I letti un po' scomodi, ma si tratta di abitudine personale. Attenti a Google maps che vi farà girare intorno alla casa senza farvi mai capire dov'è. Chiedete agli abitanti della zona, fate prima.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat eine gute Lage. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön.
Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner, als angegeben und verfügte nicht über alle angegebenen Ausstattungsmerkmale, wie z. B. Sitzecke und Schrank. Das Bad war sehr klein, verfügte über keinerlei Abstellmöglickeiten. Es war als Doppelzimmer ausgewiesen, ist aber für 2 Personen zu klein.

Die Betten sind nicht bequem und das Duschen mit Duschvorhang ist nicht unbedingt komfortabel …

Im Zeitraum der 4 Übernachtungen wurde nur einmal gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt und Müll geleert. Ausstattung der Küche war nicht wie beschrieben, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. (Kücheausstattung bestand nur aus Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe (wozu ohne Herd??). )

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Stefanis House is idealy situated, with a great view of Skiathos Town and the port. The apartment had everything you need. Katarina was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival and available if we needed to contact her.
As the weather was so good (and hot), maybe some kind of sunshade for balcony may have been helpful for late afternoon, when we returned from day out. But that would definately not stop us from returning.

Chambre bien équipée avec une kitchenette, deux lits jumeaux et une petite salle de bain fonctionnelle. Tout était propre et la propriétaire était très gentille. Super rapport qualité prix fin septembre à moins de 60€ la nuit
Même s’il est situé à 5min à pied du centre, l’établissement n’est pas ultra facile à trouver. La propriétaire ne m’a pas donné d’instructions pour cela non plus. Quand je suis arrivé, même si elle était serviable, l’accueil a été assez expéditif et elle ne m’a rien dit sur l’île ou sur les choses à faire ou à voir. Un peu dommage

La struttura si trova nel punto più alto della città e di conseguenza per arrivare la strada è molto ripida, il dislivello è veramente tanto. Unico neo di gran bel soggiorno.....

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über die Stadt und zum alten Hafen. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Katerina sorgt für alles Notwendige. In der Nacht ruhig, tagsüber sind die Mopeds in den Seitengassen gut hörbar. Küchenausstattung nur für Frühstück geeignet. Eine Kochplatte + Wasserkocher. Betten sehr gut, Dusche o.k. Uns hat die Lage abseits vom Trubel gut gefallen, der Anstieg zur Wohnung ist zwar anstrengend, dafür wird man aber mit der Aussicht vom Balkon belohnt.

A lovely spot to sit and enjoy the gorgeous Greek landscape. The host was really helpful when our flight was delayed and incredibly accommodating throughout the trip.

Maybe it was my mistake, but the pictures made it look like we were choosing a room with a stove and a fully equipped kitchen. Not all rooms had that. In the end, we managed with a microwave and a kettle.

You have to climb many stairs to reach the location from the port, but we actually enjoyed this. Very clean. What I would add is to have some toiletries included, such as shampoo and shower gel. Other than this, everything was perfect.

The place is clean, very pleasant and calm, balcony is huge, basic stuff for the kitchen so you can cook. The host was amazing and spoke good English so she was able to give us advice about activities in Skiathos.

The apartment is nice and clean with a bathroom, a small kichenette (glasses, bowls, plates, water heater, hotplare are available, also a refrigerator with freezer), and a balcony with beautiful view of Skiathos town. The apartment is located on a hill, 10 minutes walking distance from the centre, 5 minutes walking distance from the bus and a big supermarket.
We didnt have any problem but be prepared for the stairs going up on the hill where the apartment is located.

The stay was special, there is a lovely panoramic view from this balcony. There is also a very nice painting of a beach on the wall in the room. I liked the atmosphere very much! We had air conditioning, fridge, hot water, clean towels, all the necessary amenities. We had no problem with this place.

Katerina, the host, is really nice. The location is on a hill, so be prepared to climb a bit. But it's worth it.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2023The apartment was spacious and had a pleasant view of the city from the balcony. It was in a good neighbourhood and felt safe and secure. The location was ok, and in the end our 2 favourite places to eat were the 2 closest to our apartment!
Despite the good location, it was difficult to find initially, thanks to someone having dropped a pin on Google maps in entirely the wrong location. Greek houses in historic areas don't have precise addresses, so forewarned is forearmed - this property did not answer Booking.com messages regarding arrival arrangements, and phone contact is to an agency who then had to play Chinese whispers for sometime before we were finally directed to the correct address. Not pleasant in 35c heat with luggage in tow up 100s of steps. The smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the apartment when we arrived made us gag. Our balcony went unused because of smokers on either side of us, meaning we had to close all windows and doors and run the air conditioner the entire time. Despite the spacious kitchen area, it was sparsely equipped, had very worn pots and pans, no sink plug, a rusty well used kitchen cloth, no drying towels, salt or pepper, bathroom provisions etc. For the price we would expect many more comforts of home, as we have experienced elsewhere in Greece.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2023I loved the location, although Stefanis House is located up a steepish hill the walk is worth the view. I spent many evenings watching the birds perform their acrobatics and enjoying the view of the sea and surrounding hills. The apartment is very clean, with linen and towels changed regularly. The kitchen equipment was adequate for my purposes. I felt very at home and safe. Katerina, the owner, was really kind and looked after me well. I cannot fault the service and would recommend the apartments to friends and family.

Our room with sea view was kept spotless and linen and towels changed regularly. Not for anyone with mobility issues because of the location but we loved our two weeks at Stefani's and would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2023I had a very comfortable stay at Stefanis House. The room was spotlessly clean and towels and sheets were refreshed twice in the 5 days I stayed. It is located 5 mins walk from town, bus terminal and port. There’s various ways up and down to the property, some are steeper than others, but the reward is a quiet location and the fabulous balcony views. Katerina was easy to contact and very friendly. I really appreciated the airport transfer and lift to the port. I would stay again
The balcony is effectively shared with the next door room as it’s only separated by a metal railing so sense of privacy is a bit compromised. This wasn’t too much of a problem as me and neighbours tended to use the balcony at different times
