We loved everything about our stay here. The room was to a high standard, comfy bed, exceptionally clean and well located in Amed. The bonus was the fantastic staff, who were the most friendly, helpful and cheerful people you could wish for. Views of Mount Agung and the beach from our balcony too. Wow!

Das Verständnis beim Bestellen des Frühstücks ist noch verbesserungswürdig 😀. Es kam immer zu viel, auch das, was man abbestellt hat, kam dann doch, schade um's Essen, aber geschmeckt hat es natürlich.

Bardzo dobrze wspominamy pobyt w tym hotelu. Szczególnie podobała nam się lokalizacja i bliskość plaży — było to dla nas dużym plusem. Hotel przygotował dla nas również miły upominek na powitanie z okazji naszego miesiąca miodowego, co było bardzo sympatycznym gestem i miłym zaskoczeniem. Ogromne i naprawdę wygodne łóżko pozwalało świetnie odpocząć po całym dniu. W hotelu było bardzo czysto, a personel był przemiły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Bardzo podobało nam się również to, że przez cały czas dla gości dostępna była bezpłatna kawa i herbata — niby mały szczegół, ale bardzo przyjemny. Śniadania również bardzo nam smakowały. Całościowo czuliśmy się tutaj naprawdę komfortowo i bardzo miło wspominamy ten pobyt.

Nous avons tout aimé ! Du personnel au petit soin à l'établissement en passant par la localisation parfaite, notre séjour était un véritable moment de tranquilité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et laissent la place aux goûts de chacun. Le rooftop pour prendre un verre en observant le coucher de soleil est super ! Nous avons aussi apprécié les équipements de plongée et avons eu la chance de voir une tortue. Merci à toute l'équipe, nous recommandons vivement !

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Solaluna Beach Homestay,. Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend, die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt. Wirklich schön. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gibt an dieser Anlage, dem Personal und dem Essen nichts zu bemängeln.

Leider hat uns die Lage und der steinige Strand nicht so gefallen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. In der Lobby gab es zum Auffüllen immer einen Trinkwasserspender. Der Strand war direkt vorm Hotel, ist allerdings Steinstrand. Man sollte Badeschuhe dabeihaben. Ein Schnorchelhotspot ist lediglich 200 Meter am Strand entlang erreichbar. Fussläufig sind kleine Warungs am Strand, wo man lecker frischen Fisch essen kann. Beim Frühstück im Hotel konnte man zwischen verschiedenen Optionen wählen. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend. Außerdem gibt es eine Rooftop Bar, hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Mitarbeiter Made steht einem vor Ort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Fazit: toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Le personnel était vraiment au petits soins , la chambre ainsi que les facilités étaient très appréciable comme par exemple l’accès à l’eau, au café et au thé en all in. Les chambres disposent de produits cosmétiques tel que shampoing , gel douche, conditionner et kit de brossage à dent.

Quelles tâches résiduelles sur la literie en lien je pense avec le mode de nettoyage utilisé sur l’île et probablement le fait que le sable soit noir.

L'emplacement, la chambre très confortable , propreté, gentillesse du personnel, petit déjeuner, proximité de la plage. Excursion avec Ari sur son bateau pour pêcher et observer les poissons en snorkelling (vous pouvez réserver directement à la réception)

Isolation phonique des chambres, bruits sourds la première nuit. Signalé a la réception et les autres nuits c'était ok.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit kleinem aber tollen Pool direkt am Meer. Große schöne und saubere Zimmer, eine schöner Fleck zum Erholen und Schnorcheln, zusammen mit den Schildkröten.

L’établissement est juste magnifique ! Les chambres sont grandes, très propres et avec tout les équipements nécessaires à disposition ! La literie est de très bonne qualité. De plus, le personnel est adorable .. tout le monde est souriant, gentil et serviable c’est vraiment un petit coin de paradis. Le restaurant est bon et les petits déjeuners sont de qualité ! La localisation de l’hôtel est vraiment top! Il est situé en face de la plage .. il vous suffit de chausser les palmes avec un masque et tuba et les fond marins sont magnifiques ! Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel et nous regrettons pas du tout ! N’hésitez pas. Vous avez également une piscine à disposition qui est elle aussi très jolie !

The place is absolutely wonderful! The stuff is really helpful, ready to answer with all the possible questions. Breakfasts are very nice, rich, and big. The hotel is literally located in 10 steps from the ocean. Also, there are sunbeds on the beach. As for the room, it’s large, very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely return here once again

L'établissement est propre, la chambre est immense, la salle de bains est très grande, la vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle ! Le petit déjeuner était très complet et très bon. Accès direct à la plage donc top ! et la piscine a ravi toute la famille. Le personnel est agréable et prévenant, et ont répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons passé 2 nuits sans la moindre nuisance sonore, les seules nuits calmes de tout notre séjour à Bali.

We thought this was going to be the loudest hotel we would stay at during our trip to Bali, due to its proximity to the main road through Amed, but it ended up being the quietest! We were in the Executive Suite on the second floor. The room was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. But most of all, it was dead quiet, which was so nice. No traffic noise, no barking dogs, no loud roosters in the morning, no music, no nothing. It was heavenly. For this reason alone, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The room had a very effective AC unit, which could cool the room down to whatever temperature you wanted. Pretty rare for Bali! The room didn't have a clean filtered water dispenser, but there was one in the hallway just outside the room, so that's fine. They had a nice pool, and they had lounge chairs on the beach underneath a big tree with plenty of shade. Ultimately, this hotel - and particularly that room - gave us the perfect spot to relax and sleep after a busy day of exploring.

There were 4 things that bothered us: 1) The day before our arrival they texted us on Whatsapp to confirm our check-in and check-out dates, except they got the dates wrong. They had us checking in and checking out a day early. When we sent them screenshots of our booking.com reservation, they informed us they had no rooms available for the last night. And we were basically on our own to find something else. This was the day before our arrival in Amed, just as we were about to leave on an excursion, so it was quite stressful to try to find an alternative accommodation on such short notice. The owner kept asking us to cancel our booking.com reservation, and rebook directly with them, but he wouldn't confirm that he we would waive the cancellation fee, despite acknowledging that the hotel messed up our reservation. That means we had to wait until we arrived in Amed to care of all that, including booking another hotel for the last night! Not the type of stress we wanted during our vacation. Also, it meant we had to pack up our stuff, and check into another hotel during the last day of our vacation. I would have preferred to spend that time snorkeling or something! It was just a lot of wasted time. Coincidentally, we overheard the manager having a conversation on speaker phone while we were having breakfast next to the front desk. He was talking to a woman who also had part of her stay canceled by them! Except she wanted to cancel her whole stay, instead of us who decided to keep our reservation except for the last night. Why does this hotel keep canceling parts of people's reservations?? It can't be a mistake or a glitch every time?! Is it because they get an opportunity to make more money off someone else? It all comes across quite sketchy. 2) They guilt-tripped us into paying cash. More lost time to get enough cash from ATMs. 3) The breakfast area was open to the main road in front, and was loud! 4) The water pressure in the shower was really low.

Wat een heerlijke plek. Het hotel ligt fantastisch direct aan het strand en de service is vanaf het eerste moment top. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te bezorgen. 's Ochtends begin je de dag goed met een lekker ontbijt en ook het overige eten in het hotel is erg goed. Mocht je buiten de deur willen eten, dan liggen er bovendien genoeg leuke restaurants in de directe omgeving. Een absolute aanrader!

아궁산이 너무 멋지게 보이고, 일출과 일몰을 다 볼 수 있는 위치임. 방도 바다에서 제일 가까운 방이라서 바닷가로 계속 들락날락할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

jemulak 해변까지 이십분 정도 걸어야해서 좀 아쉬웠지만, 거기선 아궁산이 보이지 않아서 아무래도 전 이 호텔을 다시 올 것 같습니다.

Das Solaluna hat sich in den zehn Jahren seit unserem ersten Besuch wunderbar weiterentwickelt. Heute wirkt alles sehr hochwertig und erinnert eher an ein gehobenes Hotel. Besonders der Poolbereich hat uns begeistert. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und herzlich. Es hat mich sehr gefreut, alte Bekannte wiederzutreffen, die sich noch an uns erinnerten – das verleiht dem Ort eine ganz besondere, persönliche Note. Zimmer und Bett waren exzellent, ebenso das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant. Alles war durchdacht und von hoher Qualität. Gibt es etwas Negatives? Ja – leider mussten wir wieder abreisen.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt meinerseits: Die Klimaanlage war direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Das ist sicher Geschmacksache, aber persönlich mag ich das nicht so. Aber wirklich nicht entscheidet!

Établissement bien situé à Amed au calme avec accès direct à la plage. Nous avions une magnifique chambre avec vue sur la mer et la piscine, avec tout le confort possible. Franchement, notre meilleur hôtel et notre coup de cœur à Bali. Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et aux petits soins. Possibilité de louer des scooters directement sur place et de louer masque et tuba pour profiter facilement des magnifiques fonds marins d’Amed. Rooftop avec une vue incroyable sur le coucher de soleil et le mont Agung. Et surtout, un très très bon restaurant avec énormément de choix : tout était délicieux ! Un hôtel que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ❤️

3階のお部屋に泊まりました。とにかく景色が素晴らしく、ホテルもとてもきれいでシンプルなので、景色が大きな絵のような感じがし、とても素敵でした。お部屋は、広く清掃が行き届いていて、テラスも広いのでテラスでくつろげる素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフの男性の方が、シュノーケルのポイントなど親身に相談にのってくれ、シュノーケルも思いっきり楽しむことができました。また次回も絶対にここに泊まりたいと思います！

What an amazing surprise - both Solaluna and Amed beach itself. The property is quite newly built. Solaluna is beach front with sun beds on the black volcanic sand. Perfect view of the sunset over Agung volcano from the beach or the 3rd floor rooftop bar. Breakfast was a solid good (not great) with free Bali coffee and tea all day. The cafe is open all day for all meals (rooftop as well). The pool is perfectly warm but still refreshing. The grounds of the property are lovely and well maintained. Each villa is quite private in its little garden area. The best part is the staff. All very friendly and accommodating special requests and questions. Hire snokel goggles and flippers from reception. The property is very centrally located in the village. I would return here in a heartbeat

The hotel was beautifully located by the beach, the upstairs room had an excellent view of Mt Agung as well. The access to the beach was also good and the pool was nice. Breakfast was very good and the free all day Bali coffee was a nice treat. The bed was big and comfortable and air conditioning worked. Luckily, the hotel also could rent us snorkeling gear, including especially swimming shoes for the rocks as we underestimated how important this would be. And most importantly of all, the staff was supremely helpful when I had a sudden recurrence of an ankle injury, finding a way to let us stay an extra day in the same room so I could recover. So grateful! In general also good value for the money. Also well located to other businesses and restaurants.

Decor could be improved and maybe a mosquito net for the bed, although that wasn’t a big problem at all.

Staff service is world-class. Friendly, helpful. Grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are clean and very nice. Having the drying racks in the shower and balcony is helpful for divers.

Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel. Nous avions une chambre avec accès direct sur la plage, ce qui était vraiment top ! Contrairement aux hôtels que nous avons déjà fait sur Bali, cet hôtel est un peu plus européanise et donc un peu moins « authentique » c’est uniquement pour ça que nous ne donnons pas 10/10. Le pdj servi que la terrasse de notre chambre vue mer était top ! Le service très réactif ! Le coucher du soleil vu du rooftop était également super ! L’emplacement sur Amed est vraiment bien aussi La piscine très agréable ! Avec très peu de personnes

Peut être uniquement le fait que le restaurant soit du côté rue, et pas du côté plage, mais cela nous a pas dérangé car nous avons pris nos pdj sur la terrasse de notre chambre directement sur la plage et les repas dans des warungs les pieds dans le sable.

We had one of the seafront bungalows, and, apart from the great view, we loved the sound of the surf as we relaxed. The staff were very attentive, and when I reported that one of my pillows was uncomfortable, quickly made sure that I was given another one that was more to my liking. The pancakes as part of the breakfast menu were very good, especially with the banana caramel sauce. I was a bit concerned that the sauce would be too sweet, but this was not the case, and this became my go to breakfast. The pool was excellent, big enough, and Just the right temperature.

The stairs up to the rooftop bar and dining we’re a bit daunting (4 levels), but as we had the views from our bungalow, and could eat at the Cup restaurant downstairs (which produced excellent meals) this proved not to be an issue

Le logement est spacieux, lit immense et super confortable,la déco super belle, une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne immense avec une petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin, à côté d'une très belle piscine et à 20m de la mer. Le serveur nous a accueilli avec tellement de gentillesse et de sourire, idem pour toutes les serveuses et personnels de l'établissement, dès qu'on les croisait c'était juste incroyable, ils sont tous dévoués et toujours avec le sourire! Allez-y sans problème. Tout est au top.

Location was wow - view for sunrise and sunset amazing. This is not the first tine we have stayed here and it wont be our last. The staff are so friendly and also willing to help. Great having a water filter on our floor level to use at anytime.

Only a minor negative was the climb to our room on level 2 but hey a great way to work off the holiday treats.

L accueil du personnel, la proximite avec la plage, le confort, le service de blanchisserie a ete tres rapide et nous a permis de pouvoir laver notre linge meme en n y passant qu une nuit. Bon petit dejeuner. Ari nous a mene pecher au lever du soleil et nous avons mange le poisson au dejeuner.

Toutefois nous n avons eu qu un choix limite de plats au dejeuner par rapport a la carte.

We were welcomed with a much needed cool beverage after the long drive to get there. Then we were taken to our room overlooking the beautiful bay.. The room was large spacious and luxurious with a smart tv and lots of extras like slippers and more. The breakfast was delicious, there is a bar upstairs perfect for sunsets. Nothing was too big an ask. Loved our stay here.

Absolutely everything! The staff are so beautiful and welcoming.jnh from the very first moment you meet them, they make uou feel like family! The beach is so quiet and the water is amazing to swim at. The room are lovely and bed is super comfy. Hot showers, roof top bar overlooking Mt Agung, immaculate gardens and pool area. Food is delicious. Water is available 24/7. Solaluna is the Absolutely perfect holiday stay

Having to leave after a week...

The room was spacious and featured a private balcony. Although the beach view from the room was somewhat limited, the beach is located just behind the hotel and is easily accessible. The breakfast was good and provided a satisfying start to the day. The staff were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. A supermarket is also within walking distance, making it convenient to purchase basic necessities during your stay.

What a great location and place to stay! We got an executive suite, #17, overlooking the pretty pool. Cafe downstairs, sunny patio !! Nice breakfast, ordered early the day before for going out to dive. The shower was lovely, went to the beach and sunset cruise with the Captain !!

Beautiful well appointed units. Extremely quiet. Such friendly staff that made you feel like family. Beautiful rooftop bar with amazing views of Amed and Mt Agung. Very clean, lovely beach front location with beach beds under a beautiful old tree providing shade.

The property was very well laid out. We had a lovely ground floor room with a garden view and nice and close to the pool. It was in a great location to everything and even loved swimming at the beach in front. The rooftop bar and restaurant was fabulous for sunset cocktails and we went out in snorkeling tour with Made which was great and good value for money. I would highly recommend solaluna for your stay in Amed.
