Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Midden in Spa, maar toch met parking. Gelegen in een mooie villawijk. Prachtig gerestaureerde en ingerichte villa. Het restaurant is ook voor de locals een gewilde plek. Fantastisch gegeten, heerlijke wijnen. Het ontbijt met veel persoonlijke aandacht samengesteld. Echt een plek om weer terug te komen.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Besuch in Spa hervorragend, man kann das Zentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war richhaltig und ausgesprochen gut! Der Empfang und die Behandlung wären des Aufenthalts waren super freundlich. Man kann das Hotel insgesamt nur als außergewöhnlich bezeichnen.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026sehr ansprechende außergewöhnliche Unterkunft am Rande von Spa in parkähnlicher Umgebung. Zimmer mit Balkon und viel Licht von zwei Seiten. Sehr freundiche, aufmerksame und unprätenziöse Betreiber von B&B und Restaurant. Sehr sehr sehr leckeres Essen am Abend (sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen!) und außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Ein Ort um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen und ein wenig vom Flair vom Spa der Vergangenheit mitzubekommen.
ein Hinweis darauf, dass die Treppe zu den Zimmern etwas lang und steil ist könnte für manche Interessenten wichtig sein. Wir hatten keine Probleme damit.

The breakfast was amazing and we are coming back soon to try the dinner too (make sure to reserve ahead). Location-wise it’s really close to Spa center in a beautiful area and the hosts are really friendly and relaxed people. Serene experience which we highly recommend!

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Beautiful villa with 3 guest bedrooms on the first floor and an exceptional restaurant on the ground floor. We stayed in the smallest room but with dual aspect windows the room was light and airy and did not feel cramped, and the large double bed was super comfortable. We made a reservation in advance to eat in the restaurant on the night of our stay and the food and paired wines were excellent. Breakfast the following morning was served in the same room and a wide choice of tasty and well presented items. The restaurant was full on the night we stayed so booking at weekends is a must. Although our room was above the restaurant, the noise of conversation did not bother us when we went to bed. Lovely and engaging owner and attentive staff at dinner. A hidden gem, short walking distance from the centre of Spa.

Grote kamer/badkamer met comfortabel bed. Zeer verzorgd, wisselend ontbijt met lokale producten. Een zeer groot pluspunt is het gezellig restaurant op het gelijkvloers waar we 2x erg lekker gegeten hebben met goed uitgekozen, royaal geschonken wijnen...
Niets, of toch.. een TV op de kamer zou in de winter een toegevoegde waarde zijn

Well, the stairs that take to the rooms in the first floor could be a challenge for elder people.

The host, Cecile - is the perfect example of how to provide hospitality! The restaurant is superb, both dinner and breakfast excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.
Bed was on the small side. The building is of a certain age, and it shows, but that was not a problem for us.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2024We loved everything about this villa: our room was gorgeous and super clean and neat, heating worked great, perfect shower pressure. We had the room with large double bed and it really was spacious (two of us and our baby fit perfectly well) and very comfortable. The villa is less than 10 minutes by feet from the very center of Spa but the area is very quiet since there are only other villas around and that’s it. So you will get a very good night sleep. THE RESTAURANT at the villa: it is mentioned in Michelin guide 2023 and too bad we didn’t know about it prior to our arrival. Because it was Saturday night and dinner was fully booked. I recommend to book a table for dinner upfront in order not to miss it (exactly what we will do next time because based on breakfast we had and crowd we saw at the restaurant at night, the dinner must be exceptional). Also, plenty of free parking space at the villa.
Only that we didn’t arrange a table for dinner before we came:D

A very caring, friendly, and helpful host (switching languages when she heard us struggle in French ...). Perfect rooms. An amazing more-than-you-can-ever-eat breakfast. Highly recommended.
Just a heads up: One of the reasons to select this place for our stay was the restaurant at the property. But don't assume there will be seating available. We 'assumed' that, and were disappointed. Better to confirm this in advance.

Truly outstanding breakfast with different type of French cheese, local delicacies, omelets, freshly baked croissants and home-made pastries, etc. We also enjoyed an exquisite dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor. Advance reservation for dinner is recommended. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, and take excellent care of their guests.
The room was pleasant and spacious, but relatively basic in terms of decoration and furniture. The bed may be a bit too small for some people. Guest parking capacity on-site is limited, so late arrivers may need to park on the street.
