Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und war genauso schön, wie wir es erwartet hatten.

Das Riad liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend der Medina, eine Oase inmitten des turbulenten Geschehens der Stadt. Das Personal (insbesondere der Rezeptionist von tagsüber) war großartig, hat uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und uns eine gute Einführung in die Stadt gegeben. Auf unsere Bedürfnisse (auch die der Kinder) wurde gut eingegangen. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und lädt so wie der Innenhof zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war süß, ausreichend und jeden Tag ein bisschen anders. Unser Zimmer (Maisonette) war super für uns vier, hatte ein großartiges WLAN, gemütliche Betten, war sauber und bot genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Unsere Kinder haben die Katzen und deren Babies, die sich im Riad herumtreiben, gleich ins Herz geschlossen.

Accueil très agréable et riad au calme dans le cœur de la médina. À 20 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna et 25 minutes du Jardin Majorelle. Bassin très agréable pour se rafraîchir Une excellente adresse à recommander sans hésitation ! Merci à Simo pour l'organisation des transferts et ses conseils.

Beau Ryad dans un quartier un peu moins touristique. Excellent accueil!

Il est bien situé au coeur de la medina

La porte d'entrée qui ne ferme pas bien, la fenêtre sans rideau occultant, la clim qui ne rafraîchissait pas la chambre, le chat qui rentrait même quand la porte était dite fermée et piochait dans la nourriture du bébé. La chambre du rez de chaussée ne convient pas pour une famille avec un bébé. Table de chevet en verre, piscine non sécurisé. J'ai choisi en fonction des avis mais je n'ai pas aimé. J'ai quitté le riad même si j'avais payé tout le séjour.

L’authenticité du Riadh. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel en particulier Simo qui s’est montré disponible et nous a aidé alors même qu’il avait terminé son service. Dans le Riadh tout est beau et propre et c’était très calme et reposant Merci Simo et son équipe Je recommande sans hésiter

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce riad en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 7 et 4 ans) et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Le riad est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la médina, tout en restant au calme. Les chambres sont confortables, la piscine est très agréable après une journée de visite et les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. Un grand merci à Simo et à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Les échanges avant notre arrivée ont toujours été rapides et ils nous ont aidés à organiser nos transferts. Tout s’est déroulé exactement comme prévu : le chauffeur nous attendait à l’aéroport avec une pancarte, les transferts étaient parfaitement organisés et nous nous sommes sentis en confiance dès notre arrivée. Nous avons également apprécié les conseils donnés tout au long du séjour. L’équipe est vraiment attentionnée et fait tout pour que l’on passe de bonnes vacances. Si nous revenons à Marrakech, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce riad. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

L’authenticité du Riad, le quartier avec de quoi manger local. Les petits déjeuner différents chaque jours. La gentillesse du personnel Simo, Saad, les cuisinières. Formidable séjour à Marrakech.

La amabilidad del personal ha sido increible. Además el desayuno y las instalaciones ha sido perfecto. Un 10 en todos los sentidos.

El Riad es idéntico a las fotos , buenas instalaciones , cómodo y la atención ha sido muy buena, en especial por Simo que estuvo ayudándonos en todo momento.

Property was well located and only a few minutes walk from the medina. The duplex room we stayed in was air conditioned and spacious especially for two people.

the host was really welcoming and friendly, he made us feel very at home and was always more than willing to help us! all the staff were lovely and friendly too and made sure we were well looked after. the breakfast differed every morning and me and my sister both loved it. would definitely recommend :)

Belle piscine, terrasse magnifique, bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont très propres. Les femmes de ménage sont souriante et gentille et adorable. Le petit veilleurs de nuit est adorable également, serviable et agréable.

Jouer à cache-cache avec le personnel toute la journée.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly. Our two rooms were great, one having its own private terrace and the other overlooking it. Breakfast on both mornings was a great spread which we had on our own terrace. The rooftop had good views while the central courtyard with pool is a great central point for all.

Electrics and the Aircon were the only two issues. Lights would come and go randomly and the Aircon is unfortunately placed over the bath and not the bed, so it is harder to keep cool while sleeping.

Friendly and helpful team. Spacious rooms and a wonderful rooftop!

Das Riad lieg im etwas ursprünglicheren Norden der Medina. Alles war wunderbar entspannt und genau wie beschrieben.

Posizione e atmosfera

El mejor lugar en el que me he alojado. Demasiado hermoso de ensueño, el patio central hermoso, perfectamente decorado y muy instagrameable y lo mejor de todo la gente que trabaja allí, suuuuper amables, tomaron el tiempo de explicarnos el mapa, muy atentos, hasta nos acompañaron al taxi de salida de madrugada. La habitación gigante parecía un palacio! Amé este lugar y volvería mil veces.

Ein wunderschönes Riad, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten die Suite. Sie war sehr geräumig und wir hatten sogar einen Kamin im Zimmer. Frühstück war auch lecker und ausreichend.

Es liegt leider direkt neben einer Moschee, wodurch man leider früh morgens geweckt wurde. Beim ersten Mal war der Eingang etwa schwer zu finden und wir mussten mehrer Leute fragen. Aber wenn man es einmal weiß, ist es gut zu finden.

La déco la chambre duplex la piscine le roof top, on s ´est bien senti chez nous.

Le seul bémol serait le bruit des équipements de cuisine la nuit et la proximité immédiate avec une mosquée.

Le lieu est très beau. Il est soigneusement rénové et décoré avec du goût. On s y sent très bien. Le patio central est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse. Ça a été un de nos coups de cœur du voyage au Maroc pour son esthétique. On avait envie de tout prendre en photo ! :)

Je n'ai pas mis la note maximale pour certains petits points qui peuvent être améliorés: - Donner des instructions plus précises pour trouver le lieu, sinon on est "tributaires" des personnes qui vous propose t de vous guider et puis demandent des pourvoires exorbitants - Le petit déjeuner n était pas à la hauteur du lieu et en comparaison avec d autres riads moins chers on a été déçus. - Notre chambre était dans une cour annexe et on entendait énormément une ventilation tourner non stop.

good looking riad with a nice staff and atrium

I was traveling for work and planned to pay vis booking or with card. When I arrived, then I was asked to pay cash only. It put me in tricky situation. The same problem was in another riad in Marakesh. I stayed two times, and both times I met agressive fake guides on my way between taxi and riad. Stay safe!

La struttura è molto bella, curata nei dettagli. la camera arredata con gusto e grande. La terrazza bellissima. Pulizia eccellente.

La camera era buia, molti punti luce non funzionavano. L’impianto elettrico andrebbe controllato perché uno di noi ha preso la scossa toccando una presa, per verificare come mai la sua lampada non funzionasse. Per fortuna niente di grave, ma ci siamo spaventati. Hanno cambiato lampadina il giorno dopo e non abbiamo più toccato le prese elettriche per sicurezza. Un po’ disorganizzato il personale, informazioni turistiche scarse al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo chiesto di cenare e ci è stato detto “solo a pranzo”, quando una lavagna indicava chiaramente “dinner h 9 pm”.

Absolut inakzeptables Erlebnis. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir von aufdringlichen Personen verfolgt, die Geld verlangten und vorgaben, zum Hotel zu gehören. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war extrem unfreundlich, völlig inkompetent und hat uns in keiner Weise geholfen – im Gegenteil: Während wir draußen von mehreren unangenehmen Personen umringt wurden, hat er die Situation nicht ernst genommen und sogar darüber gelacht. Wir wurden weder hereingebeten noch unterstützt. Zusätzlich wurde unser Zimmer ohne jegliche Information einfach storniert – offenbar, damit dem Hotel keine Kosten entstehen und wir keine Bewertung abgeben können. So ein Verhalten ist unprofessionell, respektlos und erschreckend. Noch nie habe ich in einem Hotel eine derart schlechte Behandlung erlebt. Keine Empfehlung.

Tagterrassen var højdepunktet ved overnatningsstedet. Mange hyggelige kroge og udsigt over samtlige seværdigheder. Højden til loftet på værelserne gav også værelser en ekstra overdådighed.

Døren til værelset kunne ikke lukkes helt i, hvorfor larm udefra lettere kunne trænge ind. Morgenmaden kan også godt forbedres – i hvert fald sammenlignet med de andre steder, vi boede i byen.

We zijn bedreigd geweest aan de ingang van de Riad en de eigenaar stond er op te kijken en haalde gewoon zijn schouders op. het was blijkbaar niet zijn probleem. Op Booking had hij ook laten weten dat hij parking had, maar dat was niet zo. We waren overgeleverd aan een bende op straat die onze auto tegen betaling wilde' beschermen'.

The staff, including the cook, were amazing. I recommend getting dinner at the riad, it was hands down the best we had in Morocco. I loved the location, it was a really peaceful.

Toilettet lugtede lidt, men tror desværre at det er et generelt problem i medianen Lå meget tæt på en moské med kald til bøn meget tidligt

Osama the night manager was brilliant, spoke various languages, he was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The riad, rooftop and rooms were all beautiful. Lots of space and comfy beds. It’s a 23 min walk to jamaa el fna square from the riad, a walk through the souks.

It wasn’t easy to find and even the sign on the door is not very clear.

- Very friendly staff - Very accommodating, we had an unplanned early check-in - Nice breakfast, served directly in the suite - Comfy beds and spacious rooms, well decorated

- It was really hard to get a stable water temperature from the showers in both bathrooms of the suite. We were 5 people and none of us managed to take a nice shower, the water was either too cold or too warm or with barely enough pressure. Same problem in the bathroom sink - there is not much privacy in the room, there is only a see-through white curtain between the room and bathroom so not ideal for non-couples

Le Riad est très beau et très calme

Il est assez éloignée de la place Jemaa El Fnaa (20 min à pied) et difficile à trouver. Pas de numéro de portable communiqué à la réservation donc impossible de le joindre pour qu’il nous aide à les trouver.

Le riad est super beau et les chambres magnifiques aussi. La terrasse sur le toit est parfaite pour profiter d'un après-midi au calme et du coucher de soleil. Petit déjeuner très bien et gentillesse du staff

La localisation est un peu loin, 20min à pied de JEMA EL FNA et des différents points d'intérêts mais le quartier est plutôt calme avec quelque restaurants à moins de 10min

We stayed at this riad for four nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, from the housekeeping team to the reception staff. Oussama was an exceptional host. We arrived quite late in the evening, but he still welcomed us with tea and biscuits while we checked in, which immediately made us feel at home. We had hoped to have dinner at the riad, but the kitchen had already closed. To our surprise, Oussama later knocked on our door with some food that the kitchen had kindly prepared at the last minute. We were so grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness. Throughout our stay he was very attentive and gave us great tips on how to get around Marrakech and make the most of our visit. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, which were slightly different each day and gave us the chance to try a variety of delicious local foods. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again

El servicio de todo el equipo fue increible. Alí nos recibió con unas infusiones y pastas y fue genial. En todo momento estuvieron muy pendientes de todo y la comodidad fue absoluta. El Riad por dentro es increible y muy tranquilo. Perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas desde la azotea.

Non è la piú centrale però si possono trovare i souk tra 5-10 minuti a piedi. I dintorni sono un pò strani. La camera è abbastanza fredda.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et fait maison 👍 La chambre grande et spacieuse. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Il y’a un chauffage dans la chambre ce qui est un vrai plus car les nuits sont franches au mois de janvier. Personnel très gentil. Là quartier est agréable car il y’a peu de touristes nous sommes plus avec les locaux (ca dépend de ce que l’on cherche) taxi à proximité 2 minutes du Riad c'est très pratique car certains Riad ne sont pas du tout accessible en voiture il faut marcher parfois de longues minutes pour y arriver.

The aesthetic, the place has potential

Wasn’t very clean, furniture wasn’t up to date and tidy, our air conditioner did not work, had to wait 6-7 hours for management to sort it out.

De Riad was heel goed en toch rustig gelegen om de Medina te verkennen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers waren netjes en elke morgen kregen we lekker ontbijtje met telkens een Marokkaanse specialiteit. Ook de taxi geregeld door de riad was top! De chauffeur was heel vriendelijk en gaf zelfs al een beetje uitleg!

Super séjour

Very beautifull riad , quiet room, comfortable bed and best view from the terrace. Always helpfull and friendly staff.

Just the wifi is not very stable in the room. Rest is perfect.
