There was wifi as a concept, no internet.(besides his wifi, that was horrible, no signal for data usage) No light in the room, 2 light bulbs, very very very weak. The bed was falling apart. shower didn't have a door, water went everywhere in the bathroom staff was only avaliable on the phone, if you request something don't expect it to come. They didn't change the towels and did not take the trash out. No cleaning service, no toilet paper, (we asked for it, he said yes sure, none came) for 1 week. Room door hard to lock, we had to figure it out because there was no one to ask. water pressure could clean the Eiffel Tower, FROM GREECE the fridge did not work the hairdryer did not work

Although it was pretty clean, I noticed some hair in the bath and the towels did not smell so good.

Wir hatten leider Ameisen (sie waren sehr klein, also nicht so schlimm und wir hatten auch nichts zu Essen am Zimmer, also ist nichts passiert) Das Bett war gebrochen und die Platte war mit Hölzern abgestützt, sodass die Matratze etwas uneben war und das Bett sehr laut geknarzt hat Es gab keine Klobrille, wodurch die Benützung der Toilette etwas unangenehm war

Nu a avut ferestre, aer închis, neaerisit. Nu am întâlnit camera la hotel la etaj fără ferestre, faptul ca fereastră noastra ar fi dat în curtea din spate a vecinului i-a fost interzisa construirea. Sus la 2 m înălțime erau câteva cărămizi de sticla ptr lumina, asta se întâmplă cred doar la camera 8 la care am locuit, restul camerelor au ferestre.

Struttura mal tenuta e sporca. Biancheria sporca e alla richiesta di darci altra biancheria pulita ci è stato detto di no.. abbiamo pernottamento 2 notti con la stessa biancheria sporca e mal odorante. Abbiamo contattato l host sia tramite booking sia tramite whatsapp ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta se non dopo averlo chiamato e alla nostra richiesta di cambiare la biancheria e di poterci dare un rotolo di carta igienica ci ha detto di no perché lo danno solo dopo la terza notte di pernottamento. Il ferro da stiro era sporco e bruciato, e ho strappato la mia t-shirt. PS abbiamo acquistato un detersivo per lavare la biancheria (della struttura) e abbiamo dovuto comprarci la carta igienica...dopo essere rientrati abbiamo trovato il rotolo di carta fuori la stanza. Non consiglio

Curatenia lasa putin de dorit. Se poate si mai bine. Camera a fost foarte draguta. Sa se puna accent pe curatenie si dadeam un 10. Oricum stim bine ca in grecia omul de curatenie are varsta de cel putin 75 de ani. De aceea nu se pune accent. . La baie mirosea a urina . Sa puna accent pe curatenie in rest zona si restul sunt ok.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Είχαμε μείνει ξανά πριν από δύο χρόνια και τότε είχαμε αποχωρήσει με εξαιρετικές εντυπώσεις, τόσο για το δωμάτιο όσο και για την τοποθεσία. Ακριβώς γι' αυτό επιλέξαμε να το επισκεφθούμε ξανά. Δυστυχώς, αυτή τη φορά η εικόνα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετική.
Η καθαριότητα του καταλύματος ήταν σε επίπεδο που δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις στοιχειώδεις προδιαγραφές φιλοξενίας. Στο μπάνιο, η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας είχε εμφανή συσσώρευση αλάτων (πουρί), κάτι που θεωρώ αδικαιολόγητο, ιδιαίτερα εφόσον πρόκειται για χώρο που οφείλει να καθαρίζεται σχολαστικά και σε καθημερινή βάση. Επιπλέον, βρέθηκαν τρίχες στη ντουζιέρα, στο καπάκι της τουαλέτας και διάσπαρτες στο δάπεδο, γεγονός που δημιουργεί την εντύπωση ότι ο χώρος δεν είχε καθαριστεί επαρκώς πριν από την άφιξή μας. Επιπρόσθετα, το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. Παρότι ρυθμιζόταν στους 24°C, συνέχιζε να αποδίδει αέρα ιδιαίτερα χαμηλής θερμοκρασίας, περίπου 16–18°C, χωρίς να διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία που είχαμε επιλέξει. Ως αποτέλεσμα, αναγκαστήκαμε να αναζητήσουμε επιπλέον σκεπάσματα για να μπορέσουμε να κοιμηθούμε, ενώ υπήρχε έντονη ανησυχία για το παιδί μας λόγω της υπερβολικής ψύξης του χώρου. Το επόμενο πρωί ξυπνήσαμε με βραχνιασμένη φωνή, γεγονός που αποδίδουμε στις συνθήκες που επικρατούσαν κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας. Εξίσου απογοητευτική ήταν η εικόνα του αύλειου χώρου. Υπήρχαν διάσπαρτα σκουπίδια και αποφάγια που παρέμεναν αμάζευτα, δημιουργώντας μια αίσθηση εγκατάλειψης. Προφανώς, ευθύνη φέρουν και οι επισκέπτες που δεν φρόντισαν να απορρίψουν τα απορρίμματά τους σωστά. Ωστόσο, δεν υπήρχε εμφανής κάδος απορριμμάτων, ώστε να διευκολύνεται η σωστή διαχείρισή τους, ούτε διαπιστώθηκε κάποια μέριμνα για την απομάκρυνσή τους. Η συνολική εικόνα που αποκομίσαμε ήταν ότι το κατάλυμα έχει αφεθεί στην τύχη του, κάτι που πραγματικά μας λύπησε. Πρόκειται για ένα όμορφο κατάλυμα, σε μια ιδιαίτερα όμορφη γειτονιά, με σημαντικές προοπτικές. Δυστυχώς, η έλλειψη φροντίδας και συντήρησης αλλοιώνει πλήρως την εμπειρία του επισκέπτη. Θεωρώ ότι, εάν δεν δοθεί η απαραίτητη προσοχή σε αυτά τα ζητήματα, θα είναι δύσκολο να ανταποκριθεί στον ανταγωνισμό. Για εμάς, δυστυχώς, η συγκεκριμένη εμπειρία ήταν αρκετή ώστε να μη σκεφτούμε να το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Locatia este frumoasa, nu chiar ca si in poze dar foarte apropiata. Sa aveti mare grija cei care alegeti aceasta locatie unde va lasati masina!!! Noi am parcat in singura parcare publica care exista langa locatie si dimineata am gasit-o sparta si bagajele care ramasesera in masina evident furate. Am vorbit cu localnici si acestia ne-au spus ca doar cu cateva zile inainte la alti turisti, le-au spart masina. Dupa putin timp au venit niste nemti care si ei si-au gasit masina sparta in aceeasi dimineata cu noi, doar ca la ei a fost mai mica paguba ca nu-si lasasera decat cardul in masina si l-au anulat. Daca veniti cu masina NU parcati in zona veche a orasului si mai ales NU parcati in apropierea apartamentului. Nu este nici o camera de filmat!! Apartamentele, asa cum am mentionat sunt frumoase, pretul este ok dar nu asi mai alege locatia decat daca asi veni cu avionul si taxi. Noi am inchiriat 5 camere, cele de la etajul 1 au fost mai frumoase decat cele de la etajul 2. In cele de la etajul 2 se simtea si un miros de la canalizare in baie destul de urat. Bine, nu ar fi contat asa de mult in cazul unei viitoare reveniri daca nu ne spargeau masina.
Locatia NU este sigura pentru MASINI!!

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The place is nice but the area is very NOT SAVE FOR CARS!!! Over night they broke our car, which was parcked in the parcking area next to the apartament. They broke the driver window and they stoled the luggages from the back of the car. In the morning there was another couple who found their car broken as well. From there car they stold only the credit card so it was easy to cancell. If you are a turist and you come with your car IT IS NOT SAFE AT all!!! We spoked with some locals and they told us that the week before they broke onther car. When we went to police they were not surprised at all and they sad that unfortunatly it happens often because there are NO cameras in the old town in that area. If you come by plane its a nice place to stay. The apartaments at the first floor look much beter then the ones at second floor where you can also feel a smell from the whater instalation or something is coming from the bathroom. The place has a nice design but the pictures on booking look much better.
NOT A SAFE AREA FOR CARS!!!

Nous avions déjà loger en 2024, on avait adoré le look de notre chambre "girafe", en 2 ans ça c'est dégradé. Notre chambre sentait l'humidité, il manquait 2 ampoules au lumière, pas d'accroche pour le pommeau de douche, moisissures dans la salle de bain, la poignée de la porte ne tenait pas. Dommage ! Il faudrait un rafraîchissement des lieux!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The accommodation was about a 20-minute walk from the city center. There were small taverns, pharmacies, and shops nearby. A taxi from the city center to the accommodation cost approximately €6.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, we were greeted by a very unpleasant smell. There were no proper windows in the room, only small ventilation windows, one of which was open. There was a large amount of dust above the bed. The bed squeaked, the mattress was dirty, and the bed itself was very uncomfortable. There was no proper wardrobe, only a simple rack where a few items of clothing could be hung on hangers. There was mold on the frames of the small windows. The bathroom was in poor condition. The ventilation fan was covered in dust and appeared not to have been cleaned since it was installed. The toilet was dirty. The shower area had no curtain or protective screen, so water spread throughout the bathroom while showering. There was also mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the walls. The only positive aspect of the accommodation was the smart TV.

Az 1es lakásnál nem süt be napfény, a 3as ilyen szempontból szuper, cserébe a dohányos szomszédokat lehet szagolni a lakás melletti erkélyről.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Mooie locatie in Ano Poli het oude centrum van Thessaloniki. Ruime kamer en een prima algemene buitenruimte. Er gaat een bus vanaf het centrum en dan is het nog 3 minuten lopen naar de accommodatie.
De douchekop moet je vasthouden tijdens het douchen, hierdoor was het een waterballet in de badkamer. De schoonmaak kon wat beter. Het is een zelf check in, er is dus geen personeel aanwezig, wel waren ze makkelijk te bereiken per telefoon.

Reviewed May 11, 2026A szállásadókhoz bármikor fordulhattunk, segítőkészek voltak. A környéken bolt, étterem, kávézó és buszmegálló is található. Messzebb van a belvárostól, de folyamatosan mennek buszok és könnyen el lehet jutni bárhová. A szobában és a fürdőben is tisztaság volt. Volt hajszárító, vasaló hűtő, valamint törölköző is. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak.

Ανοίξαμε την πόρτα και μύρισε υγρασία, ήταν αποπνικτικά, οι σωλήνες έσταζαν διαρκώς, το πάτωμα μόλις είχε σφουγγαριστεί και φαινόταν όλα τα σκουπίδια στο πάτωμα, τα στρώματα είχαν τρίχες, μαυρίλα (λόγω παλαιότητας) και διάφορα σκουπιδαριά και βρωμιές, το μπάνιο είχε έντονα σκοτωμένα και κολλημένα στους τοίχους που δείχνει πως δεν ασχολούνται με το κατάλυμα σοβαρά. Προσπάθησαν με μια τίμια διακόσμηση να σώσουν την κατάσταση αλλά πραγματικά ήταν κάτι τραγικό. Έκανα ένα ντουζ μόλις έφτασα και έκλεισα άλλο ξενοδοχείο για να κοιμηθώ. Επίσης είχα ενημερώσει τον ιδιοκτήτη ότι θα έφτανα μια ώρα πριν το check in και αν θα μπορούσα να μπω στο δωμάτιο και μου λέει ναι θα το κανονίσω και θα σας στείλω μήνυμα ή θα πάρω τηλέφωνο, δεν έκανε τίποτα και την επόμενη μέρα (ημέρα άφιξης) του τηλέφωνο και δεν θυμόταν καν ότι είχαμε μιλήσει και προφανώς δεν είχε προβεί σε καμία ενέργεια…Όλα αυτά μου έδειξαν από την αρχή ότι πάω σε ένα κατάλυμα με το οποίο δεν παίρνουν και πολύ σοβαρά….

Reviewed May 3, 2026Kein Stuhl, kein Tisch, Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung das man davon aufwacht, Die Fotos auf der Bookingseite zeigen nicht, dass das Zimmer kein Fenster hat. Es gibt nur 6 kleine Glasbausteine unter der Decke, davon nur eines sich öffnen lässt. Man kann also kaum Frischluft bekommen.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Il ristorantino sotto l’appartamento decisamente indimenticabile. La struttura è sufficiente per un fine settimana. Se dovessi trascorrerci una settimana non lo risceglierei.
La stanza è sfornita di finestre. Gli asciugamani non avevano un piacevole odore. La pulizia della stanza è stata superficiale , nel frigo abbiamo trovato cibo dei precedenti ospiti. Inserire una tenda per la doccia sarebbe ideale per evitare allagamenti.
