La zona no me gusta pero toda Malé es así entonces era solamente para dormir antes de un vuelo.

The staff service was exceptional, especially receptionist Pat from Philippines who was consistently attentive, proactive and detailed. She arranged our transports as well as ensured we always get what we need to hv a comfortable stay including good resto recommendations.

Location was in a busy inner street that is a bit of a walk to the main strip.

We had a wonderful stay at Tourist Grand Inn and will definitely return. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and courteous in every way. The location is perfect for exploring Malé on foot and is also easily accessible by car or taxi. Our room was spotless, quiet despite the central location, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable and pleasant experience at your hotel!

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und geräumig.

Hotel ist mit dem Taxi nicht direkt erreichbar, kurzer Weg muss zu Fuß zurückgelegt werden. Ist jedoch kein Problem.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The friendly hotel staff were very helpful in arranging our transport to the hotel and back to the airport, and with providing general information. When we got to the airport we discovered that our flight from Male to Kerala was delayed. We contacted the hotel and, despite having on availability, they helped us find alternative accommodation at their sister hotel.

Great location in the middle of Male - everything is a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped with transfers from the airport and to another island

The staff are great and responsive. I arrived late and they arranged for pick-up and transfer to the ferry of my next location. I only stayed one night.

The room didn't have any windows but what can they do about that. It's fine.

Расположение очень неудачное: вокруг ничего нет, пешком или на общественном транспорте не удобно, такси ехать туда не сильно стремится, постоянно приходилось ждать. Отель уже очень уставший, это чувствуется в ремонте и общем состоянии. Не было достаточно для двух гостей полотенец. Для одной ночи норм, но дольше я бы здесь жить не хотела

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch das Bad war überaus sauber. Der Service war super und das Personal überaus freundlich.

Mitten im Zentrum von Male, schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Flughafen-Transfer. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt.

This was our second stay and it was perfect. The staff are wonderful and the hotel was exactly what we wanted. We shall return again.

Staff was very friendly

This was our second stay at this hotel in two years during our visit to Malé. Although we were extremely satisfied the first time, the hotel managed to surpass itself. The staff's kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness are beyond words. They arranged transportation from the airport for us without being asked and did not charge us extra for it. On the day of check-out, they allowed us to use the room free of charge after check-out time until our airport transfer in the afternoon. I would like to thank Stephanie by name for her kindness and attentiveness, which completely offset our sadness at leaving the Maldives. I can only recommend this hotel, with its clean, modern facilities and the best value for money rooms in Malé. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Malé.

很难评 酒店位置在很小的巷子里，出租车只能停在巷口，需要走一段路 入住时老板会问你需不需要帮你订去到机场的出租车，价格是10＄，我们预定了 第二天早上酒店工作人员带我们走到巷口，拦了出租车，我们上车后他就离开了 结果！！！司机说他和酒店没有关系，到机场收了我们7＄的车费，这是正常车费。所以是商家居然没有告知10＄只是服务费，车费需要另付。而且服务费比实际车费的价格更高 打车很容易，马累的出租车随处可见，只要是道路宽敞的巷子里都有。如果是明码标价我们接受，但是在告知顾客的时候模棱两可太差劲了

Room could have been cleaner as there were black hairs everywhere. Bathroom was good. Bed comfy. If you take public transport it is a little bit too far away for a stopover between flights. It was the only place on my trip that tried to charge more when paying in local currency and not US-Dollar. Overall, the staff was a bit too pushy for me. Was quiet at night and there is a little grocery store on the other side of the road.

The hotel took care of us in a excellent way, with several messages to organize the free pick up and drop off from/to the airport. The rooms are new and very comfortable. No noise. Super staff!!

Only downside was no free water provided in the room which is rare in the Maldives.

First of all I must mention the three ladies from the Philippines, who in turns took care of the reception: Juju, Nadine and Ira, alle very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy and I was given a room on the 5th floor. The room was okay and had all I needed. A/C and WiFi worked well, the bathroom was fine too. Enjoyable was the Maldivian dinner I had here: Noodles with Valhomas, that typical cured tuna from the islands, not found everywhere. I also had a fresh watermelon juice and a Falooda dessert drink.

Cars cannot drive all the way to the hotel, so I had to pull the suitcase through a narrow lane foll of motorbikes from the main street. On the way out I was helped by a porter. It was the only hotel on my trip, where water bottles were not offered for free in the room. Contrary to the menu card a Maldivian breakfast was not available, but at least I had the opportunity to try a good Maldivian dinner at the hotel's Café De Grand, where a friendly Bangladeshi man was in charge.

Absolutely overpriced! Very small room with very small shower. Super noisy location. We stayed only one night but it was not pleasant at all.

Room was clean and had good air conditioning. It was well located to explore Male city. The breakfast was decent. The staff of the front desk were very friendly and helpful

Since it is located in the city there is some background noise, but not too much.

The location was very convenient--right in the middle of Male, so going anywhere was convenient. The employees were all very polite and patient when I was having issues with my card. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It was overall a great experience.

There was nothing I could improve about my experience. It was wonderful overall.

The receptionist

Location of the hotel is not ideal. It’s right inside somewhere where no car can go. When we arrived, our room was covered in hair. There was no hot shower. When we complained, they just shrugged their shoulders. We had to move to another hotel immediately without any refund with our 6 year old. It was one of the worst experience of our lives. We were told that a refund will be processed but the next day the owner refused to return any payments that we had made in advance and refused to accept faults with the property.

They offered me the free shuttle to the airport at 6 in the morning as I was unable to have breakfast so early TOP !

Very clean and new furniture. We had everything we needed. Ate in the hotel bar as it was raining very hard outside and it was very good also. They took us to the airport by car, charged only 10$ for it.

The bed was very soft, but that’s a matter of preference. Personally, I prefer a firmer mattress.

We spent one night here in between our transfer to the resort and it was lovely! The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They prepared breakfast and dinner for us and helped with transfers to and from the airport. A great place to stay if you have a night in Male!

The pick-up is very fast and smooth. Male is relatively small and it is very convenient to live anywhere. The delicious fried rice in the store is quite delicious (spicy) and the wifi speed is not bad.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very responsive to WhatsApp messages. Assisted with our ongoing travel and provided pick up and drop off on arrival and departure from Male. Clean facilities, good central location.

My mother and I stayed 7 days at the Tourist Inn Grand Hôtel and it was exceptional. The staff was professional, the service was excellent. I higly recommand.
