Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Ich hatte einen Teil meiner Sachen in der Kommode vergessen. Die Familie Sydler war so nett, mir diese innerhalb von 2 Tagen nachhause zu schicken. Das war einfach grossartig und nicht selbstverständlich! Dieses Verhalten ist absolut liebenswert!! Auch sonst war Frau Sydler eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin mit einigen Ausflugstips in petto.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Izba bola čistá, bicykle sme vedeli uložiť od druhej noci do skladu. Pani domáca veľmi šikovná a starostlivá. Raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké ale vôbec nám to nevadilo, cena-výkon úplne sedí. Žemle boli každý deň čerstvé. Zadný vstup do areálu je vlastne v centre dedinky takže krátka prechádzka k reštauráciám a barom večer.
Škoda že nám nebol ten sklad na bicykle automaticky ponúknutý hneď na začiatku. Dostali sme k nemu potom ovládač na elektrozámok. Videli sme že väčšina starostlivosti o chod penziónu je na pleciach pani domácej. Veľký rešpekt! čo by som doporučil je mapa cyklotrás. Toto tam chýbalo ale v jednom hoteli počas cyklotúry sme si výbornú mapu zadovážili...

They don’t have elevator, the breakfast was too simple but the coffee was delicious. The cleaner women don’t clean well and did just once during our stay. The building has spider and it may be cleaner.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Örtchen selber total schön und gut gelegen... zwischen Wolfgangsee und Hallstättersee, für unsere Ausflüge passend gelegen. Wir hatten in unserem Haus, wo unser Zimmer war, eine gemeinsame Küche, die wir auch nutzen durften... Kühlschrank (für kühle Getränke optimal)und auch Backofen. Automat mit Getränken war vorhanden, man konnte sich immer was kühles holen/kaufen. Frühstück war nicht viel Auswahl, aber lecker und ausreichend. Besitzer sehr nett. Schöner Ausblick aus dem Balkon
Wir sind zu dritt gereist, mit unserem 21 j. Sohn ( mit handicap), dafür war unser Zimmer etwas zu klein... wir hatten alle Tage über 35° Grad Celsius draußen und ohne Klima war es einfach viel zu heiß und zu eng, nicht komfortabel. Was Sauberkeit angeht, kann ich keine fünf Sterne geben...

The lack of air conditioning as is typical in Austria. That's only an issue during the summer heatwave though.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom but probably was forgotten and we did not mention this to the host. Overwall all good and no camplain.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Bad Goisern je príma malé městečko. Možnost koupání v potoce i řece, kousek k velkým jezerům... A výborná základna pro horskou turistiku.
Dům je prakticky vedle hlavní silnice, kolem domu je spíše neuklizeno a vnitřní prostory toužebně čekají na rekonstrukci. Potrhaná koženková lavice v kuchyni, na kterou jsme se obávali sednout, vestavný zatuchlý nábytek a kuchyně bez myčky... Velkou nepříjemností byla postel s pelestí, vhodná pro postavu max. 175 cm.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht. Auf Wunsch konnte man auch ein weiches Ei bestellen.
Im Frühstückraum etwas zu wenig Platz vorhanden, bei Auslastung der Pension kam es vor, dass Gäste keinen Platz hatten und warten mussten. Die Pension liegt direkt an der B145 gelegen, eine Lärmschutzwand mildert den Verkehrslärm aber ausreichend. Eventuell bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar. War jetzt nicht unbedingt störend, aber auch nicht ganz optimal.

I stayed in a single room and had my own bathroom and balcony which was just what I needed after long days of travelling and hikes around lake Hallstatt. The owners were lovely and made me feel so welcome- if I ever find myself in Bad Goisern again I would book this place in a heartbeat

Reviewed May 16, 2026The host of the apartment was really nice all the time. This apartment had everything that we needed. The location is also very nice. The balconies offer a great view of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop is a few minutes walking distance and all the supermarkets and necessary shops are also very near.
The size of the apartment was a little less especially if you have a baby. But you can't expect a big apartment in such a remote town in the lap of mountains and you also know the size when you book it.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The location is excellent, with many beautiful natural attractions nearby. The surroundings were lovely, you might even spot a few cats around :) The balcony view was definitely a huge plus. The host was very kind and hospitable. The place felt cozy, clean, safe, and welcoming almost like home. There was free parking directly in the guesthouse yard, and even when it was full, there was a large parking area only about a 6-minute walk away near the city information center. The breakfast was simple but still tasty and enough to start the day well. There was also a shared kitchen in the greenhouse area, and I used the kettle there a few times, which was very convenient. Overall, it was great value for money.
The only downside was a slight odor in the bathroom. Also, there was no shampoo in the shower, although I think it could probably be provided upon request.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Výborná poloha, možnosť ubytovať sa so psíkom a miestnosť na ebike. Spoločná kuchyňa. Balkon s výhľadom na hory. Páčilo sa nám. Domáci boli fajn, príjemný a celá oblasť je nádherná na rôzne aktivity, takže určite sa radi vrátime.😀
Slabšie raňajky a slabá odhlučnenosť izieb. Vždy bolo počuť keď niekto išiel po schodoch.

Duzy apartament, Wygodne łóżka, bardzo ciepło, nowe sprzęty AGD i przybory kuchenne. Gospodarze bardzo mili. Duzy parking przy samym budynku. .

Příliš měkké matrace (ale každý preferuje něco jiného), trochu problém umístit na malém parkovišti auto. Snídaně chutné, ale poněkud jednotvárné...

The hosts are very friendly and take care of hygiene and cleanliness in the rooms. Jako lepo i mirno mesto. Apartmani se nalaze tik uz centar grad. Lokacija samog grada je na savršenom mestu da se obidje cela okolina Haltstadt -a. Domacini su veoma ljubazni i drze do higijene i čistoće u sobama . Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Die Apartments liegen direkt neben dem Stadtzentrum. Die Lage der Stadt ist ideal, um die gesamte Haltstadt zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und achten auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit in den Zimmern.
