Nos tocó una habitación que no daba al mar (puede parecer una tontería) pero teníamos esa ilusión y no fue así. Aunque después nos ofrecieron cambiarnos y preferimos quedarnos en esa. Está a menos de un minuto De la playa. Los desayunos en su bar con los pies en la arena frente al mar son una maravilla. Lo demás todo genial . Room service, todo limpio. Habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Si buscas un resort no es el caso. Pero es admisible y el personal es agradable

Posizione eccezionale, a dieci passi dal mare, colazione ottima proprio in spiaggia e staff gentilissimo! La struttura non è nuovissima ma molto pulita ! Per tutta la giornata caffè the latte a disposizione degli ospiti! Super consigliata!

Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück gewünscht das man auch einheimisches Frühstück bestellen hätte können. Leider waren um die Unterkunft lauter Baustellen und es war sehr laut auch am Strand.

Nos duchamos varias veces con agua fría porque la manecilla estaba del revés. La habitación tenía hormigas y algun otro insecto (y eso que era un segundo piso)

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Номер нормальный (на 2 этаже), есть все, кроме холодильника. Фото номера с первого не делала, он поменьше, но примерно такой же. Расположение великолепное, убирались хорошо очень. Пляж чистый с приятными волнами. Не далеко место за волнорезом для бесплатного снорклинга. Оборудование можно арендовать. Рыбки, скаты! Нужно уметь хорошо плавать, это открытый океан! Есть серфинг и прокат, на микро острове через мостик. На другом конце острова пляж с хорошим песком, без волн, но мусор и водоросли.
Завтрак максимально скудный, но зато на пляже. Хлеб, кекс, разведенный сок и разведенный кофе. Официант ходил с таким лицом, будто у него забрали паспорт и заставляют работать бесплатно. Весь другой персонал приятный.

Water, tea and daily towels changed (beach towel as well) staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good outside on the beach with beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay
Nothing is particular. WiFi was a bit weak for my taste and TV was not working but it did not bother me.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026A localização é excelente em frente a bikini beach, e pode fazer snorkel mesmo nessa praia com muitos peixes lindos para ver. Foram buscar e levar ao aeroporto e deram boas dicas. O pequeno almoço era servido na esplanada com vista para a praia. Os quartos estavam limpos.
As cortinas não tem blackout, e amanhece bastante cedo. O wi-fi no quarto era lento (já na recepção e esplanada era eficiente).

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Notre hôte a été très sympathique, il n'y a rien a dire de ce coté là. Juste a coté de la plage de surf.. Poisson entier proposé dans la pension complete. Propose demi pension et pension complete. Joli coin avec Mangrove à Coté. Mais ces points positifs n'ont pas compensé la deception pour cet hotel.
Mauvais rapport qualité/prix en comparaison a un autre hotel que noys avons eu sur une autres ile. Les draps ne sont pas en pur coton, pas agréable. Draps avec taches ( exemple sang) et odeur de nourritur.. Serviette tachées. Ce n"etait pas trés propre, ni la chambre, ni l"escalier. Il y avait des insectes dans la salle de bain. L'endroit pour manger sur la plage n'était pas joli: un hangar en construction avec du materiel dedans a cote des tables pour manger La plage n'est pas jolie, mal entretenue devant cet hotel.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Preis-Leistung war top. Ich habe genau das bekommen, was ich Erwartet habe. Das Personal war immer freundlich.Die Unterkunft befindet sich in bester Lage.
Ich war zuerst im 2. OG - da war das W-Lan Signal zum Arbeiten viel zu schlecht. Das könnte man verbessern. Nach zwei Tagen habe ich ein anderes Zimmer im 1 OG bekommen. Da haben auch Videoanrufe funktioniert.

Le jeune garçon était très gentil et aux petits soins, il s’est occupé de tout pour nous. Par contre, il y avait un homme, grand & fin, qui était très désagréable. constamment sur son téléphone, ne répondait à aucune de nos questions, nous était d’aucune aide. Il y a du bon personnel et du moins bon dans cet hôtel.

Mein Zimmer und das Bad war sehr alt und haben sehr nach Schimmel gerochen. Das Frühstück war ok aber an jedem Morgen gleich. Kein maledivisches Frühstück.

Very expensive for a tiny room with NO AIR! Only a tiny window that was opened on the street so very unsafe. A lot of noise, no space and no help from the people working there. For any question I had the feeling to annoy them... I had left my surfboard on their rack, and it fell because of the wind. They didn't tell me it was ding before I figured it out by myself after they moved the board somewhere else. Breakfast was average. The "restaurant" is very expensive and isn't very attractive. It's a no go. Maybe another room...?

The beach was so so close which was incredible as it’s the new bikini beach. The breakfast included was huge and yummy. It was definitely worth it especially for the price! I would definitely recommend:)

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025The beach is beautiful, and sea is stunning. Plenty of fish (even lionfish and stingrays) - this place is perfect for snorkling although the currents can sometimes be strong. Bring your swimming shoes and snorkling equipment (Batuta has some, if you don´t bring your own). Rooms in Batuta were nice, plenty of space, A/C and internet working well. Beds were comfortable. They also provide beach towels. The food is tasty, we have ordered grilled fish (jack fish) and it was the best fish we have ever tasted. We have also appreciated the late check-out as our last day was rainy and the speed boat we booked was in the evening. Thanks a lot!
We were welcomed in Batuta Surf Inn reception and offered their bathroom to change for swimming suits. This bathroom was a disaster, dirty and mouldy. The area around the hotel is noisy, you are practicly on the construction site as there are 2 constructions in process very close to Batuta hotel. Moreover, the beach is in the shade of the tall building (10 floors!) in the afternoon. Batuta doesn´t have enough sunbeds for their guests.

Island is rapidly evolving and with that comes a lot of construction with associated noise. Nothing that hotel could do about it but none the less - it's there.

Reviewed May 4, 2024Hotel was right on the beach so it was nice to wake up, walk down and have breakfast overlooking the water. It also came with beach chairs to lay on. The beach where the hotel is located is beautiful and swimmable so you don't need to go far. Hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. They set up an awesome snorkeling trip for us when we asked. They also pick you up and drop you off at the jetty. The room is comfortable, clean, and as pictured (it does not have a view of the ocean, but we knew that when we booked it). Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. It was great value for money!
The room is a bit small, but this is not a complaint. The pictures do it justice, it was not misleading at all and not a problem for us. However if you like a bit more space then this may be an issue. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. We asked several times for a Maldivian breakfast and they couldn't accommodate this request which was a big bummer because the breakfast every morning was dry toast and oily eggs :((
