiem. Do dyspozycji jest też wspólna kuchnia z jadalnią. Lokalizacja jest idealna, w samym centrum miasta. Okolica jest spokojna. WiFi działało bez zarzutów. Spędziliśmy tutaj 4 dni i był to bardzo dobry wybór. Najlepsza obsługa i stosunek jakości do ceny w Mendozie! Dziękujemy za wspaniałe przyjęcie :)

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Erwarte kein Luxus! Aber unser Zimmer war riesig, sauber und mit einem bequemen Bett. Es gibt auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Zu Fuss kann man die Stadt ideal erkunden und es hat viele Läden, Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe.
Das Badezimmer stank manchmal etwas.

It’s a very centrally located place which is good for walking to places. We had a massive room with an equally massive bed. Really good value for money.
The bathroom, I think it needs updating particularly the shower.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms in a very central location in Mendoza close to the main square and a lot of good cafes and restaurants, there’s also a small kitchen and refrigerator guests can use. The owners are super nice and very helpful, doing everything to make the stay in Mendoza nothing less than perfect.
Due to the central location there’s a lot of traffic noise, but that can’t be changed and to me the advantages of being so close to everything outweigh that.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2025Diego, the owner is just super, he’d let me change rooms because of stairs and accommodated me in every way. Any questions that that I had he responded immediately. The property is nicely located in Central Mendoza many restaurants of variety, grocery stores and convenience stores, and of course, wine shops.
there really was nothing to dislike about the property, but it is stairs and seniors might wanna be aware of that. I am 86 years old and could easily deal with one flight of stairs.

There is a common kitchen downstairs, where one can cook or heat up something (microwave) or keep drinks cool (fridge). I could rest well here and can highly recommend this stay! :-)

Reviewed Sep 1, 2024Our room was very nice and big with a comfortable bed, nice bedding and towels, large windows, radiator, fan and AC unit. The separate shower and sink had good hot water. Nice kitchen/dining area where you can prepare simple meals with free water refill. It was quiet at night. Good location in the centre and within walking distance to the bus station. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. They even lent us a SUBE card to travel on public transport while we were there. We liked it so much we extended for an extra night.

He's a great guy that really cares about his guests, and the accommodation is great value for money, and in an excellent location. Our bus from Chile to Mendoza was delayed by a day, and we arrived very late at night, but Ariel made sure it was easy for us to get into the room, and even said we didn't need to pay for the night we weren't there due to the delay (even though it wasn't his fault at all!).

I was so grateful. The hostel is in the perfect location to the city center. I walked everywhere with ease. The room was cozy, clean, and chic. The bed was super comfortable and big. I met both owners. They're so friendly and helpful. Ariel gave me a list of recommendations of restaurants and tips on money exchange. When I return to Mendoza, this will be my place! Thank you for making my stay in Mendoza wonderful, and thank you for everything! I highly recommend Habitación España 1512! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rooms are big and have good ventilation with attached and clean bathrooms . I had a great time staying there.in the city centre everything is just a walk away. Highly highly recommended.
