Such a nice quant place. The food was great!
The rooms are loud sometimes. But very nice.
Lokacija za zajtrk in zajtrk. Bila je blizu mojih poslovnih obveznosti.
Slabo opremljena kopalnica. Zelo starinsko. Nobenega stola za odlaganje v sobi. Izjemno slaba izolacija, slišiš kako dihajo v drugi sobi. Nič ne pospravljajo in ne menjajo brisač.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel because the owner was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent breakfasts and good quality dinner options. Further, we had a good starting point for a few trips to Dingel-Town and around the Peninsula Dingle as well as for our travels up north. Heiner Wischhusen, Bremen, Germany 🇩🇪
N.N.
The owners are super nice and welcoming. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs (even getting up much earlier to prepare us a breakfast).
The soundproofing between the rooms could be improved. Also the plumbing is a bit old and noisy. Nothing dramatic, however.
La amabilidad del dueño

The food was excellent - as vegan/vegetarians we had low expectations but dinner and breakfast were fabulous. John is an excellent host.
Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitzicht op zee. Prima restaurant.
Geen stoelen op de kamer. Gehorige kamers.
Hosts went above an beyond to make our stay perfect.
Everything was excellent.
Great food Great service. A rare pleasure.
Couldn't stay longer
Great staff and fabulous meals.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen im Pub war sehr gut. Frühstück auch. Betten bequem. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Ausblick vom Zimmer direkt auf das Meer.
Wonderful view (with sheep), Great host and really good food. We also arrived late but the restaurant still waited for us with the dinner
From the minute we walked in until we left. We couldn't fault anything, and I am fussy. We are going back next month.
Beautiful and quiet room with a nice view. Good food.
I had a lovely stay at Keanes of Curraheen B&B! The room was spacious, beautiful made up and had a gorgeous view. The bathroom was clean and splendid. Super soft bed too! The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel at home. They also gave me a lift to the bus stop as it is on a busy road and not ideal to walk to. He had messaged me but I had not seen his reply and had already walked there. so tip: give them a ring if you know when you are arriving at the bus stop so they can organise a pickup. Do NOT walk along the road.
The room can be a bit noisy as I was able to hear my neighbours in the next room, as well as people in the hall. It of course depends on the other guests.
Las vistas, la habitación y el personal
Beautiful grounds
The room was a little stuffy, a fan would be a nice addition and The pillows were very flat.
Sheep , charm, staff
The staff were over the top. Asked if we had had dinner yet which we hadn't and even though the kitchen was closed they made us up plates of fish and chips ( best fish I've had so far here). Gave ideas for our travels. Would highly recommend.
Dated, yet that was the charm too.
The host was unreal, me and my girlfriend got delayed because of the car broke down for hours. We arrived at the premise after 12pm and the host waited for us and eaven got a chance to discuss and tell all the story about what happened. The bed is very big and clean and the most amazing and beautiful thing after a such bad trip experience,we wake up with a most amazing view though our window. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend with most certainty to choose this most amazing people,to have a chance to chat with the owners.
John was an outstanding host!
The food was excellent! The setting was lovely but most importantly…..the consistent support, information, and delightful personality of John Keanes (the owner) was stellar! I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again, when in the area!!
Not a thing!
We were passing through for one night and the place looked to be positioned in a great spot with views over the bay. Outside the car park and deck areas were tired and needed a tidy up which was a shame as the whole place could look more inviting. We were personally met and checked in quickly by the owner and our room was clean if basic. The wi-fi was patchy for TV reception but this we considered a minor issue. The king bed was very comfortable and the room quiet so we slept well. We left feeling underwhelmed by our nights stay which one has to state offered fair value for money.
Supper was very pedestrian and plainly the kitchen offering has suffered. The burger was...well a burger served in a bun which was OK but the fries were sad and limpish. We felt the owner was perhaps tired of his business, he was hospitable and chatty but watching TV in the bar that was very audible in the restaurant ruined any ambiance. Outside the car park and deck areas were tired and needed a tidy up which was a shame as the whole place could look more inviting
Absolutely stunning views!
John was very busy which made him rather moody.
Great for a quiet stopover which good food, comfortable beds and great hosts
Not much
Staff were abrupt and no heating
Friendly reception, excellent dinner, nice location, quiet.
Nothing to mention
Juste parfait ! Excellent hôtel et restaurant ! Quel accueil !
We only had one night at this beautiful lodge arriving after travelling from Cork. It was the perfect bed and breakfast stopover. Dinner was absolutely superb, one of our best meals in Ireland and breakfast was also delicious and very substantial. Our hosts John & Moira were so friendly and welcoming and took great care of us. John helped us so much with our travel plans for the following day to Dingle. Your advice to take the Connor Pass was fabulous and to drive Slea Head Drive was beautiful so thank you so much John. Highly recommended accommodation.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, as is the case pretty much everywhere in Ireland. The bar/restaurant had very nice views of the bay. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
There were a few cobwebs in the room. There's a bit of noise from the main road between Tralee and Dingle. But these are quite minor issues overall.
Great room great host. Would eagerly stay again
Gorgeous property, staff very welcoming. Very comfortable stay.
Everything was great
We stayed at Keane's, we had a wedding near by. Great place to stay, room was perfect. Location was ideal for us. Great service and very accommodating. Beautiful views from this location and definitely a place to relax
Location and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Proprietor very friendly and helpful.
A Wonderful stay, beautiful room, great views, excellent food. Breakfast was outstanding, great choice & very generous.
Nothing
The view, the staff, the food, the hospitality, the coziness, the peace, dozing off to gentle baas from the sheep outside.
Lovely location, beautiful view, nice food and friendly service.
Great location with an amazing view to the sea at the back. Very friendly staff!
No hot water for shower. Tray for tea/coffee (stored in wardrobe) covered in dust.
It was a very charming property and a great location. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. However, the plumbing was horrible and kept us up all night.
Throughout the evening every hour or so, between the toilet and behind the armoire, and beside the bed was a continuous flow of clicking and dripping
it was lovely
finding used shower gel container in shower
Beautiful property, quaint rooms, homey feel
The view and scenery is wonderful
It was well located based on my needs
Very quiet, clean and very peaceful. Great view from our room. The owner is very gentle and helpful.
Nice welcome both on arrival and after day out. Car parking easy. Pleasant seating area in bar and restaurant has good views.
Rooms spacious but shower cubicle small and can hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Rather pricey given breakfast was additional cost.
Fabulous location on outskirts of Tralee. First class hospitality from everyone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Nothing to dislike
Its location and the restaurant
poor water pressure in the shower
Great venue for overnight stay and service
Lovely place to stay. Spacious clean and nicely decorated rooms and view over the bay Food was excellent with good choice of menu
Nothing
Well managed/ kept. Clean, well located. Owners are amazing. Food is great. Very good attention to detail.
Hospitality and food were very good
Ensuite was a little tired in need of some TLC but otherwise fine.
Pleasant country location with great views. Lovely bar with friendly staff. Dinner was excellent. Plenty of parking.
Nothing
Everything was perfect from check-in to hosts room was amazing and the whole package was first class
Nothing there to dislike
John was very helpful to us when planning our travel in the area. Our room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and had amazing sunset views. The breakfasts and dinners we had there were very good. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
Although it wasn’t an issue for us, there is not a lift. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Nice spacious room with a lovely view over the bay
Pretty much everything was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Excellent seafood chowder I might add! The room was very comfortable. The view from out room was amazing. One window overlooked the rear with the bay in the background and farm fields in the for ground with sheep. I was able to count sheep and sleep with ease! The other window looked out to the hills of the Dingle peninsula. I wish we would have stayed here longer but we will our next visit!
The only thing that Keanes of Curraheen as well as all the B&B's and hotels should offer is electric plug outlet converters. We did bring our own but it would be a very nice offer. Other than that we loved our stay, thank you.
Breakfast was very good.Location perfect.
Nothing to dislike.
This property has a lovely terrace with seaview, easy parking and friendly staff. The restaurant serves a variety of delicious food and drinks. Interaction between other guests is facilitated by the cosy layout of the bar area with a sofa, books and open fire.
No ground floor rooms for disabled guests. No lift. The property did not revert to me prior to arrival about this query. Location is on a main road which was noisy during late evening and early morning.

The room could have been warmer
Quiet, comfortable and had food available. Nice, entertaining view of sheep pasture and coast. Easy parking
