Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nahe am Strand. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich! Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

J’avais réservé un lit en dortoir et finalement on m’a offert une chambre privée qui était vraiment confortable et super jolie !

Les douches n’étaient pas très propres. Je pense que sur le nettoyage cela pourrait s’améliorer bien que c’était nettoyé tous les jours, mais pas à fond

Unbearably so, I had to get my drink bottles out of the fridge to use to cool me down at night. It was beyond uncomfortable to be in there. Metal racks to store your stuff are really loud and impractical with 1 small drawer to lock things away 4 bed female dorm is tiny for how much I paid Overall wouldn’t recommend I think this place has good reviews because of the social element but the hostel itself is lacking some really basic stuff which I was expecting from a hostel with such good reviews. Obviously the worst part was the heat in the room, which had not been an issue at the other 3x hostels I stayed at in the Canary Islands.

El hostal tiene un problema importante con las cañerías y los malos olores. El personal fue muy amable y atento, y no tengo ninguna queja en ese aspecto. Sin embargo, la habitación compartida para seis personas en la que me alojé tenía un fuerte olor a cañería que procedía del baño. Además, no tenía ventana al exterior, solo hacia el interior del hostal, y al no haber aire acondicionado había bastante calor y humedad, lo que hacía que el olor fuera aún más desagradable. El mismo problema de olores también lo percibí en las duchas situadas cerca de la recepción. Las instalaciones están en buen estado, pero estos problemas afectan considerablemente a la experiencia. Sería necesario solucionar el problema de las cañerías y mejorar la ventilación y climatización.

The female staff all were incredibly nice, helpful and kept the common areas very clean. The location is very good, with the beach, a supermarket and a lot of stuff to do closeby.

The room doesn’t have a window and gets incredibly hot, there’s a fan on the ceiling but after the first night, this didn’t really help anymore. There’s a window inside the room’s door, but with the room being very close to the kitchen, you can only leave it open if you don’t mind other people watching you. We are used to very hot temperatures in the summer, but this is another level. The common kitchen is closed at 10 pm, which is quite impractical as this is obviously a place where many young people stay, who (in our case) would like to have dinner, snack or have a drink/some tea later in the evening - especially as you are not allowed to have any food in your room. We understand that the kitchen needs to be cleaned, but do not see necessity for it to be closed for the entire night, so that you cannot even get your snacks or a glass of water. The female staff who closed the kitchen were very accommodating and let people finish their meal when they had started eating only shortly before 10, but sometimes, a man (perhaps the owner) would then scold the staff for it publicly. As a last point, there are a lot of men in the house who walk around without shirts on, which we thought should be discouraged in the common areas.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia Las Canteras, la disposizione e l'arredamento della surf house, molto accogliente e facile da percorrere, nonostante le numerose stanze.

Il fatto che nella mia stanza, nonostante mi fossi ritrovato a dormire da solo per qualche notte, sono sempre rimasti dall'inizio alla fine dei panni sugli armadi comuni, limitando la possibilità di utilizzare quei ripostigli, per altro già limitati per via della struttura scelta.

Problemas de ventilación, mucho calor en las habitaciones, aunque nos facilitaron un ventilador para mejorar la situación. Mal olor a desagüe en los baños.

La struttura è disposta in più piani con moltissime zone comuni ed un arredamento molto da surf camp.

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. El personal nos dio una recepción maravillosa, nos explicaron con todo detalle qué hacer y qué visitar en Gran Canaria, y se notaba que lo hacían con muchísimas ganas de que disfrutáramos la isla al máximo. La primera noche que estuvimos allí organizaron una pizza party que fue una pasada: conocimos a gente estupenda, tanto huéspedes como parte del equipo, y el buen rollo se sentía por todas partes. Ese ambiente cercano y familiar marcó toda nuestra estancia. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo un minuto andando de la playa, así que no nos faltó de nada. Mi prima y yo no tenemos ninguna duda de que queremos volver. Lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan especial! 🫶🏼🤙🏼

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la struttura, che abbiamo trovato accogliente e ricca di attività. È un'ottima soluzione soprattutto per chi viaggia da solo, perché offre diverse occasioni per conoscere nuove persone. Lo staff si è sempre dimostrato molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale.

La camera, invece, era piuttosto piccola e non offriva molto spazio per sistemare i bagagli. Anche la pulizia generale della struttura potrebbe essere migliorata. Nel complesso, comunque, abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'atmosfera e l'accoglienza.

Estaba muy cerca a la playa y al hiperdino, así que pude ir a comprar o nadar cuando quería. La verdad que por el precio, lo que ofrecen me parece que está muy bien. Hacían limpieza todos los días de las habitaciones y baño, considero que eso también es un plus, siempre tenía todo limpio y me gustaba pasar tiempo en la terraza.

La única pega que le pongo es que no había aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y en la habitación de las chicas hacía muchísimo calor, teníamos que dejar la puerta abierta para que el aire circule pero claro, ya a partir de las 8-9am se empezaba a oír el ruido de fuera y de las personas pasando, entonces no podía dormir de corrido hasta más tarde. También considero como opinión personal que en las actividades que realizan deberían de ser más inclusivas y entretenidas, a las que llegué a asistir, me aburrieron un poco porque la mayoría hablaba italiano o catalán, había leído comentarios que los voluntarios mejoraron la estancia para algunos pero no fue mi caso (exceptuando a la chica de rulos y que llevaba gafas que siempre me gustaba hablar con ella y nos fuimos a comer), me lo pasé mejor con las personas que se quedaban en el hostal , sin embargo repito que esto es solo una experiencia personal y está puede ser diferente para cada quien

Ambiente muy cercano, buena ubicación, eventos por la tarde, se respetan los horarios de silencio para el descanso, el personal te ayuda en todo lo que puede, cocina amplia...

Desde el primer momento me sentí en un sitio limpio y cómodo. El personal muy cercano y amable. Volveré sin duda!

It is self check in in the evening. They stop returning texts and phone calls around 10.30. After two nights, I got bored and checked out three days early.

Équipe jeune et très sympa. Manager très avenant et accommodant. Bien géré et entretenu. Il y a eu quelques activités de groupe lorsque j’y étais de type soirées pizza ou soirée dans un bar avec musique live. Les chambres privées sont simples et propres mais petites.

Les salles de bain fonctionnent dans l’ensemble mais certaines choses pourraient être améliorées comme ajouter des portemanteaux, des porte ms douchettes qui tiennent bien.

la habitación que elegí tenia el baño incorporado y sólo fuimos 3 en las noches que estuve asi que super bien!! los chicos muy majos, todo fue super facil y queda al lado de la playa de las canteras, hay un supermercado a media calle... un centro comercial muy grande a 20min andando... a 10min en coche. Si vuelvo a ir a Gran canaria repetiría allí siempre

La cama de la habitación privada era muy cómoda. El personal del hostel fue muy amable y cercano. La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca de la playa. El ambiente entre los huéspedes.

The location was great. A couple mins walk to the beach restaurants and supermarket. Comfy bed. Staff are responsive on whattsapp. I arrived late and they sent a video. However didnt go well. See below.

Was assigned room 14 but changed to room 6 all girls. Yeah sounds great until you walk in there. It was like a bomb had gone off. These chicks had their sh*t all over the place incl the bathroom. I was assigned the wrong bed 😀 and was moved to a room with a guy. Totally clean!! Next day moved to shared room downstairs wirh attatched bathroom. I asked for a fan and they very kindly accomodated. The rooms are very small snd mostly no windows. There are a lot of staff working. The kitchen was often not clean aa people dont clean up. Tg8svis just disguting but instead of send messages there aew cameras and they need to deal wirh people directly. Food is left in the fridge well after people checkout and the containers are not clesned by staff. You are expected to do it. I experienced some very ant american hate from a guy there. I think he was staying long tetm and he sounded and looked drunk most of rhe time. He told me americans wre racist murderers bla bla bla said he was surprised i wasnt eating hamburgers. Yet was pissed when i told him i was generally eating at a steakhouse in Vegueta. The race baiting continued every time i saw him. I wasnt offended more curious and amused. He was enraged everytime he saw me. Even h8s buddy mentioned it. If you sre american and bump into him id suggest giving him a wide berth unless uoyd like to wind up the monkey. To those of his ilk id strongly advise reading up on spains role in colonization and slavery as well.as a quick read on how the canaries were founded! 🤪😄😁

La experiencia a sido muy buena, el personal muy agradable y las instalaciones están muy bien. Lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda.

Der var en der var syg og håber han har det godt, men det gjorde det mindre hyggeligt at sove da han tit skulle kaste op. Mener han havde kræft. Det var lidt som jeg generede ham på hans sygehusværelse selv om jeg var på surfeferie.

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue el trato de los voluntarios sin lugar a duda. Los chicos me hicieron sentir súper cómoda en todo momento, integrándome a todas las actividades y haciéndome sentir súper a gusto. Un placer haberlos conocido y haber compartido estos días con ellos! El hostel en sí está muy bueno, la vibra es muy relajada y todos están con buena actitud. Me sentí segura en todo momento lo que me parece importante viajando sola. La ubicación es espectacular.

Si bien el alojamiento está bueno y el ambiente es súper amigable, me quedé en la habitación 12 y se escuchaba muchísimo todo lo que pasaba en la cocina. De noche todos fueron súper respetuosos, pero durante el día tenía que hacer home office con reuniones y esperaba que en la habitación fuera más silencioso (además había una obra que tenía un taladro todo el día entonces era imposible estar en la habitación durante el día). Recomiendo mejorar la sonorización del hostel.

Very low price for what you get. really nice hostel, always clean and tidy both in rooms and common areas, and with all the features you need (kitchen tools, etc.). There are good facilities if you need to work or rest, and nice shared spaces to meet people and live the hostel. The best part by far was the staff, super kind and welcoming, lots of activities organized every day and made me feel part of a group from day 1, which is what makes the whole difference for your trip if you are travelling alone. Would recommend 100% and I will come back soon.

Por suerte yo estuve en una habitacion que tenia ventana y entraba aire, pero las demás solo tenian ventanas internas, no corre mucho aire.

Very close to the beach. I liked that for the first few days I was the only one in the female dorm; there was an en-suite bathroom, and cleaning was done daily. The staff were friendly.

There were a few minor issues, but I won't go into them.

Everything!! I came for 3 nights and extended my stay for almost 2 weeks. The staff was brilliant!! Many activities during the week gathered everyone together! The rooms and common spaces were super clean and well taken care of! I loved how many places this house had if you wanted to work, study, or just chill - there was a TV room, 2 rooftops, a coworking space, spacious kitchen. The wifi worked pretty well. Location was amazing! Close to the beach and the main attractions, 1min walk from a supermarket. Loved this place! I will be back here 100%! A huge thanks to the team for making this stay so lovely! <3

I visited the hostel for the third time in a row and it keeps surprising me more and more, whether it's the premises or the new people. During my 13-day stay, I felt at home and my stay was made better by the nice people, both employees and guests. I am very happy that I could visit this beautiful place again and enjoy my vacation to the fullest. I will definitely come back here next year because I feel great there. I would like to thank all the employees and guests of the hostel for the time spent with you.

Hostel muy bien ubicado, al lado de la playa. Es muy amplio y disponen de varios baños, terrazas y cocinas totalmente equipadas. Se preocupan por mantener todas las instalaciones limpias y ordenadas. El personal es súper agradable y cercano, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y te hacen sentir como en casa. Además, organizan muchos planes para conocer la isla y gente nueva. Repetiré!

Podrían mejorar el tema del internet, porque es cierto que aunque tienen wifi, no llega muy bien a las habitaciones y tampoco tienen cobertura.

Everything! Starting from the staff which was the best part of the stay!! A huge huge thanks to them for making my stay so enjoyable and full of the best memories! I loved that every single day they were hosting some activities making everyone feel like in a family. The hostel itself is very clean, spacious, many common places (tv room, 2 rooftops, coworking space, living room). Wifi was working perfectly so it was a big advantage for me working remotely. Super close to all the main attractions. Also, the communication with the hostel before arrival was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back here! Thank you!!

¡Muchísimas gracias al equipo del hostal! El ambiente es increíblemente cálido, acogedor y familiar. Todo el personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Me encantó la atención recibida y la buena energía que se respira en todo el lugar. Además, fue muy fácil conocer a otros viajeros y sentirse como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque un lugar agradable y con un trato excepcional.

Una experiencia fantástica. El hostel está impecablemente limpio, muy bien organizado y cuidado al detalle. Las camas son cómodas, las zonas comunes están muy bien pensadas y la terraza es perfecta para relajarse o tomar el sol. Se nota el esfuerzo que ponen en mantener todo en perfecto estado. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hostels en los que me he alojado.

Me encantó este hostel. ❤️ Todo estaba súper limpio, ordenado y con un ambiente muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas y las terrazas son una maravilla para descansar, leer o simplemente disfrutar del sol. Da gusto encontrar lugares donde se nota tanto cariño por los detalles. Very kind and supportive staffs. Well organized kitchen and the public places. Comfortable staying. I arrived late night, but the one of the staff sent me some videos to find my bed and so on. I was touched in Mt first visiting to Las Palmas. And I could use the kitchen and sofa in the public place after I check out. It was very happy and comfortable staying.

For the first time traveler, there are not many information to get to the guesthouse. But don't worry, the staff will send all information about that. :)

Me gustaron las amenidades con sus terrazas y salones. También las habitaciones y los baños (que son varios). Estaba siempre limpio y en orden. En especial, el staff fue encantador, en especial Teresa, que es una crack!

En principio estaba todo bien.

La ubicación, la limpieza de baños y duchas, la diversidad de espacios donde poder estar (terrazas, comedor...), disponer de tenderetes para dejar las toallas, bañadores...

Las habitaciones podrían ser algo más luminosas.

The hostel has a nice location. Clean kitchen and rooftop to relax. I had some problems in my room but the manager Teresa is a lovely woman. She changed my room and made sure I have a good experience in Gran Canaria. I will definitely recommend the hostel.

La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza

No tiene vistas al mar, pero tiene un par de terrazas agradables, zona de coworking y sala de estar con televisión. La cocina nueva y el comedor están muy bien. Muy agradables, nuevo y muy limpio. Muchas gracias, sobre todo a la encargada, que me enseñó todas las instalaciones y atendió todas mis demandas. También la recepcionista de la noche fue muy atenta. ¡Gracias!

Il posto ideale per viaggiare in solitaria: mi sono sentita da subito accolta all'interno dell'ostello grazie allo staff e alle svariate attività proposte quotidianamente. Divertimento assicurato, ho conosciuto persone eccezionali da tutto il mondo. Plus non da poco, è a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia.
