Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Overall, the room was spacious and looked quite modern. The bedding was clean and everything was generally fine.
There was a strong musty smell as soon as we entered. It did not smell fresh or clean, but rather damp and somewhat unpleasant. There were also long, many-legged bugs crawling on the walls. This may have been more related to humidity than cleanliness, but it was still unpleasant.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Tolle Lage, schöner Ort und Strand. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Nettes Personal. Grosräumige Gemeinschaftsküche.
Die Bilder passten so gar nicht zu dem Zimmer, dass wir bekommen haben. Die beschriebene Terasse war ca 30cm breit und somit nur zum Trocknen von Handtüchern auf demnGeländer nutzbar. Die vorhandenen Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert, im Zimmer hat ein Licht geflackert. Da wir im Erdgeschoß gewohnt haben, konnten wir nachts die "Terassentür" nicht auflassen, bzw nur mit geschlossenem Rollo. Ansonsten wären Katzen oder sonst wer einfach eingestiegen. Die besagte Tür lässt sich auch nicht schließen, somit muss das Rollo immer nach unten gefahren werden, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt. Die Schränke in der Küche könnten eindeutig besser geputzt werden. Insgesamt also eher enttäuschend, insbesondere bei dem unverständlichen hohen Rating hier auf Booking.

Apenas no WC a luz exterior que entra por uma grande janela que é óptimo, no entanto tira a visibilidade a quem está a preparar-se no espelho por causa do reflexo do sol.

It was difficult to find when driving as you need to drive down very narrow streets. Air con would be good for hot days..

O Lavatório perde àgua para a 2ª gaveta e molhou aquilo que lá pus sem danos, a cadeira do quarto e a secretária tinham um cheiro um bocado de mal lavado, por vezes acontece quando as divisões estão fechadas e há condensação não respirando ou arejando a divisão, isto porque aparentemente a limpeza era impecável.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Our bedroom was huge with a very spacious wardrobe. The bathroom was also large and came equipped with a bidet. We loved the nice little balcony with chairs—perfect for sitting out and enjoying the fresh breeze. The Common Kitchen: Highly functional and very clean. It has a seating area and is fully stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee machine. We also had access to a fridge, freezer, and a food storage space. Parking & Location: Free parking is available right near the villa. Location-wise, it’s just a 10-minute walk to both the river beach and the main beach. Convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are all within easy walking distance. Host: very responsive to requests, friendly and the check-in was a smooth procedure. Same for check-out. Note: While there is a coffee machine and a kettle in the kitchen, you will need to bring your own coffee capsules.
There is a bit of a lack of electrical outlets in the room. While the host compensated for this by providing power strips, the layout wasn't ideal because having the power strip located next to the door or one next to one side of the bed isn't very practical if you want to leave your devices charging on the dresser overnight.

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but it would be good if someone could stop local dogs fouling the lane that gives access to the premises!

El apartamento está limpísimo, todo nuevo, confortable, cerca de todo y se descansa muy bien, tanto por la cama como por la tranquilidad. La cocina es fenomenal amplia y no le falta detalle. Todo ello en un pueblo y entorno maravilloso digno de visitar y pasar unos días, sin duda para repetir.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026O Sr. Mário foi muito prestável aquando a nossa chegada ao local. Toda a casa estava muito bem preparada, tinha todas as comodidades possiveis. Desde TV, toalhas, gel de banho e sabão.
Apesar de tudo, ainda temos cerca de 20 metros a andar a pé, em que não se pode percorrer de carro. É uma distância, que também se faz bem, pelo que não seria justo dar menos uma estrela ao alojamento por causa disso.

Reviewed May 21, 2026A very good host. Our plans kept changing throughout the day since we were traveling from far away, so he waited for us until very late at night. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything necessary for an overnight stay before continuing your trip. For those staying longer, there’s also a refrigerator with a separate shelf for each room. There is also a shared kitchen with everything you might need, although I can’t really evaluate its condition since I didn’t use it myself.
The nice photos often don’t match the current condition of the accommodation, and this place was no exception. At first glance, everything looks decent, but everything is worn out. The bathroom had no sink stopper, there was a sewage smell, and the whole building smelled either of cigarette smoke or some other unpleasant odor. The shelf under the TV was broken, and it felt unsafe to put anything on it. The wall next to the bed was heavily worn and stained with age, which made the room feel less cozy. There was also an unreal amount of cabinets mounted on the walls in such a small room - I honestly can’t imagine who would need that many. Considering that I was only staying overnight while passing through, it was acceptable overall. But I definitely would not come back to this place again.

Reviewed May 10, 2026J'ai passé une nuit tout confort, une grande chambre avec lit Queen size, bien agencée et joliment faite. L'hôte Mario a été d'une grande gentillesse, accueil, recommandations pour aller dîner, informations précises et ce village de pêcheurs, où il a une belle et grande plage, mérite d'être connu. Ce n'est pas la station balnéaire par définition mais le charme a largement opéré. J'ai même regretté de ne pas rester plus longtemps. C'est à recommander vivement et Merci Mario pour ton sourire ;)
Absolument rien. Tout était réglé parfaitement. Si peut-être le fait d'être un peu "hors de tout". Lais si vous appréciez l'authenticité, le calme et la sérénité, faite comme moi le détour. Je suis tombé sur l'annonce au hasard.
