The genuine hospitality at Baan Bussaba Hotel made our stay truly memorable. Anne is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, offering local advice, scooter hire and assistance whenever needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to local cafés, restaurants and shops. Combined with the option of an affordable breakfast each morning, it offered everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

There was very little to fault. The rooms are fairly simple and functional rather than luxurious, but they are clean, comfortable and represent excellent value for money.

Everything was great, our host Anne was so kind and made sure that we had everything we needed. The rooms are modest but very clean and had everything we needed. Anne really made the experience special for us and helped us coordinate everything we wanted to do with good prices. I'd recommend Baan Bussaba to good friends who don't need luxurious rooms but enjoy a personal touch.

Exceptional hospitality - thank you for your generosity and kindness, Anne. Excellent value for money. Room/property is well maintained, cozy, and very clean. Amenities worked fine - AC, water heater, Wi-Fi, fridge. Good lighting inside the room. Drinking water is provided daily. There is a communal area at the reception where guests can help themselves to a selection of refreshments. Comprehensive, printed travel guides are available in the room. The property also has a beautiful garden full of vegetables, fruits, herbs, etc. Quiet location, and walking distance to the centre of town. Definitely felt like home away from home. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return.

Drainage in the shower is a little slow. Bed/mattress is slightly uncomfortable.

An absolute gem. Anne was full of smiles and really helpful when I arrived after the overnight train. There was fresh fruit, biscuits and coffee available. There was very little plastic around, with water provided in glass bottles which I really appreciated, and a food waste bin for fruit peel. The room was lovely with a desk and two big windows. Anne was also so kind, helping with our onward travels, checking out various bus options and arranging a tuk tuk to the terminal. Oh and there are toys for the children.... And the food is delicious. I just wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy this guesthouse and explore the area.

This is a lovely, well maintained, small hotel with a very friendly and kind owner named Anne. She speaks perfect English and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what to see and do. She also organised for our washing to be done at local prices, plus arranged a driver to our next location. She also gave us muffins and freshly squeezed cane juice, such is her kindness. The rooms are clean and well equipped with WIFI, excellent air-conditioning and hot water plus glass bottles of drinking water are in your room fridge. You can help yourself to free tea, coffee and snacks all day, plus you can either have toast for breakfast free of charge or get a cooked breakfast for 80 Baht. There are nice gardens around the property, plus various spots where you can sit, around the hotel. It’s in a relatively quiet location but close walking distance to various sights around town. It is excellent value for the price of the room and if you like a more authentic Thai stay, then this is highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Our stay was for 3 nights.

老闆娘非常溫柔客氣，我一進門他就倒了檸檬水和他自己種的芒果請我吃。房間非常的乾淨，窗戶是彩色的玻璃，讓人有一種回家的感覺。

La gérante était de bon conseil et surtout d’une gentillesse rare, tout comme le reste de sa famille <3 Il faudrait beaucoup plus de personnes comme ça dans le monde occidental ! Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3. Mal bei Anne im „gelben Haus“ und kommen wegen diesem kleinen, schönen Hauses seiner stilvollen Zimmer immer wieder nach Trang. Dieses Mal blieben wir 3 Nächte und es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Trang und Umgebung haben genug zu bieten, vor allem wenn man morgens von dieser schönen Unterkunft starten kann und man ist fernab des „Overtourism“. Anne ist die beste Gastgeberin, die wir kennen, macht das leckerste Frühstück und hat die besten Früchte und ganz nebenbei ist sie eine Seele von Mensch.

Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten!

The family were very helpful and friendly l needed to go to a pharmacy and Anne took us in her car. It had a lovely little garden and was a characterful house.

The room is so spacious, clean and nice. There are the garden behind the room where you can heard the bird sound in the morning. Khun Ann (the owner) is very nice, friendly and helpful. This place is like a gem if you would like to visit Trang. You can access to city center easily. The hotel is located close to famous restaurants like Dimsum, teahouse and Thai food. I would recommend everyone to stay at Baan Bussaba Hotel. I would definitely come back, if i have a chance to visit Trang next time.

La gentillesse d’Anne, la propriétaire. La chambre était parfaite, une petite marche nous emmenait à un super bon café, où au restaurant Kim qui sert de l’excellente nourriture locale. On peut réserver un transport vers une des îles qui sont magnifiques. Mais encore une fois, Anne est vraiment exceptionnelle. Nous reviendrons.

La ville Trang n’est pas le meilleur endroit de la Thaïlande, mais cet hôtel est parfait.

Une excellente surprise! Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable et faciliter la vie du touriste, l'accueil est d'une gentillesse et d'une prévenance rare. L'hôtesse nous a proposées une visite de Trang, grosse bourgade vivante, avec un chauffeur de "head frog tuk-tuk" brillant amateur de photographie qui a animé, tout de bonne humeur, notre balade! Le night market offre des surprise culinaires savoureuses. Tout cela a rendu notre court séjour trop court. Nous serions volontiers restées au Baan Bussaba pour découvrir bien plus de la ville et de la région de Trang!

ベッドは少し私たちには硬かったです。低い高さの枕もあったらよかったです。

Anne est une personne vraiment adorable. Elle se met en quatre pour répondre à vos questions. Très bons conseils de visites et de restaurants. Je vous recommande un petit déj' Dim Sum à proximité de l'hôtel. Tout simplement exceptionnel. L'hébergement est propre, convivial, très bien placé. Et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. A l'image de ces hôtels qui ont fait le charme de la Thaïlande, il y a plusieurs décennies de cela.

Très bonne adresse pour une étape entre les îles et l'aéroport. La gérante est sympathique. Ils nous ont organisé le transfert sur Koh Ngai en longtail boat à un prix raisonnable. Chambre triple spacieuse, bref on recommande à 100%

Ein sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Trang. Wir wurden super lieb empfangen und haben viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Uns wurde eine Tuk Tuk Tour durch die Stadt angeboten, die sollte man unbedingt machen! Für uns ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker, Kaffee, Toast, Kekse (von Oma selbst gebacken) und Obst sehen immer frei zur Verfügung.

Das Bett war leider ein wenig hart, wir haben aber dennoch gut geschlafen.

Alles was schoon en een hele fijne eigenaresse.

We had a huge room with a large, comfortable bed, good aircon and shower and a table just outside on a balcony for evening drinks. Baan Bussaba is really central and closed to many restaurants, coffee shops and sights. The best part of our stay was the owner Anne. She organised a taxi pick up and drop off and a trip to waterfalls; she gave us fresh fruit from her garden every day, sugar cane juice from her plantation and loads of food recommendations - including where to go for Trang's famous dim sum breakfasts. She even dropped us at a beautiful local park for a walk. All these extra touches made us feel completely at home. We liked it so much we've already booked a room for next year. Thank you Anne.

Herzlichen Dank an Anne, die unsere Buchung wegen viertägiger Verspätung äußerst großzügig mehrfach kostenfrei geändert hat. Diese schöne und ruhige Unterkunft liegt in einem großen Garten und ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, in dem wir sehr gerne länger geblieben wären.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour aller faire un tour en ville (morning market et night market à 5/10 minutes à pied).Anne, la gérante, est très agréable, très serviable et a à coeur que nous passions un bon séjour. Elle a parfaitement organisé notre transfert à Koh Ngai. Une option petit déjeuner est proposé à un prix modique et.... quel délice !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Da die Besitzerin des Guesthouses für 1 Stunde ausser Haus war, begrüßte sie uns am Telefon. Später hat sie sich persönlich um uns gekümmert und uns gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Sie hat auch unsere Weiterfahrt nach Koh Libong organisiert und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen gut betreut gefühlt. Das Haus lag ruhig und war sehr schön. Eine tolle Alternative zu Gesichtsmasken Hotels.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer grünen Oase inmitten der Stadt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, mit erfrischenden Getränken und Obst versorgt. Die Managerin erkundigte sich nach unserer Weiterreise und organisierte unsere Abholung direkt vom Hotel. Für ein leichtes Frühstück ist bestens gesorgt.

Lovely space, quiet despite being close to busy roads. And our host Anne was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! From restaurant recommendations, to booking transfers, to communicating on our behalf to a Grab driver, to driving us herself to the night market when we arrived our first night, Anne went above and beyond to make sure our time in Trang was great!

The only thing was that the pillows were a bit high - but other than that, all was good!

Lovely traditional homestay with beautiful gardens and really kind, friendly hosts. Very clean and comfortable room. Lots of information about local food etc. Very helpful with booking onward travel. Great value for money.

The staff was friendly and benevolent. The beds were very comfy and i loved the cute towel elephant that was placed on the bed. The fruits that were given on the table were very delightful and sweet, definately perfect for a sweet-tooth. My wife also bought the handmade shampoo which was 40 baht only. The bathroom was absolutely spotless and clean.

Es war eine Unterkunft die wirklich mit Herz geführt wird. Der Aufenthalt war fast schon wie Zuhause bei der Familie. Habe nur gute Tipps bekommen. Vom Restaurant bis zu Friseur.. Und dann habe ich auch noch ein perfektes Shuttle zum Pier nach Kho sukorn bekommen. Aber dort wurde ich nicht einfach abgesetzt, nein der liebe Onkel der Gastgebererin kümmerte sich darum, dass ich auch das richtige Boot bekomme…!!!

We had no complaints. The value-for-money is great and the people in the hotel are so sweet and attendant.

Sparkling clean and quiet with greenery plants around the house even in an old residential area. The owner is an excellent host and very helpful. She provides free beverages like coffee and tea as well as local fruits like bananas and passion fruits that grown by herself at the property. I brought back her merchandize like homemade shampoo and body wash with very reasonable prices for memory of the fragrance. Would come to stay here again in my next trip to Trang.

Toilet a bit too small for wet and dry areas separation. Bed frame making noises whenever turning your body around.

Ein Wäscheständer (draußen vor der Haustür) zum Trocknen der Badeklamotten (wenn man gerade von den Inseln kommt) wäre super
