Le Hostel est bien sécurisé et les lits confortables !! Il y a une cuisine équipée. Les douches manquent un peu d entretien mais rien de dramatique :)

El agua caliente es difícil de regular, me queme las dos veces y eso que antes de meterme la dejaba correr pero en un segundo te caía agua demasiado caliente, si le pones toda la fria un poco la caliente igual sale fría... Pero si la pones un poco caliente te sale hirviendo hahahaha muy raro, no se.

Okey. So if you have check out at 11. Then if you want to stay or just use the kitchen you can't. You need to pay 5000 pesos just to make some breakfast or so. Wich they did not tell me or informed me about And you can hear everything outside. You can hear the casino at night and if people are in the common area you can hear that too. Could hear every bounce from the ping pong

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026L'accueil et le fait qu'on nous a mis dans un dortoir de 2, donc nous avons finalement eu une chambre privé. Ce que nous avons bien apprécié. Les lits étaient confortable. Présence h24 d'une personne à l'hôtel. Le restaurant, comme nous sommes arrivées tard à l auberge et que nous n'avons pas envie de ressortir de nuit, nous avions bien apprécié le restaurant de l'hostel.

Hygiène à revoir dans les sanitaires. La cuisine est à peine équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner et c'est vraiment peu pratique. L'établissement est mal isolé et il fait froid partout (heureusement, ils sont généreux sur les couvertures). Les chambres sont relativement étroites et les casiers des rangements sont à l'extérieur des chambres. Ca convient pour une nuit de passage.

WIFIが壊れていて非常に弱いです。またドミトリーのドアの立て付けが悪く、鍵を使って空けにくい。最後にドミトリーの鍵をスタッフに渡したと思うが、スタッフからチェックアウト時に5000ペソ取られました。部屋は快適なのに、設備面に結構ストレスを感じる滞在でした。

Super agradecido con Luisa por su cordialidad, buena atención y carisma, desde luego sin dejar de un lado la seguridad que el hostal brinda por parte de Emerson en la portería......simplemente espectacular!!! Sin duda alguna seguiré hospedándome aquí cuando regrese a Ipiales!!!!

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025Nuestra estancia en Xantico Hostal fue excelente. Fui con mi pareja y desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Anguie y Luisa, las recepcionistas, fueron súper amables y atentas en todo momento. Tuve que pedirles un favor por algo que había olvidado y me ayudaron con toda la logística, lo cual agradezco muchísimo. Además, en la misma casa hay un restaurante con desayunos y cenas deliciosas, todo preparado con mucho esmero. Sin duda, un lugar con excelente atención, calidez humana y una comida exquisita. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
Lo único que mejoraría sería agregar jabones en la zona de baños, sería un bonito detalle para complementar la experiencia. De resto, todo muy bueno, con excelente atención, calidez humana y una comida exquisita. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
