Reviewed Aug 26, 2026De ligging tov het centrum van Namen was perfect. Het is een prachtig smaakvol gerestaureerd oud pand met ruime kamers. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk.
Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn minder geschikt ivm veel trappen en (oude) trapjes in het pand

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Die Unterkunft ist durch die besondere Innenarchitektur des Hauses eine Besonderheit. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer nebst Badezimmer plus Mögliche Nutzung einer Küche ist außergewöhnlich. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man auf der Citadelle und im Zentrum der Stadt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die Terrasse nutzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Der Hausherr ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir durften sogar unsere Fahrräder in seiner Garage abstellen!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Logement atypique, très confortable (climatisation appréciée ds la chambre) ; 3 chambres nominatives et chaque ch. sa sdb, cuisine moderne partagée bien pensée pour 3 couples avec terrasse sur le toit très agréable le matin ou le soir lors des fortes chaleurs. 10 minutes à pied du centre de Namur. La gentillesse et les explications de la propriétaire qui nous,à reçus. Bref 2 nuits parfaites (les petites attentions qui font plaisir : bouteilles d'eau, dentifrice ...)
S'il faut trouver quelques difficultés, nous dirions attention aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les escaliers, c'est une maison avec plusieurs étages (escaliers munis de rampes malgré tout), la difficulté est quand on est chargé. Et peut-être savoir que le quartier est en zone bleue (bien en soi car pas de paiement mais pensez à changer votre emplacement toutes les 3 heures de 9h jusqu'à 17h) Mais pour nous, pas de soucis, bs,avions toujours trouvé un emplacement proche

Fint kjøkken med terrasse som passet perfekt for å nyte morgenkaffe. Vertskapet var svært hyggelig og vi fikk anbefalinger om steder det var verdt å se. Svært sentralt.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Era una casa preciosa, con una habitación y un baño grandes, una cocina bien equipada, una bonita terraza, además de otras habitaciones. Está bien decorada, tiene buenas vistas y una ubicación excelente para visitar el castillo. El dueño es muy amable. Nos permitió entrar dos horas antes, nos explicó cosas de la zona y nos cambió las almohadas cuando le dijimos que las de la cama eran inadecuadas (demasiado planas).
El descanso ha sido absolutamente imposible y ha arruinado por completo nuestra estancia. Nos asignaron la habitación de abajo de la cocina y el aislamiento es nulo: se escucha a la gente que está arriba como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra propia habitación. El ruido de voces fue constante desde las 21h hasta casi las 12 de la noche, pero lo peor eran las vibraciones continuas al mover mobiliario y los crujidos del techo al caminar, que llegan a ser tan molestas que nos han provocado taquicardia. Descansar mal nos ha afectado a nivel personal, generando tensión e impidiendo disfrutar de las vacaciones y rendir durante el día. Solo se puede dormir cuando no hay nadie en la casa o si los demás son respetuosos y responsables. Ha sido una experiencia desagradable por la que no recomiendo alojarse aquí si tu prioridad es dormir... una pena, porque el personal es muy amable y la casa preciosa. Que el baño sea privado pero esté fuera de la habitación es incómodo, pero es un detalle menor comparándolo con el ruido...

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Alles! Es ist eine außergewöhnlich stilvolle und schöne Unterkunft, die darüber hinaus auch sehr gut gelegen ist. Jean-Philippe ist ein sympathischer und sehr guter Gastgeber: Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt und in einem zur Verfügung gestellten Stadtplan eingezeichnet. Als Krönung nach der langen Anreise gab es sogar ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Am nächsten Tag haben wir bedauert, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten... Namur ist immer eine Reise wert und jetzt wissen wir, wo man dort am schönsten wohnt!

Reviewed May 19, 2026Super emplacement pour visiter la ville à pied. Parking aisé. Logement très lumineux et spacieux situé dans un quartier calme. A savoir que la salle de bain n'est pas dans la chambre (elle est sur le même pallier) mais elle est privative et cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes. L'accueil est chaleureux. L'accès à une cuisine commune avec tout le matériel pour cuisiner ou se préparer un café/un thé est un vrai plus, tout comme la terrasse bien aménagée. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Das Haus befand sich direkt an dem Fuße der Citadelle und die alte Stadtmauer war in einigen Räumen erhalten, was der Unterkunft einen ganz besonderen Charm gab. Es war sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet
Die Dachterasse war ein Traum, wir saßen abends noch bei einem Glas Wein lange draußen! Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps.

While the bathroom is private, it's not en-suite. It was not an issue for me, but could be for some./

The outdoor area was very quaint and nice to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Loved seeing our cat neighbor curiously watching our activities. I would like to invite my extended family to visit in the future to continue exploring the town of Namur where our native ancestors came from. Thank you for your warm welcome and perfect accommodations!

Reviewed Oct 4, 2023What a pleasant surprise this town and property were! We diverted to Namur on our way to Bruges. Saw this listing, booked it at the last minute. All I can say is, wow! First off, the walk from the train station was super easy. The communication with Anne-Françoise and Jean-Philippe was quick and clear. They were waiting for us when we arrived and graciously showed us the property. It is so so so cute and clean with all necessities you would need. They told us about their city with some really interesting facts and then graciously provided some Belgian beer which we drank on the cute terrace that backs up to the Citadel wall. So beautiful. Our only regret? That we couldn’t stay longer. Someday we hope to get back there and see the stilt competition, drink more Belgian beer, and stay at this lovely property again. Thank you!!!!
