The host is attentive n gives clear instructions on self check in, parking n explanations of nearby facilities. Excellent and efficient, especially when we came at very late night, we got into the place less than 5 min I would say that the self check in is somehow faster than check-in in some hotels.

That day we stayed was very hot. The host prepared an electric fan for us. Considered the price i paid, i had no complaint.

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sogar Fahrstuhl bis direkt vors Zimmer. Die eigentliche Attraktion ist der Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist, was man auch an den vielen Kleinigkeiten merkt, die wirlich durchdacht und vorbereitet waren. Vielen Dank nochmal für den Restauranttipp. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Lage

Klimaanlage ist ein Muss in diesen waren Jahreszeiten

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber gehalten, komfortable Einrichtung. Gutes funktionales Badezimmer und gute Platzverhältnisse.

Weniger dem Zimmer/Hosts selbst geschuldet, bei sehr heissem Wetter könnte man je nachdem einen kleiner Ventilator oder andere Abkühlungsgeräte zur Verfügung stellen. Man muss aber auch beachten dass es hier um Luxus geht, da das Zimmer schon in einer kühlen Lage steht (Eingang durch Betongerage, welche das Zimmer schon kühler hält)

Super nette Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber! Wir haben nach 22 Uhr für den selben Tag gebucht und trotzdem war die Kommunikation sehr schnell und sehr kundenfreundlich mit dem Betreiber. Danke!!!

Mooie, rustige locatie vlakbij het Lago Maggiore, Bellinzona en de Italiaanse grens. Parkeerplaats pal naast het huis, grote, zeer comfortabele kamer met koelkast. De aparte badkamer is ruim en meteen naast de slaapkamer. Alles uiterst schoon, check-in perfekt geregeld via WhatsApp. Zeer aan te bevelen voor wie deze prachtige streek wil bezoeken.

Je préfère les lits doubles, mais je savais que c était un grand lit.donc tout était bien indiqué !

Very good location, near to train station. The host was very polite and helpful. Apartment was modern and tidy, although very hot! It is a good choice for visiting Bellinzona, Locarno, Lugano!

Communication with the owner was very good and precise. Very clean. The location and parking

To access the bathroom you had to leave the bedroom and go through a hallway. The fire door couldn’t be opened. The sheets were old, bobbly and rough. The towels were small. There was a kettle but no coffee and only herbal tea. The bedroom was extremely hot

Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte alles was man für einmal kurz schlafen braucht. Eigenes Badezimmer über Gemeinschaftsgang zu erreichen .

Wir waren im August da. Im Zimmer war es 32 Grad heiss, in der Nacht trotz offenem Fenster immer noch 31 Grad, an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Im Simmer würde ich nicht empfehlen das Zimmer zu mieten. Instruktionen zum Zimmerbezug gut, kamen aber zu spät und nur auf Nachfrage.

It was so hot at night as there wasn't any air conditioning.

A highly responsive host, flexible checkin, Neat and modern room/bathroom, awesome views from the window, convenient location (just 8-10 mins walk from station and the town itself is probably midway between Lugano/Locarno enabling easy access to both). The room had a kettle and a refrigerator as well. We wanted to go out early in the morning but ended up staying an extra hour just to enjoy the views from the room. Great stay!

The bathroom was outside the bedroom which was somewhat inconvenient but it was exclusive for our use with a key to lock it as well - so this partially mitigated our privacy concern.

Extremely clean! All what you need was available in the room!!! The bed was amazing and comfy! After all tej hikes it was a pleasure to rest there Responsive host, super nice cleaning lady.

It was not obvious how to get there, instructions should be in the booking message, we were waiting to get instructions, so that caused a bit inconvenient. Just a small feedback for the future tweaks.

Very-very kind host, has provided detailed information regarding check in. Also check in time was not limited. Good location, free parking. Appartments are clean and modern. All necessary was available + sweet compliments) Thanks for hospitality, will come back again!

Very clean and spacious with nice touches for the traveller ( shower gel etc).

The only negative was the heat in the bedroom, the fan was very small and the room very hot. For the area it was good value for money but needed a much bigger fan!

Mr Leandro, the host, was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Even though we did not meet in person, he made sure everything was fine. He also offered us a free breakfast on our 3 nights stay. And it was very kind of him agreeing to store our baggage after checkout for a few hours. The apartment was small but neat. There is a window door instead of windows. It would be not as ideal at night when sleeping. Other than that, everything was fine.

Clean, spacious, nice green veranda and super friendly owner. A stones throw away from Bellinzona and Locarno.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. The parking was very convenient. If you are on a road trip around the area, this is the perfect spot to stay in.

Clean room, comfy large bed. Owner was nice, but a simple step by step message with pictures for check in would be enough, rather than multiple videos and voice messages. Owner recommended a restaurant for dinner - seemed rowdy and a bit rough going in (was the night of Swiss playing in euro cup), but chicken Kiev was fantastic.

The entrance to the bathroom was out the bedroom door via a communal hallway Location questionable - nothing much around in walking distance except that one restaurant about 15 min walk away.

The host Leandro is exceptionally pleasent and helpfull. Thank you for a nice stay

Superb room on the ground floor! - the best value for money that we've experienced in a long time - extremely clean - spacious enough for 2 people - very quiet surroundings - comfortable temperature (floor heating and mobile air-conditioning) - comfortable shower with good water pressure, good thick towels - comfortable bed - fridge, water cooker - washing machine (although no detergent and drying rack) - little presents that make you feel welcome, like water and beer in the fridge, tissues, wet wiping tissues for your glasses, a video for how to access the room, etc. - Leandro is a very attentive host, communication is easy and fast. He even gave us tips for a nearby restaurant. We arrived very late (almost 22.00) and still there was someone who welcomed us personally. - late check out until 11.30h, which was very comfortable for us.

Easy access to and from motorway. Quiet situation , parking available. Short walk from a couple of bars , pizzerias , cafes and petrol stations. The owner sent a very comprehensive video with a set of instructions of how to get to the property, unfortunately my phone wouldn’t work in Switzerland! Fridge welcome addition.

The shower was lacking pressure.

On our way from Interlaken to Milan we stopped for one night at this place, it was just great. A quiet, cozy, clean place and a very nice host. There was even beer in the fridge for free! Great value for the price!

Very quiet and comfortable, good communication from owner, private parking, much appreciated snacks in fridge. We drove 15 mins to top end of lake maggiore, and it worked well as base for early start to get through gotthard tunnel beating the crowds

I would have preferred are more direct communication about the check in. When we arrived we were not sure where to check in and which Apartment was ours.

The aircon was pointless. We were so uncomfortable during the night. Bedding was man made fiber which added to being uncomfortable! The bed was pushed up against the wall, so we had to crawl into it. We couldn't get the TV to work and were told assistance was on the way, nobody turned up. All a poor experience

Shared bathroom with the owner of the appartment, no air conditioning at all, bad location, no lift elevator very hot and stifling, did not like the stay at all, would never come, price is way too high

Staff was very helpful and kind, the location is good for a stopover when travelling through Switzerland

We did not like the wardrobe in the bathroom that was full of unknown clothes

Everything. We had a really lovely stay, it really felt like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Leandro, the host, was incredibly kind, super friendly, welcoming. He really made as feel like home. the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet, there is a small waterfall nearby and you can hear the sound during your sleep, it was just lovely. the place was spotless and had everything we might have needed, even drinks! (by the way thank you so much for the drinks and coffee!)
