Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Beim Check in ist ein Ehepaar vor uns "hängen geblieben". Sie haben die "Notrufnummer" kontaktiert und innerhalb angemessener Zeit kam der Sohn der Vermieter und löste das Problem. Er war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Türe zur Toilette ist sehr eng, man muss sich förmlich in die Toilette zwängen. Lösung: Toilettentür nach außen und nicht nach innen öffnen lassen ( falls von der Bauordnung gestattet ).

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Avevo contattato la struttura diverse settimane prima del soggiorno, chiedendo espressamente una stanza silenziosa e delle coperte pesanti. Una richiesta semplice e comunicata con largo anticipo. L’host mi aveva rassicurato, garantendo che la camera avrebbe soddisfatto le mie esigenze. La realtà è stata decisamente diversa. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati in una stanza molto diversa da quella mostrata nelle fotografie, con un’impostazione talmente particolare da sembrare più adatta a garantire la privacy di incontri di tutt’altro genere che a ospitare una normale coppia. La doccia è completamente a vista, direttamente nella stanza, il lavandino è nella camera da letto e il WC è confinato in uno spazio angusto. Il risultato è surreale: per lavarsi le mani dopo essere stati in bagno bisogna tornare in camera; per fare una doccia si trasforma inevitabilmente l’intero ambiente in una zona umida, con il rischio di svegliare chi dorme. Più che design, sembra una concezione dello spazio che abbia dimenticato un dettaglio: una camera d’albergo dovrebbe essere funzionale. Ma il vero capolavoro arriva con le coperte. Avevo chiesto coperte pesanti e ci siamo ritrovati con semplici lenzuoli estivi. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato una matrimoniale, ci è stata assegnata una quadrupla, con quattro letti e relative coperte. Essendo in due, abbiamo utilizzato quelle disponibili, mettendone due per ciascun letto sul quale dormivamo. Una soluzione che normalmente non richiederebbe spiegazioni. Normalmente. Dopo il checkout, infatti, l’host mi ha contattato chiedendo perché avessimo utilizzato così tante coperte, chiedendoci in maniera tracotante se nella stanza fossimo stati in quattro... Eravamo in due! A quanto pare, due coperte per persona costituiscono un indizio investigativo.
Più dell’errore, sorprende l’invadenza: perché interrogare un cliente sulle proprie abitudini di sonno quando sta semplicemente utilizzando ciò che trova in camera? C’è chi dorme con una coperta e chi con due, anche usando l'aria condizionata. Non dovrebbe essere necessario impartire lezioni di antropologia delle abitudini personali a chi si occupa di ospitalità. Un buon host dovrebbe conoscere almeno il significato di tatto, discrezione e rispetto del cliente. Qui l’impressione è stata esattamente opposta: personale praticamente inesistente durante il soggiorno, ma improvvisamente molto presente dopo il checkout per investigare sulle coperte. Anche la posizione non aiuta: lontana dal centro, con un’area circostante particolarmente buia e poco accogliente nelle ore serali. Infine, 113 euro per una sistemazione di questo livello sono francamente sproporzionati. Considerando camera, comfort, posizione e qualità complessiva, personalmente non attribuirei alla sistemazione un valore superiore ai 30 euro. In definitiva: una camera poco funzionale, una richiesta fatta settimane prima e ignorata, un rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo e, come ciliegina sulla torta, un interrogatorio post-checkout sulle nostre abitudini nel dormire. Non è questo, a mio avviso, il concetto di ospitalità. La sconsiglio senza esitazioni a chi cerca tranquillità, funzionalità e professionalità. Se decidete comunque di soggiornarvi, preparatevi almeno a spiegare quante coperte avete utilizzato e, soprattutto, perché.

Il check-in, per persone con difficoltà nell'automatizzazione digitale, potrebbe risultare complicato.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I spent one night at the hotel only to start early in the morning for a bike tour to Italy. My experience was quite good, besides a small mismatch with my personal code, which was fixed within a few minutes directly with the booking app. The room fulfilled my expectations for a simple and clean room to spend overnight. It was also very quiet and the location is fine, not far away from the train station.
Parking for bicycles inside is very limited and it was occupied, I parked my bike outside but it was okay.

La camera era un po’ piccola (però lo sapevamo perché era descritta) ma dotata di tutto il necessario e anche con aria condizionata. Direi molto bene. Non c’è la colazione ma ci sono dei distributori automatici e degli spazi comuni dove eventualmente poter mangiare.

Ik had niks te klagen als er toch wat te klagen valt dan is t de douche die je moest vast houden om te douchen...maar dat was kleinigheidje. Verder alles prima geregeld thee koffie beneden in de lobby kon je maken

In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Klimaanlage ebenfalls vorhanden.

Aufzug vorhanden, perfekt für uns Radler, Getränke-und Kaffeeautomat vorhanden. Rezeptionistin am nächsten Morgen überaus hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder😀
