Perfect location: very quiet, next to a river dam, easy reach to town for shopping and restaurants. Room perfect: very well equipped with sockets, fridge, coffee/tea, rusks. Comfortable bed with assortment of pillows. Fresh linen, warm duvet for winter - I had Zero C night - plus a heated blanket. Strong shower pressure and piping hot water. Excellent breakfast.

Location very convenient and the lady owner was very nice and helpful the day was cold and i received an electric blanket,

the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the pillows smelled masculine scent rather remove the carpets they may look clean but smell moldy i stayed on the ground floor room i could hear footsteps from the above room, i did not have a good night sleep

Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den See. Unser Auto konnten wir in die Garage stellen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel ausgestattet.

Wir haben vor Ort noch Frühstück dazu gebucht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich, aber auch sehr teuer.

Everything about Waterfront guest house was owesome though we arrived late but the welcoming by the owner was amazing. We really appreciate.

It has a direct and beautiful view of the lake on the edge of town. Although not self-catering it has a fridge and microwave. We had the triple room which gave us two bedrooms and enjoyed the balcony looking out to the lake, as well as the remote controlled lockable garage. We did not need the electric blankets but were glad they were there. The linen was crisp and clean and we enjoyed the soft pillows.

We struggled to find somewhere for dinner and ended up with fast food. I would suggest you bring a meal that can be prepared in the microwave and bring cutlery and crockery as an alternative to going full self-catering. This was not about the establishment, but the town, which does not seem to be thriving.

The staff was incredibly respectful and welcoming. I appreciated the courtesy calls notifying me that the room is booked is ready. My check-in time was 8:30pm, they patiently waited for me until I arrived 10:30 p.m. We had a warm welcome and a beautiful stay.

The view was very nice. The welcome was very friendly. Good to be able to put the car with all the luggage in a garage.

The breakfast was nice. The weekend was freezing and the host called us to inform us not to worry about the cold because they will keep the room warm and comfortable.

There are a lot of notices around the building about various things - at times it feels a bit like being in school. Fewer notices would be better.

Breakfast was delicious and lovingly prepared by Annatjie, she gave us a really warm welcome and was very patient with our little ones, even moved us to a different room to accommodate our needs.
