Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Gemütliches, kleines, ruhiges Hostel direkt am Busbahnhof mit kleinem Garten direkt am Busbahnhof. Sehr sauber , sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Ich kam früh mit dem Bus aus Santiago an und konnte schon mein Gepäck dort abstellen. Muchas gracias!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Con el aire acondicionado en la pieza me olvidé del frío en una de las noches más heladas que he pasado en Osorno. La cama súper cómoda. Todo impecable. Y en la habitación había un hervidor y tecito de cortesía que me dió la vida!!! Está a 3 minutos caminando del terminal de buses. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2023- Very clean - Kind and helpful staff - Secure and quiet location - It was a pleasant surprise to be able to use a credit card upon checking in (I had thought it was cash only) - Heating unit in the room for the cold nights was solid - Shower was hot with good water pressure
- Wifi was weak in the room and in and out in general (room & common area). - Breakfast was quite basic, especially for the price. Adding eggs and/or some simple fresh fruits would be a nice addition. :) - The shower was quite tight (a small cubicle) with a curtain on two sides; take care not to splash out. - Location was a bit of a walk from the main sights in town.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2023I was super surprised about how clean, organized and comfortable the hostel is. Very friendly owners who made my stay extra. Lockers of appropriate size, obe bathroom per bedroom, well-equipped kitchen with high quality pots and pans. Just one quarter from the bus terminal.
