Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Das Zimmer ist gross und die Betten sehr bequem. Super Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen. Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr freundlich und flexibel und wir konnten auch schon etwas früher einchecken. Self Check in ist super einfach und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen:)

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026無附早餐,所以起床時間沒有壓力,但是帶長輩來住的話,可能需要考量這點。房間很大,有陽台,一樓公共區域布置的很溫馨,民宿老闆有提供兩台電動機車,可以騎到小鎮上買早餐或溜搭溜搭小鎮
浴室跟床頭牆壁清潔的部分, 極度需要加強,看的出來是隨意清潔一下而已

Reviewed Dec 1, 2025James was extremely hospitable and professional in managing all the details and arrangements for our extended stay. His systems for check-in, restocking supplies, room cleaning, etc are efficient and easy to use. The location is in a quiet residential area, less than 5 minutes by walking from the main streets. Importantly, everything worked.
Unfortunately, a guest decided to break the printed rules and smoked in their room, which we immediately could smell. James handled the situation professionally and to our satisfaction.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2025This B&B is a pretty large house with self check-in. My room was big and came with niceties like bottled water and some toiletries. Above all, it was incredibly clean. The old cleaning lady deserves a huge raise. I was surprised at how a big home like this could be clean, everywhere. I arrived by bicycle, and there was a locked courtyard to put it in, not that you would need it in a place like Ruisui. The station and shopping area are not far away by foot, and there is a traditional breakfast store (steamed buns, soybean milk, etc...) only meters away. I'm not sure if I will come to Ruisui again, as its a really small city, but if I do, I will stay here again!
I am pretty sure the description on Booking.com did not say that it would be a self check-in type B&B. This could have been better described in English on the property description. But the hosts were easy to reach, and communication by WhatsApp was very easy. They speak some English, too, but prefer the accuracy of WhatsApp. The old cleaning lady also helped me out there, but you need to know a bit of Chinese with her. I would say that I went to Ruisui for the hot springs but discovered that they are at least 5km away from this hotel and Ruisui town/station It was an easy 15 minute bike ride to the Ruisui hot springs village, but the owner also offered to let me use his scooter.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2024Good location close to the centre of town, but away from traffic. I appreciated being able to do my laundry. There is safe and dry bicycle storage.
The bed was a bit noisy. And in the morning, the internet wasn’t working on my floor (but I could use it downstairs). I’m sure it got fixed quickly - the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp.
