Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Located next to a kids school, so you can hear kids playing. instant coffee in the kitchen. It's about two 15 mins walk from a pedestrian corridor. There's a coworking place called Civita that you can rent for 8,000 CLP/day and have decent internet. The restaurant TIo Jacinto is a block away and is excellent.
Internet wasn't great. Room was small. Laundry costs 10,000 CLP (steep for running a machine and hang drying the laundry for two days). Room windows look out onto walkway/passage, so if you open them, you have no privacy. This is a 2-star hotel masquerading as a 3-star.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025I only stayed here one night but would have happily stayed longer. Great service, nice simple room for the price, everything clean and in working order.
There is no sign outside, and my online map had the wrong street number, so it was a little hard to find. Make sure you have the correct address from your booking written down somewhere before you head out, and everything else will go smoothly.
