Minha hospedagem no Hostal Belen foi PERFEITA! Excelente infraestrutura e localização. Franchesca, a responsável pelo hostel, foi excelente! Me ajudou desde a organizar os tours (pessoal, falem com ela antes de alinhar com as agências pois ela possui uma excelente rede de contatos que pode organizar todos os tours por preços bem atratativos) até ajuda no dia a dia. Excelente hostel, pessoas melhores ainda e um ótimo café da manhã. Super indico!

Poderia ter bebedouro na cozinha para fornecer água potável.

Não trocaram as toalhas e lençóis, permanecemos por 7 dias.

Excellent stay. Comfortable rooms and beds, and extremely friendly staff. Water is hot and with good pressure. Location is slightly removed from the Caracoles street (which is not necessarily a bad thing), but only a short walk away.

The internet connection was very unstable in my room. It was better in the common areas.

Limpeza e um bom café da manhã. Eles ate fazem uma “lancheira” caso seu passeio for antes do café. Lugar tranquilo. Foi um achado.

Great location, just out of the central town but not too far. Easy to park a rental car outside. Francesca was extremely helpful and accommodating with extending our stay when our Uyuni tour was delayed. Great breakfast, friendly staff and nice big private room.

L'organizzazione è stata fantastica, sia per la prenotazione del viaggio dall'aeroporto alla struttura (raccomando caldamente di farla prenotare da Belen) e soprattutto per l'organizzazione dei vari TOUR per il deserto di Atacama. Belen è preparata, vi sa consigliare e vi permetterà di evitare il giro tra le decine di agenzie presenti a San Pedro prenotando tutto dalla struttura. Sono stati tutti perfetti. La struttura non è attaccata al centro, che è comunque raggiungibile con una comoda passeggiata ma diventa irrilevante perchè per i tour vi verranno sempre a prendere nell'hotel e vi lasceranno in centro: San Pedro è veramente molto bello. Abbiamo alloggiato qui cinque notti e abbiamo usato quattro giornate piene per fare fare i tour nel deserto.

Tutto perfetto. Grazie a Franchesca e Daniel per la loro disponibilità. Consiglio vivamente.

Environment is super nice with a well-maintained yard. The host speaks English and is super friendly. The room is big and clean, shower is hot enough but no heater in the room (not cold, since the comforter is pretty thick and warm)

Todo la verdad. La habitación genial, las instalaciones geniales también. Podía utilizar la cocina de la zona común para preparar tu comida/cena. Las dos noches que estuvimos, al tener que madrugar para realizar distintos tours, te preparan una bolsa con un desayuno para llevar que se agradece un montón. El personal fue muy amable también.

Tal vez que hay una pequeña caminata hasta el centro. Pero sigue estando cerca del centro.

This was the best hostel I stayed in during 3 months of travel!! The place is super clean, the staff are friendly and really helpful including booking tours and making sure you have food if you have to leave for an activity before breakfast. The beds were really comfy and the rooms were warm and cozy in the middle of winter. I would 100% stay again!

Café da manhã com bastante coisas, funcionários super gente boa, ficava mais tempo na rua, então só ia para dormir e tomar café mesmo.

Localização é uns 15 minutos do centro, mas isso não impede nada só caminha um pouco.

Café da manhã muito bom, muito melhor que algumas pousadas do nordeste no Brasil, as funcionarias da limpeza super gente boa, tudo perfeito, Recomendação vocês poderiam colocar uma área de lazer, com TV ou algo para fazer no hostel.

Só era um pouco distante do centro tinha que andar uns 15 minutos mas isso não impedia nada..

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine dans une chambre double. L'Hostal est super ! Très propre et calme. Un peu à l'écart du centre de San Pedro. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Le personnel adorable et très réactif. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des œufs brouillés et des pancakes faits à la demande. Il y a un espace parking fermé si jamais vous louez une voiture. Il n'y a pas de chauffage mais les chambres gardent bien la chaleur de la journée et il y a plusieurs couvertures sur le lit, nous n'avons pas eu froid. On a eu également un petit problème avec l'eau chaude un soir mais le personnel l'a vite réglé et on a pu prendre des douches chaudes tous les jours. Dans Booking c'est indiqué qu'il y a un service de laverie mais quand on a demandé il nous ont dit que le service n'était pas disponible. Nous recommandons cet hostal !

It was a clean and cozy accommodation. The city center was only about a 10–15 minute walk away, and the supermarket could be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. The staff, especially Franchesca and Marcella, were extremely attentive and did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The rooms are very spacious. Unfortunately, there was no heating, but the warm blankets made up for it. There is also a beautiful outdoor area where you can relax. We were even allowed to use it again after our multi-day tour, although we no longer had a room booked. I can highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you very much for everything!

Very clean, beds are so comfy and made everyday ! Breakfast is the best I have had in a hostel Kitchen is super clean Good location (10 min walk to center), next to a market (not always full but can help) The whole place is very cute and you want to stay and chill

Don’t give them your laundry if you only have 2 days. I was told my laundry will be ready the next afternoon (more than 24h later) and I was given not humid but WET clothes (they air dry so in the winter it’s clearly not gonna dry in one day..). Mind you it was all my warm clothes for Uyuni the next day.. also was given a wrong price but they had the decency not to ask for more. In the morning you can’t use the kitchen so if you need to prepare something for your picnic your can’t

The hotel was very clean and quiet at night. There’s a lovely little area outside to sit in the Sun and when you’re eating breakfast. The breakfast was also amazing eggs, cheese pancakes. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and very good at speaking English.

L’hostel est vraiment très agréable, au calme, à 15mn à pied de la rue Caracoles. Marcella et Francesca sont absolument adorables et très accueillantes. J’ai vraiment apprécié les petits déjeuners de Marcella sur la terrasse ombragée. Nous avons le droit à un petit en-cas à emporter pour les départs matinaux. Marcella assure un ménage quotidien impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. La douche est chaude! Avec toutes les excursions extraordinaires mais plutôt fatigantes dans la région et jusqu’à Uyuni, l’Hostal Belen est vraiment une oasis dans le désert !

Unser Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Zum Frühstück gibt es viel Verschiedenes. Man bekommt auch frische Pancakes und Rührei. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hostel liegt am Ortsrand. Ein Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Lo mejor del lugar era la comodidad, la cama era excelente, el desayuno increíble, ambiente tranquilo y las personas que trabajan muy amables. Destaco a Marcela por su amabilidad y buena voluntad.

The hostel is situated close tk the city centre and bus station. They will help you ensure tours and also let you leave your baggage before check in / after check out and use the bathroom. Room was spcaious and clean. Hairdryer was also available.

Missing some rack to dry towels, swimsuit and clothes when sweated. Also if they would have some drinkable water available (even for some price).

- Самый скудный за все мои поездки завтрак - только яичница и пара видов сыра. Все остальное надо покупать самим и готовить на небольшой общей кухне. Купленные продукты подписываешь и оставляешь в кухне. В магазинчиках очень скудный выбор продуктов, так что сложно что-то раздобыть для готовки (да и некогда, когда обширная программа экскурсий). Хорошо было бы, чтобы хостел лучше взял на себя вопрос завтраков на месте. Кстати, тем, кто уезжает рано, оставляют снэкинг пакет (и спасибо за заботу!), но там только сладкие вещи, а мы не едим сахар. - Дополнительный налог 19% при оплате картой. Пришлось идти искать наличные. - номера выходят в небольшой общий дворик с кухней и столиками, в итоге очень сильно слышно разговоры постояльцев и персонала.

Un lugar, limpio, acogedor y con un personal maravilloso y cálido en todo momento. Súper recomendado.

Tal vez que está un poco retirado del centro. A unos 13 minutos a pie. Que no es lejos, pero si puede molestar por el polvo que se recibe durante la caminada.

Tout! Le personnel adorable, la propriété impeccable, tout le linge de lit est changé, y compris le couvre lit, les tapis, la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours et les lits sont faits par l'active et adorable Marcella (j'étais pourtant en dortoir)! Les serviettes de bain sont changées tous les deux jours! La cuisine partagée est nickel, le petit déj délicieux avec des pancakes cuits en direct... Bref j'ai tout adoré. Je vous recommande chaleureusement cette super adresse située à 700!m du centre au calme.

A very inviting and comfortable stay. We arrived very late and were welcomed despite reception being closed. Staff were amazingly helpful, assisting with booking tours, hire cars etc The room was spacious, plenty of storage, hot shower, clean, fan for the hot desert nights. Breakfast was great - fresh pancakes, eggs, cereals, fruit etc Location a short walk to 'town' and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet.

I love this space. It’s quiet with spacious room and the bathroom also nice! Moreover, the staff is quite helpful and share me many useful information in advance.

Ubicado en el norte de San Pedro, el hostal es un oasis de frescor dentro del calor de Atacama. Sus trabajadoras son atentas y los desayunos con pancakes, riquísimos. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, pasamos allí 4 noches. Durante el primer día encontramos un problema con el agua caliente y enseguida lo solucionaron. En definitiva, muy recomendable. Marcela, Franchesca y Belén unos amores (gracias por el detalle Belén! ). Por cierto las fotos coinciden 100% con el alojamiento.

Lo único a mejorar, por poner un pero, es la ducha con cortina, con la que uno puede armar un desastre si se sale el agua.

Everything was perfect, until I saw the manager, who knows nothing about politeness, hospitality and service, stay elsewhere because if you stay there, your stay will inevitably be ruined, which is a shame because the rest of the team is nice.

This hostel is amazing! The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The hostel has a nice kitchen and a very large patio with hammocks and seating areas. Moreover, the breakfast (included in the price) is the best. With fresh pancakes, bread, scrambled egg, and so much more, you'll start your day very happy and full :) And if you leave early, a nice snack is prepared for you. It's located a few minutes away from the central plaza, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough from the loud music downtown at night. It is a cozy, clean, and quiet hostel. And the staff is very friendly and fun! Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean. All 4 staff members, including the owner, we met were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and ability to use the kitchen were good. The Hostal is a very good value.
