Rooms are not maintained properly anymore. Cockroaches.. Blocked Sinks. Filthy/Rusty Toilet Bowls, shattered Cupboards.. Not to mention 700 yards One Way Road to the Property..😔

There was no adequate water supply, although the host provided us with some to use. We had to check out early at 8:00 A.M. since there was no water supply the following day. The host, though, apologized and explained the reason for such. Also, the sink has a clogged drain, and it inconvenienced us.

Reviewed May 7, 2025We loves the whole property, rooms, comfortable place, exceptional attitude of the caretaker, very nice and accommodating.
There is no water for certain hours / days but they made a way by requesting delivery of water tank refill for all customers. If there are no more water, they would immediately request for another set of water tank refill for all tenants.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025I appreciated how cozy and peaceful the place felt—it offered a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Nanay Charito and Ms. Jenny were warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to, making the entire experience even more pleasant. Given how unbearable the summer heat has been lately, we were especially grateful that our unit was fully air-conditioned. It made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
The street leading to the place is relatively narrow, but we appreciated how courteous the drivers were, always giving way to oncoming vehicles. However, the television in our unit wasn’t working during our stay, and there were no additional amenities available in the area.

I am suggesting to replace all mattresses on both bedrooms in Unit 1 where we always stay they are not comfortable to sleep on because they are old. Also, I am suggesting to have a microwave to heat the food to recycle leftovers for the next meal.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024We had a fantastic stay at this home! Both rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. Every area of the house is equipped with split-type air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. The kitchen is almost completely stocked with all the necessary kitchenware, making it feel just like home. The quiet surroundings were a real plus, and we especially enjoyed eating breakfast in the kubo outside, surrounded by lush greenery. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable retreat!
We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the amenities, including the hot water shower and free toiletries. The home is almost perfect, but we would really appreciate it if a bidet could be added to the bathroom. The only downside was the one-way access, which made going in and out a bit inconvenient. Thank you for the great experience overall!

Kitchen - it will be nice if microwave is provided. Bathroom - it is a wet bathroom needs more hangers or hooks to hang the clothes. Wall type bidet is much appreciated if it is there. It is common in Asia.

We were the only people in the whole place for 3 whole days and we heard noises at night like someone was trying to open the door which kept me up all night

Reviewed Nov 26, 2023The property was perfect for our group. We stayed there for a friend's wedding and the place was spacious enough for 5 people to get ready and move around. Place is near Robinsons where we got most of our supplies. This was just 10mins away from the wedding reception so the location was perfect.
The alleyway going into the property was a bit small. If you're bringing your own car, you might have to take turns when there's an oncoming motorcycle or tricycle.

The facilities were quite good, the mattress was thin, the beach was close but did have quite a lot of rubbish all over the beach and the access was less than perfect. The neighbours were noisy - one night singing karaoke till around 5am with the volume turned way up !! The unit was clean and fresh with most of the basic facilities included. However we had one full day with an electrical outage, it was 35 degrees and no air-conditioning all day and no water.
No back up electrical generator and thin soft foam mattress.

the one way road going to Gregorio Homes; the bathroom could be a little bigger; or like put a divider between shower and the toilet so that water splashing while taking a bath is kept to a minimum; better exhaust fan system to take away the smoke and smell while cooking

Reviewed Feb 26, 2023The apartment is very comfortable and fairly new. Location is 8 minutes walk to the beach and not far away from the market. Charito, the lady who looks after the property is the best! such great customer service.
The toilet needs fixing to be able to flush tissue paper.
