Les chambres standard sont un peu petites pour se déplacer et se croiser en bas.

Locatie was heel mooi met indrukwekkende vergezichten, ruime kamers prachtig in de stijl van de streek. Het etenwas heerlijk en de wijnenvan absolute top klasse.

Het bed was erg klein voor die top prijsklasse mag je echt een kingsize bed verwachten. De koffie bij ontbijt was oploskoffie uit een koffie kan terwijl ontbijt heerlijk was Er is slechts ruimte bij het zwembad voor 10 personen heerlijk rustig en met infinity vergezichten om te chillen, wat enorme teleurstelling als daar dan een gezin komt met 3 schreeuwende kinderen De eigenaresse had er ook diner met haar kleinzoon en na het eten ging ze bij alle 5 tafels langs voor een praatje, behalve bij ons misschien omdat we de enige buitenlanders waren? Erg jammer we hadden haar graag gesproken dat was best raar.

Nada a realçar.

Adorei a paz que se sente pela paisagem e pelo som apenas da natureza. A herdade é muito bonita e faz-nos sentir em casa. Refeições otimas com o jantares no pateo um plus! Staff e anfitriões muito simpáticos. Recomendo a prova de vinhos que nos leva a conhecer a adega e a produçao maravilhosa do Sobroso.

Prachtige omgeving en net zo prachtig opgezet en ingericht. Mooie uitzichten, geweldige kamer met een heerlijk terrasje en prachtig uitzicht over zwembad en wijngaarden. Leuk dat er een wijnproeverij geboekt kon worden. Warm welkom met een glas wijn bij aankomst. Heerlijk ontbijt ook.

Diner is niet bijzonder. Werd ook in sneltreinvaart opgediend: maar voor 1 avond helemaal prima. De locatie, personeel en prachtig gebied maken dat weer goed.

Baignoire vraiment pas pratique, robinet, tri mal placé et bouchons de vidange qui ne fonctionne pas. Éclairage insuffisant, pièce principale sombre.

Atmosfæren. Fantastiske omgivelser. Nydelige frokoster, lunsj og middag. Vertskap og medarbeidere gjør at man virkelig føler seg velkommen. Sobroso produserer fantastiske viner i ulike prisklasser. Vår favoritt vinprodusent.

Incredible find - staff were very attentive , friendly , welcoming check in process was a breeze with welcome wines which were incredible. Plenty of parking , easy to find , so many activities available. Pool was lovely, scenery had nice views of the vineyards and hills, Our wind tour guide was incredible , so attentive also great knowledge , & the wines were absolute delicious couldn't find fault in a single one after tasting almost 9 different wines and the brandy was perfect.. Dinner was absolute 5* I even ate things I don't like and never had it was it that GOOD That wine tour guide needs a pay rise sold place the shop and food and it was delivered 10 fold! (sorry I forgot the gentlemen's name)

The bed/mattress was quiet hard in the room... Kind of shocked there was not a turn down service

Chambre petite (pour le prix) et juste à côté de la réception (manque d’intimité), prix trop élevés de la plupart des activités proposées par l’établissement

Desde a simpatia de todos os que representam a Herdade, o cuidado com o hóspede, a comida sempre com ótima qualidade, os vinhos ótimos, o espaço cuidado, o silêncio e o descanso que este lugar me proporcionou. Resumindo, tudo!

Dit is een parel van een herdade in Alentejo. Prachtig gelegen, in alle rust, en uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad en zalig terras om 's avonds te dineren.

Een hotel als dit zou een adults only moeten zijn.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Poucos quartos, área muito ampla do hotel e muito bonita, café da manhã excelente, decoração linda. Funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos.

Apenas o trinco do banheiro, que, por ficar para fora da porta, acabou machucando todo mundo da família.

Excelente Hotel tranquilo, inserido numa paisagem deslumbrante no meio das vinhas que produzem dos melhores nectares que há em Portugal, pequeno almoço divinal bem como as refeições de almoço e jantar. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários.

Le personnel qui fait toute la différence, ils ont tous été aux petits soins avec nous, spécialement pour l'anniversaire de ma maman. La situation et le calme de l'endroit, la chambre, (villa) avec piscine pour endurer les temperatures de l'Alentejo, le vin du domaine, la décoration

Tout était parfait, personnellement j'aurais juste préférée avoir une carte plus varié pour les repas du soir, un menu 3 services imposé avec 2 choix de plats, en sachant qu'il faut prendre la voiture si l'on veut ressortir il serait interessant d'avoir une carte plus variée pour les gens qui souhaitent rester 2 nuits et plus.

Fantastisk anläggning och vingård. Otroligt harmoniskt och välskött. En resort som gör alla lyckliga.

Det är väldigt svårt att hitta något negativt.

It was a warm, friendly, welcoming and relaxing environment. There was a diversity of activities, food and opportunities to relax. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - only wanting to please. The wines were excellent too. It was a real treat.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the place, however, it would be nice if they included a few free activities.

De informatie in de brochure ( met name wijn tour met lunch), was niet duidelijk en voldeed dus niet aan onze verwachtingen. We kregen twee wijntjes terwijl we dachten dat het een volwaardige wijn proeverij zou zijn.

The restaurant staff were a genuine highlight. They went out of their way to prepare and celebrate my husband's birthday, the food was outstanding, and the views were absolutely gorgeous.

For the price they charge, the experience was deeply disappointing. We came expecting high-end hospitality — attentive service, well-organized activities, a sense of readiness - but what we found was the opposite: a messy, low-key unprofessional. The main reason I booked this accommodation was the experiences they advertise. Yet the reception team was consistently unresponsive, both in person and over WhatsApp. The horse riding wasn't available; I attempted to book a massage twice before eventually giving up. And the wine tour - arguably the highlight we were most looking forward to - was beyond disappointing. The person leading it was clearly unprepared (we gathered he was covering for someone else), and at various points made biased, unnecessary comments about immigrants in Portugal that left us genuinely uncomfortable.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage mitten in den Weinbergen und Olivenhainen ist unglaublich schön. Sogar ein Storchennest mit zwei Jungen hat es auf dem Areal. Abends kommt auch immer ein Fuchs (Romeo) vorbei 😉. Also man ist mitten in der Natur. Das Frühstück ist auch hervorragend und das Nachtessen und der Wein sind unglaublich gut. Auch die Degustation ist empfehlenswert.

A Herdade é realmente lindíssima.

As infra estruturas não acompanham a suposta qualidade do hotel. Os funcionários são desatentos e constantemente em “serviços mínimos”.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Willkommensdrink und Informationen über das Weingut. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf eine wunderschöne Suite mit bequemen Betten und Terasse. Das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Gostei de tudo, sendo obrigado a realçar que iniciando a estadia com um problema, a forma que foi prontamente resolvido, tornou uma ameaça numa oportunidade e ganharam um cliente muito satisfeito! Toda a equipa é fantástica, vigi experiência fantásticas ao nível da gastronomia e vinhos, forçando-me a repetir a experiência em pouco tempo!

Vi valde vinprovning premium, de hade sagt 1,5-2 timmar, efter drygt 1 timme ville han avsluta fast vi inte druckit upp vinet än. Vi fyra gäster fortsatte att prata men kände att presentatören ville avsluta flera gånger

Our recent stay at Sobroso Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and elevated. We were generously upgraded to a junior suite pool villa, which completely exceeded our expectations. Having a private pool with sweeping vineyard views made the experience incredibly special and relaxing. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. Rute and Margarida at the front desk were amazing, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They provided great recommendations and effortlessly arranged all of our activities. Pedro was equally fantastic, guiding us through both the restaurant experience and the wine tasting with genuine knowledge and passion. The experiences themselves were a highlight. The wine tasting and vineyard tour were beautifully done, and the horseback riding through the vineyard was something we’ll never forget. Every detail was handled with care, making the entire stay feel seamless. Overall, everything from the setting to the service was flawless. It’s the kind of place you leave already planning your return.

Honestly, nothing. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

Gostámos muito da Herdade do Sobroso, pela simpatia dos funcionários, pela localização num espaço muito calmo e rodeado de natureza. Foi uma experiência verdadeiramente autêntica. A simpatia dos proprietários fez toda a diferença. A prova de vinhos foi excelente, e o profundo conhecimento do proprietário sobre a produção de vinhos de alta qualidade explica bem os sucessivos prémios que tem vindo a alcançar. Uma experiência excelente!

Location beautiful, much thought put into keeping it authentic. Wine tasting was really good, Peter was very entertaining, great at blending his knowledge of wine with the local cuisine. Rute in Reception was great.

Food was lovely, but think more options for the dinner menu would be great! And as the property is so big, I think you could have more Picnic spots, down by the pond would be fab😜

A tipologia do cliente frequentador da Herdade do Sobroso, merece da parte dos proprietários outro cuidado. 1 carregador de veículos eléctricos é muito pouco para a quantidade de veiculos com estas características que aportam às vossas instalações o que pode originar constrangimentos e incómodos estre os hóspedes, algo que os proprietários deviam resolver urgentemente.

Amabilidade dos funcionários principalmente da Margarida sempre pronta a ajudar. Recomendo jantar na propriedade.

O hotel oferece um ambiente envolvente encantador, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre os montes alentejanos. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e simpáticos, e a receção com vinho à chegada proporcionou um início de estadia muito agradável.

Apesar da localização e do atendimento serem positivos, considero que o quarto apresenta algumas limitações: é pouco insonorizado, de dimensões bastante reduzidas e com tecnologia desatualizada. No geral, a infraestrutura não corresponde ao valor cobrado pela estadia.

Incredible experience we recommended our stay to friends and they drove 2,5 hrs to come and experience it the next day. They too loved it!

Everything was lovely. We were entertaining clients and they were so impressed. The staff was so accommodated my gluten allergy and vegetarian diet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pedro, Joana and Joa were amazing.

o pequeno almoço cumpriu os mínimos , mas pode e deve ser melhorado, nomeadamente a qualidade e variedade do pão, bem como terem disponíveis uns sumos de vitaminas tipo shot.

o isolamento de ruido no quarto não é eficiente, de manhã era audível os hospedes no quarto ao lado, situação que não é agradável.

Absolutely nothing

Schönes Weingut inmitten der Natur mit viel Ruhe. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen typische regionale Gerichte aus dem Alentejo, was uns sehr geschmeckt hat mit herausragenden Weinen dazu. Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber.

Location was perfect. Away from everything and tucked away in the vineyards. The pool was superb, the staff were amazing, and the welcome wine was a perfect touch!! We could also go jogging among the grape fields.

The evening meal is fixed, and the choice you make is for two, so you need to share the same option with your partner. Thats great if you like the same and can eat a lot. I recommend to have some light options outside the 3 course set menu and to cater for other dietary requirements. (Eg, gluten/dairy free, vegetarian/vegan)The food was delicious!
