The stay was excellent. The hospitality and treatment were exceptional, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing, and the food was excellent as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

La signora ci ha organizzato un rientro con driver privato su Luxor, che non ha rispettato gli accordi presi. Non mi è chiaro chi dei due volesse fregarci.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. I especially want to thank Esraa, who was attentive throughout my stay and truly made a difference. She made sure everything was going well and was always available to help. They even called me to remind me about breakfast, which shows the level of care and attention they give to their guests. I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Everything was fantastic. Brilliant hosts who were so helpful during our stay including arranging great trips for us. The location is perfect right next to the public Nile ferry. The Island is very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the East bank. The King Jamaica restaurant was next door and has excellent food. There is a lovely terrace in the guesthouse, which serves drinks, overlooking the Nile, and is where breakfast is taken. We had a late bus on our last day and were able to keep our room, which is fantastic.

We liked everything, it's a perfect place to stay.

L’établissement est très bien placé sur l’île Éléphantine, juste à côté de l’arrivée du ferry. Esrah et sa famille étaient au petit soins pour faire en sorte que mon séjour se déroule pour le mieux, que je me sente bien et que je visite les alentours dans les meilleurs conditions. Les moments passés à discuter avec elle était très agréables, je recommande vivement de séjourner ici!

Look no further than the Jamaica Guest house for beautiful home cooked food, clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly helpful owners and reliable on site organisation of any activity you could want. We were a large family group of nine with both sets of grandparents and three children. Everyone and all their associated compliancation were all accommodated with patience, compassion and friendship. Esraa runs the house and her brother Mohammed is a captain with a fleet of motor and sailing boats. Esraa and her extended family around them offer several dining options, all freshly prepared to order that are a real taste of quality family cooking with ultimately kind service. We stayed two nights and went visiting the botanical gardens on a tour around elephant island with Mohammed and later went sailing on their traditional Fellucca to see the sunset and swim in the Nile. My father in law is partially disabled and uses a wheelchair, everyone involved was incredibly helpful and he had an amazing experience.

Il gestore cordiale e gentile appena hai bisogno o sei in difficolta ti viene in contro e in aiuto per qualsiasi cosa, ha collegamenti con i vari tour a prezzo buono Insomma tutto per stare tranquilli e vivere al meglio il proprio soggiorno senza pensieri.

The views, being close to the ferry and being close to the Nubian dreams restaurant rooms are spacious and clean . You can also get good deals if you want to do excursions and transfers.

A great accommodation that is highly recommended. Above all, it was good that the host was very helpful and arranged everything possible, boat trip, good prices etc. Good breakfast every morning and they arranged for you to have it even when you had to get up early. The view from the terrace was also a big plus. Easy to get to and from the island with boat.

La gentillesse des hôtes, la chambre était parfaitement propre. Même si la salle de bain est petite elle est parfaitement fonctionnelle. L’accueil était incroyable et les hôtes ont accepté de garder toutes nos affaires pendant presque une journée pour notre excursion. Ils sont avenants et prêts à nous aider. Merci encore pour l’accueil 🙏🏻

不知道为什么阿斯旺的住宿都好贵，这家的性价比价格很不错，就在象岛居民码头旁边，坐个船就到市中心，设施也意外的好，热水水压无线网络都不错，店家回复消息很快，支付一点报酬可以让店家帮忙洗一下衣服，整体性价比真的挺高

Manzarası çok güzel ve konum itibarıyla rahat bir yerde. İşletme sahibi Muhammet Ebu Simbel ve Nubian köyü için araç ayarlayıp yardımcı oldu sağolsun ( Ebu Simbel 100 dolar, Nubian köyü için tekne 700 Mısır poundu) Yemekleri de fena değildi. Zaten Mısır genelinde yapılan yemekler damak tadımıza çok uygun değil maalesef. Oda değişiminde de yardımcı oldular.

Maalesef kahvaltı çeşidi çok yetersizdi.

Obwohl anders geplant, habe ich meinen Aufenthalt hier um drei Tage verlängert. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, nachts ist es ruhig und friedlich und auf der Dachterasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf den Nil, ein Ort, an den man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Mohamed und seine Schwester Esra sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett. Egal um was es ging, sie haben mich auszeichnet beraten und mir bei allen Belangen geholfen. Sie kennen sich ausgezeichnet aus und ihre Unterstützung war großartig. Vielen Dank dafür! Sollte ich noch einmal nach Assuan kommen, dies wäre meine erste Anlaufstelle und das Hotel der Wahl!

Tous les membres de cette famille sont vraiment sympathiques. Ils ont su développer une offre touristique très complète (restaurant , bar, chambres d'hôtes) et proposent même des services additionnels (bateau à moteur, taxi) Situé tout à côté de l'embarcadère de l'île Elephantine, c'est idéal lorsque vous arrivez avec votre valise

La douche est un peu déroutante pour nous européens (juste à coté des toilettes) mais finalement on s'y fait

The host was very nice. Packed me some food to go since I was leaving early. Location is great, on the Nubian Elephantine island. It's a different vibe from Assouan, more clam. Near some restaurants and with a typical village to explore with some ruins. Easy to grab the cheap, fast and frequent ferry.

Room was minimalist, but that's what I booked

esraa and her Family are very welcoming and did offer a Lot of help. Its clean and the AC is Working well! They also picked me up at the Airport and asked at any Moment if all is good. My friend and I were given even a bigger Room. Shukran!

Ein wunderschönes Gasthaus! Besonders das Frühstück mit Blick auf den Nil war ein echtes Highlight – einfach traumhaft. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und herzlich, und die Leute hier sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Czysty, ale bardzo mały pokój, będąc kilka dni stanowi to problem ze względu na brak możliwości wyjęcia rzeczy z walizki.

The owner of the guest house has already been messaging me before coming to the place, asking if we needed any help with anything. He was kind and professional, he only asked what he could offer and didn’t try to bribe or ask to go to any touristy places/restaurants. He was very welcoming. We also got the airport transfer pickup. The room was okay, had two double beds. We also had breakfast boxes as we had tours in the morning.

We didn’t have towels and bathroom amenities at our first night as we checked in very late, and we couldn’t ask anyone anymore. The owner later apologized for this.

Super vue sur le Nil, très calme, accueil très chaleureux et disponibilité du personnel, même très tôt (3h30!) le matin pour partir à l'aéroport...

Struttura accogliente e pulitissima.

L’emplacement et la disposition d’accueil que Isra a mis en place pour nous accueillir: l’excursion à Abou simbel tôt le matin, elle nous a trouvé des billets d’avion à moindre coût pour Le Caire pourtant on a cherché nous même sans trouver. Le resto exceptionnel repas frais, copieux et à un prix abordable. Elle s’occupe de ses clients comme s’ils étaient de sa famille. Une belle rencontre et aussi sa petite sœur Amira qui est très gentil et serviable. Je reviendrai sans doute la prochaine fois. Isra on oubliera jamais tout ce que t’as fait pour nous. Milles merci 😘🥰😍❤️

Everything was excellent, Esraa is a great host she is very kind and hospitable. The location is great just by the public ferry in Elephantine Island, which is very quiet and nice place and a couple of minutes away from Aswan City. The place was super clean, and the beds were very comfy, and the roof has one of the best views I have ever had. Definitely my place to go every time in Aswan. Thank you Esraa 🙏🏼

الاوطيل جميل و نظيف و رائحته جيلة جذا و اصحابه طيبة ،الغرفة كانت نظيفة و مريحة ..الاوطيل جاء في موقع جميل في الجزيرة جنب المعدية ،و قريب من كل شيء،و جانب مطعم ،الاكل فيه لذيذ و اطلالته جميلة على النيل و أصحابه ايضا طيبين.اذا،رجعت لاسوان مرة اخرى اكيد سأحجز فيه مجددا.

Esra und ihr Bruder sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Sie organisieren passgenaue Ausflüge und geben gute Tipps. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war toll und der Blick auf den Nil war ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Auf Wunsch kann man dort auch sehr lecker Essen.

Great location just by the boat drop off point at Elephantine island. The rooftop restaurant overseeing the Nile. Owner Esra is very friendly and helpful, and as all the hotels and guesthouses in Egypt, she can arrange for tours, and she speaks good English too. There is washing machine too but we didn’t use it. 好位置，就在象岛（Elephantine Island）船只上下船点旁边。屋顶餐厅可以眺望尼罗河。店主 Esra 非常友善、乐于助人，和埃及所有酒店与家庭旅馆一样，她可以帮忙安排各类行程，而且她的英语很好。这里也有洗衣机，不过我们没有使用。

C est assez precaire, La qualité de la literie est moyenne, l accès et les alentours ne sont pas agréables L accueil est formel . Le petit déjeuner n est servi qu après 7h30 ce qui est gênant pour des départs tôt, qui se font de l autre cote du nil, un pt dej dépannage est donné dans une barquette.. Il y a un restaurant attenant où on peut prendre un verre ou un repas

L'établissement est parfaitement situé à deux minutes à pieds de l'embarcadère. Il est beau, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Esra et Mohamad sont des hôtes exceptionnels, accueillant et aidant. Jeune trentenaire, C'est la première fois que je recommande de réserver vos excursions avec l'hotel. On eu le droit à voir Abou Simbel avant tout le monde à 7h20 du matin grâce à leur guide, pour un prix imbattable. Petite mention pour le jeune garçon très accueillant qui s'occupe du toit et de son adorable chien. On ne séjournera nul part ailleurs si on revient à Assouan

Très bon accueil au Jamaica guesthouse qui est situé au bord du Nil sur l'île Eléphantine. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée avec un petit balcon et la vue sur le Nil. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés servis sur le rooftop où la vue sur le Nil est superbe. Je recommande cet endroit pour un séjour calme et serein.

The views from the guest house was amazing the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast freshly done Mohammad help to book trip to abu Simba for the next day and onward transfers to Luxor for a reasonable price definitely stay here again

Un séjour vraiment charmant dans cette guest house tenue par un frère et une sœur ! C’était impeccable, très propre, et ils ont été extrêmement accueillants dès notre arrivée. Ils nous ont immédiatement proposé de très belles excursions à des prix vraiment raisonnables. Sa sœur a été particulièrement attentionnée avec nous — un grand merci à elle ! Franchement, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. En plus, le quartier est très sympa et il y a un super resto juste à côté !

Esra was super nice. Waited for us to arrive at 11pm, gave us a room upgrade and prepared a breakfast box for our Abu Simbel trip. We had a lovely dinner on the rooftop as well. Room was quite big and the location is fantastic, so close to the ferry.

We had a terrible experience booking a nile cruise trip through the hotel. We were promised a quiet room on the 2nd floor initially. But on the checkin day, we were told that the boat is full and they only have a crappy room in the basement left. If we want a room on the 2nd floor, we need to switch to another boat, which is really old. We had no choice but to choose this room in the basement, which is full of cockroaches, flies, gas smell, with loud engine noise, and with limited view. We had a terrible experience. The hotel works with an agent named “Monty” for cruise booking, we did some research later and find this guy notorious for giving you crappy room last minute and forcing you you to switch to another lower tier boat. So be very careful with booking the cruise with the hotel and Monty.

¡Excelente lugar! El personal es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos hicieron sentir cómodos desde el primer momento. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. Sin dudas volvería, se nota que les importa que pases una buena estadía.

Hele fijne tijd gehad en een echte aanrader. Kamers zijn erg ruim en schoon. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en staan met alles voor je klaar. Verblijf heeft prachtig uitzicht op de Nijl. Elke 5 minuten is er een veerboot naar Aswan. Extra complimenten voor Isra en haar broer voor alle hulp en extra service. Zij hebben ons verblijf erg aangenaam gemaakt.

Era una isla había que pasar en lancha. Llegada por callejones no aptos para maletas. Había una fiesta de bodas así que hubo música toda la noche y hasta que nos fuimos al medio Día del día siguiente

Établissement au confort sommaire et petit déjeuner Light. Par contre charme de cette petite île à l ambiance nubienne.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber sowie die Lage der Unterkunft! Die Sauberkeit und das bequeme Bett.Die Terrasse mit toller Aussicht, war leider nur morgens und Abends zu genießen da es tagsüber heiß wie im Brutofen war.! Die relativ schnelle Möglichkeit auf die andere Nilseite zu gelangen!

Das Zimmer hatte kein Kühlschrank, kein Fernsehen, kein Stuhl oder Hocker. Nach dem Duschen stand das kleine Bad unter Wasser! Der kleine Balkon hatte ebenfalls keine Sitzgelegenheit. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste während meiner einmonatigen Reise in Ägypten! Lieblos serviert, ein altes Fladenbrot, keine Butter, keine Marmelade, keine Frucht oder Joghurt, kein Besteck, nur ein Löffel für ein kleines Glas Nescaffe! Allerdings gab es ein einfaches Omelette mit 6 dünnen Gurkenscheiben! Leider habe ich, wegen der ständigen Offerten des Inhabers eineTour nach Abu Simbel gebucht! Man versprach einen Aufenthalt dort von 2 Stunden. Der Fahrer bestand darauf nur eine Stunde zu warten und man musste das ganze Programm im Schnelldurchgang absolvieren.... sehr schade...! Zurück in Assuan musste ich außerdem erfahren, dass mein Preis von 35 US völlig überzogen war. Den Eintrittspreis in Abu Simbel von 16 Euro hat man eh verschwiegen. Alles in Allem eine Enttäuschung!

A beautiful escape from the city, amazing breakfast all freshly cooked, the view from the terrace is beautiful. The rooms are very clean with new beds and bedding, A/C is a plus on the hot nights. The friendly staff helped arrange my day tours to Abo Simbel, Phile temple, and helped immensely to navigate a good deal on sunset felucca and motor boats on the Nile. They can also arrange a connection with the nile cruise boat if needed.

Super accueil dans ce lieu, très beau et très pratique pour les déplacement car le ferry est au pied de l’hôtel. Les hôtes ont été adorables avec nous et nous ont beaucoup aidé, je recommande vivement !

Great views, amazing staff, very friendly. They helped us with our tour and our boat cruise down to Luxor. Highly recommend staying with these guys!

Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Son personas muy hospitalarias y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa. La comida estaba deliciosa y a muy buen precio. Para los días de las excursiones temprano nos prepararon una caja para poder tomarla por el camino
