De ligging. Leuke kamer. Heel gemoedelijk.

Alles was prima voor een nachtje weg. Kleingeld voor de parkeerautomaat is wel handig om mee te nemen.

Prima kamer.

Er is geen raambekleding voor het badkamer raam wat alle privacy geeft alleen een strook ondoorzichtige folie. Voelde niet fijn om daar bloot rond te lopen.

Voor ons prima voor 1 nachtje bezoek aan Enschede. Fijne, ruime kamer met comfortabele bedden en een zeer ruime en strakke badkamer. Fijn dat er voor ontbijt koffie, thee etc in huis is. Lokatie zagen we eerst als minpuntje, net buiten het centrum. Maar uiteindelijk vonden we het juist wel leuk om op deze manier ook iets meer van Enschede te zien + de taartjes bij Maartje, om de hoek, heerlijk!!! En een Jumbo vlakbij. Verder heel rustige straat, we hebben niks gehoord van buiten

We vond het best prijzig voor een nachtje in een ergens ook wel weer redelijk basic kamer - het is niet het soort kamer waar je lekker gaat zitten en veel tijd door brengt. Maar verder alles prima en als we nog weer eens in Enschede komen zouden we dit zeker weer overwegen

De locatie was gemakkelijk te vinden en het appartement was smaakvol ingericht.

Parkeren is even goed bekijken maar met een kleine wandeling goed te doen

Ontbijt hebben we niet gehad, daarvoor zijn we naar Het Paradijs gegaan.

Netjes en dicht bij het centrum

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα, φωτεινό, άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, ήσυχο, κοινή κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα, όμορφη καταπράσινη αυλή, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Θερμή φιλοξενία εκ μέρους της Wendy, το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

De locatie

Fijne, rustige locatie, maar wel op loopafstand van het centrum. Heerlijke bedden, prachtige badkamer, alles heel schoon. Ook heel prettig dat de ramen open konden.(En dat ze open waren toen we kwamen).

Excellent location - very close to the city center, old town, and the station. Amazing hosts, very open-minded, helpful, and caring. Super comfortable beds and quiet neighborhoods contributed to a quality sleep. Cute and cozy furniture items and decorations. Loved the shared kitchen and the patio 🤩 would definitely love to come back one day!

These are not absolute cons but rather areas for improvement. It would be nice to have 1) a shower curtain to avoid puddles in the bathroom and 2) maybe adjust water pressure or change the shower head to a multi-mode one since the existing head provides a rather weak water pressure. Also, the mirrors in the apartment are hung at a "non-inclusive" height, so people shorter than 168-170 cm might feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Nice and neat room. A very nice living room. A plus was the backyard. Very close to the center. Parking space near the location for free between 7PM and 9AM

Comfortable, clean room with complimentary tea and coffee. Comfortable beds. Nice shower and bathroom.

Close to train station, big spacious room, big bathroom, comfortable bed. Excellent communication from the host.

The most beautiful thing is perhaps the structure itself, a very cosy house in a quiet (and nice) residential zone near the center. The room had everything we needed and a big bathroom. The little backyard and the Common were pleasant additions. Last but not least, the host was extremly helpfull and gave us any information needed.

the house was a beauty, not very far from the station in a quiet residential area. easy to get in, nicely decorated room, comfortable space, well equipped kitchen to share

Great location and facilities! The living room and kitchen are common areas (shared with other 2 rooms), but it was only us at the time we used them, so we felt like we were renting a complete house. The bedroom was quite big. Everything was in top condition. We had a lovely stay!

The location was ok, great facilities if you want to self-cater. It had everything we needed. Great things like salt and pepper, sounds silly but these things make the difference. Nice outdoor space to sit and eat.

Stairs were very steep

Perfectly located on a quiet street, close to a supermarket, Enschede central station, and the old town centre. Communication with the host Wendy and the self check-in procedure was easy. I found the guesthouse very comfortable and clean, ideal for both work and leisure!

The host is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, near city center and shopping district. The room is farmacy clean and the shared space is cozy. I will obviously return for a short stay.

The only incovenience is the parking wich is quite far, especially if the weather is bad. (15 min walking distance).

Very clean place, pro-active host and a large common area with kitchen.

The house is comfy, clean, and tidy! It is not far from the train station! The owner was very helpful and available. Everything was great!

I didn't like, that, the apartment was shared with other guests. It was not such a big problem, because I had my room and toilet, but, on the booking site, that is not clearly described. I thought that we would have a whole apartment for ourselves. But everything else justified and exceeded my expectations!

Convenient close to the train station, nice and spacey bedroom, homely feel. Good value for money! Easy access at your own time.

The neighborhood is not particularly charming.

Wendy was very friendly, the communication was easy and the room was clean and nice. There were treats for guests and even a cute thankful note.

The room is not very sound proof. You can clearly hear the neighbors chickens in the morning.

Very good location, close to the city centre. Cozy room, clean and new bathroom. Spacious common living room and full equipment in the kitchen (individual fridge for each room). Nice and green backyard. Parking places next to the building and free parking places just 400 meters away.

Clean, comfortable and close to the centre- just right for a night in Enschede! Wendy the owner was very kind to allow us a change in date - with no extra charge! We could also store our bikes in the garage downstairs- making it perfect if you are cycling a rondje Twente 😊

The location is fantastic, everything is close by. The facility is self catering and the facilities provided are very good. There is a Jumbo nearby for a food shop. The bars and restaurants are a very short walk away

The location, the room, the cleanliness, basically everything but the stairs. However if you’re only traveling with a small suitcase or have someone with you it wouldn’t be a problem.

The stairs up to the rooms make it a bit hard to get to and from the room with the suitcases. The hosts helped me get the suitcases up though when I arrived, but I had to think of a creative way to get the big one down when I was leaving as I left early and didn’t want to bother the hosts.

Nice apartment. We stayed there for one night, in the morning you can easily have breakfast in the shared kitchen, coffee, tea and sweets included! :) The room is clean and comfortable, there is a terrace in the yard. Nice communication with the hostess. Great!

Very nice hosts ,very good conditions to stay,fair price.

Everything about this accommodation is perfect! Would recommend it a 100000%. Our host was also lovely and really helpful 😊
