Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The location, spacious room and bed.
The room is inside an apartment with other rooms, every time someone entered we would wake up and listen to them. Also since the AL has several apartments in the same building a lot of times people would ring the bell. Also coffee and water we never avaliable or refilled.

Duche entupido.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025The room is OK but the rest.. a nightmare!!!
Noone to meet at the flat, calling the contact number, someone mention a cafe.. 3 cafes close by, no one respond to Q about AL embaixador! Calling nr again.. told to go to cafe again carrying my bags. The cafe is more a bar for local guys drinking.. went to there 3 times before a girl finally asked for my name. Got an envelop w 3 keys.. went to building, key to porta did not work.. tried appr 10 mins, back to cafe, girl comes w me, she cannot open porta! She calls another nr. Lady comes.. tries, and tries and tries.. finally by chance the porta opens. I told them to call the owner, saying what will happen tonight when I am back from dinner? Lady calls owner who said she is coming in 5 mins.... When opening door to room, it was totally chilled out!! Very cold!! Window open and seems like no one been there for some days.. totally freezing!! Did not smell clean! I had travelled appr 4 hrs to come there, was very tired and needed a shower. Impossible. The aircon does not start.. worked w it for appr 15 mins, called again nr.. some one would come they say.. after giving up on aircon, preparing to leave room and find another living, aircon starts.. The owner arrives appr 5 mins later (after appr 45mins) I describe situation and we go down to check the key.. Key not opening the door! We try w her key... Finally after trying again and again, it is clear one need to put in key, lift it and drag it out maybe like 5mm.. Then porta opens.. Terrible!! One hr late for dinner! I was quite upset!
