Tudor Lodge Guest Accommodation

Didn't know what to expect on arrival but we were pleasantly surprised. The room had a nice view and was clean, comfortable an quiet. !5mins walk to Buratty Castle and Durty nellys. The delivery of breakfast was very welcome and the room had nice touches like a coffee machine with pods.

We only had a short stay before catching our flight the next morning early out of Shannon but everything was seamless. It was easy to find and access. The room was comfortable and it was nice that they brought our breakfast the night before considering our early departure.

We loved everything about our experience at tutor Lodge. Simply marvelous.

Breakfast was continental, was fresh and there was more than enough of products too choose from. Having our own entrance away from the main house was nice and the gardens were lovely and peaceful. When the property was contacted the lady was more than helpful with information provided.

This place us amazing. Upon arrival at 7 pm, Vinny met us to help with our luggage. I am handicap, so this was great. The room was small but everything we needed too. The breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries, milk, and protien (salmon). The coffee and tee were provided with a coffee pod machine in suite. I like strong coffee and the coffee provided didn't disappoint. The only negative I could find is the minimal shower pressure. But, that seems to be the norm for Europe as a whole. As a travel advisor, I highly recommend these VERY QUIET rooms.

Proximity to Shannon. Quiet location but restaurant is close by. Petrol station also close by to fill tank of our rental car. Continental breakfast in room an excellent touch.

Pillows were certainly clean & plentiful but too hard (unforgiving) for my taste. The owners were on site & v attentive so I’m sure they would have had alternatives had I asked.

Great accommodation near Bunratty. Responsive staff, perfect for our stay visiting this area. My wife loved the washcloths. 😉

Shiela met is on arrival, introduced us to our room already containing condiments. We sat out in the garden before going out for dinner, and whilst we were out a continental breakfast was delivered ready for the morning. Great location near the Bunratty castle.

The rooms were beautiful and had such nice coffee/tea stations, snacks and even a continental breakfast delivered for the morning! The view from our rooms was superb and it's proximity to Bunratty Castle was perfect.

Le camere, così come tutto il Lodge, sono di recente ristrutturazione. La stanza aveva 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto singolo ed un tavolino con 2 sedie. Il bagno è spazioso, con doccia walk in molto confortevole. Luke ci ha fornito la colazione per le 2 notti che abbiamo passato al Lodge, molto apprezzata, comprendente salmone affumicato, succo di frutta, yogurt, latte, brioches, marmellata, cereali, scones e pane, davvero ricca! Bunratty è un paese piccolo ma ne vale davvero la pena spenderci mezza giornata per il Castello e il relativo parco.

Da tenere presente che il Lodge è in cima ad una piccola collina. Il castello dista circa 15 min a piedi. Il ritorno, può risultare un po' impegnativo

Las instalaciones para los huespedes estan bien cuidadas y hay un jardín grande y bonito para estar con niños. Muy tranquilo. El desayuno es variado y de calidad.

Orario Check-in elastico che consenta di arrivare in struttura anche dopo cena (e vicinissimo al centro, pieno di pub e ristoranti). Immersa nel verde. Trovare già tutto allestito per la colazione del mattino, incluso frigo con cibi freschi. Ottima la soluzione di non avere armadio che porta via spazio e non serve a chi viaggia, ma un angolo con sbarre per appendere gli abiti.

The bathroom was like a spa. It was beautiful. The host brought out a badminton net when he saw my kids outside. That was so nice!

We were promised a continental breakfast that was homemade. The bread and croissant were clearly not. That is a very minor point though, overall it was a great experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Tudor Lodge! It was so peaceful, quiet, and clean. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. The breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the salmon! The host was welcoming, and and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in the area!

The most well-equipped place we stayed during our Ireland trip. The rooms each have their own entrance, but with a nice shared yard if you need some fresh air. We felt very well provided for with all the breakfast fixings and options provided, plus a few snacking treats upon our arrival. The whole room felt very modern and clean, and the bathroom especially was very clean and modern. Bunratty was a fun place to explore, not so touristy, and quite walkable. We walked down to the town center to have some dinner and a pint at The Creamery at Vinny's recommendation, and enjoyed some live music as well. Good location for some exploring around the Limerick area, and a really nice homebase to come back to at the end of the day.

A beautiful local stay. We didn't know what to expect in Bunratty, but it ended up being one of our favorite spots. This location was very close to a local dining and the Bunratty castle and gardens.

We were happy with the refrigerator and food. The room was clean and comfortable. The back yard was pretty and was a nice space to relax.

I do not have anything to add or change. We only stayed one night.

The host was very helpful. We were served very nice breakfast at the room even though we weren't told about it on the Booking website. The accommodation was located in a quiet area, but yet close to the airport and the touristic attration Bunratty Castle & Folk Park.

We loved most of it. However, I'd request to add shampoo.

The owner was so sweet and welcoming, her delicious fresh baked goods were fantastic. The location is great, clean and comfortable.

The room was a bit smaller then we had expected, but the cleanliness and comfort made up for that. I couldn't figure out how to lock to door using the key adding a suggestion of how to do so in the room would be helpful. The walls were a little paper thin could hear our neighbors tv from our room.

Perfect room, perfect hosts, perfect location, very beautiful as well. And getting to Shannon Airport was a breeze. Would stay again.

I thought it was very expensive, but it seems the normal rate for the area. There is a complete lack of affordable accommodation in or near Shannon. I presume the high prices are due to the US visitors who fly direct to Shannon who can probably afford them. For the price I would have expected a hot breakfast rather than just smoked salmon as the high cost item

This was one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at in years. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and remarkably quiet, providing a perfect place to relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding—especially the smoked salmon, which was a real treat. The generous breakfast selection exceeded our expectations. The convenient on-site parking made exploring the area easy and stress-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the region. We would gladly stay here again on a future trip.

Etwas ausserhalb eines kleinen Dorfes, mit Pubs, einer Tankstelle und einer kleinen Burg. Das Personal war super freundlich und brachte uns abends etwas für das Frühstück am Morgen vorbei. Es gab Obst, Joghurt, Butter, Milch und Saft in einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher und man kann direkt vor der Tür parken. Es war alles wunderbar. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen Shannon und 15 Minuten nach Limerick.

Family room not too spacious. It was a struggle to eat the delivered continental breakfast on the table available. A patio arrangement with a canopy outside, or make a breakfast room available with toaster and microwave please.

Place was really clean and very well run. Lovely area too as its very close to Bunrattt.

This was such a quiet and beautiful stay. The rooms and grounds were immaculate. The surroundings were picturesque. The host Vinnie, brought us breakfast food for the morning. Very pleased with this stay.

I could not figure out if there was no air conditioning or we just didn’t know how to turn it on. Room was awesome but a little warm. Weather outside was also very warm while we were there.

La tranquilidad del alojamiento, despertar con vistas al prado. Los anfitriones muy amables. El apartamento estaba muy bien con todo lo necesario. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación la noche antes pero aún así tienes a tu disposición galletas, cereales y fruta en la habitación, imposible quedarse con hambre.

La ducha era un poco incómoda, pequeña y el grifo estaba un poco viejo. No había champú.

We booked two rooms here for our family. We had a wonderful stay and our gracious, kind host took great care of us. We had a very comfortable stay after a night at the Bunratty Castle banquet. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning too it was just right for us. We would come back again.

The breakfast was thoughtful. The garden setting was relaxing and it felt both comfortable and private. The room was outfitted with two comfortable beds. The coffee maker worked well. There was fresh milk and juice in the fridge. Just felt taken care of.

Charming location however difficult to find. It was clean and comfortable but pretty basic. The breakfast was cold and delivered the night before which was disappointing. The owners did not check on us. It is clearly a side gig for the owners.

Beautiful and well maintained property a short drive from Shannon airport. Comfy beds, extremely clean and very nice continental breakfast in the room. Fresh fruit, breads, smoked salmon, yogurt and cereals.

Almost walking distance to Bunratty Castle Park and some other local attractions. Definitely walkable in good weather when you are fresh but could feel like a very long walk home at the end of a long day in the rain.

Vinny was a excellent host and the walk to Bunratty Castle was only 5 mins
