Schone, nette kamer op een mooie locatie in Porto Covo. Het ontbijt in de binnentuin was een waar feestje!

The hostess is the genuine representation of the true meaning of gracious hospitality. Breakfast at Ocean House Alentejo is served with meticulous attention to detail, aa elegant form of art, really, in the shape of true authentic regional - and delicious - food.

The accommodation and its location are excellent. The artisan breakfast adds a lot to the experience.

The property is located in a perfect location close to all restaurants in town. The breakfast is fantastic and with fresh juice and fruit it was a healthy start to the day. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The property is great value for money.

There is no parking onsite but we had no trouble finding parking in the car parks nearby.

Clean, comfortable, close to amenities and coast. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast which was served up by the host.

Well located for fisherman’s trail and centre of town. Clean and very comfortable bed (great pillow). Nice back garden area. Breakfast was 10/10, amazing local produce, very accommodating for dairy allergy and lovely staff.

Breakfast could be early, 8:30am is a bit late to then start fisherman’s trail after but was worth the wait as breakfast was great.

Wir haben von hier den Fishermans Trail gestartet. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll mit Obst, regionalem Käse, regionalem Brot, Marmelade, Honig und Chia Joghurt gestaltet. Alles Prima.

Ontbijt was goed. Personeel vriendelijk.

Kamer heel klein. Heel duur voor wat je kreeg. Je kon amper je spullen kwijt. Er was een tuin, maar na 7 uur mocht je er niet meer in.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhiger und wunderbarer Garten, nahe am Wasser und Dorfkern, aber dennoch etwas ruhiger abseits. Liebevolles Frühstück

Am Gang hört man manchmal die anderen Gäste kommen und gehen - etwas laut, lag aber wohl eher an den Gästen

Da vista fantástica. A simpatia de quem nos recebeu e atendeu. O quarto espaçoso e confortável. Pequeno-almoço numa esplanada muito agradável, tudo com muito bom gosto. O check-in e acesso muito fácil. Bem localizado.

Preço qualidade. Da limpeza. Duche com pouca pressão e sem escoar. Pequeno-almoço para o preço devia ter mais variadade, tinha queijo, pão, fruta, bebidas, iogurt mas os sumos muito diluidos, não tinha fiambre ou presunto nem outros enchidos a que estamos habituados, para ter ovos tivemos de pedir especificamente. Garrafa com água da torneira no quarto.

Chambre un peu petite, nous avons demandé de rapprocher les deux lits simples, ce qui n’a pas été fait . Le petit déjeuner est bien mais un peu léger.

La limpieza del alojamiento, la ubicación en el centro del pueblo y la zona común con un jardín precioso.El desayuno está riquísimo y está hecho con mucho mimo pero es todos los días lo mismo.

My husband and I stayed at Ocean House Alentejo in July and had a lovely time. The room we stayed in (Atlantico) was a good size and had amazing views. We had breakfast there each morning, which included jams and breads, a few types of cheese, fresh fruits and juices, coffee and tea, and a special item each morning, like oats with fruit puree, yogurt and granola, or specially baked muffins and scones - all delicious!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. The garden in the back provides a great space to relax and hang out. I also got a massage outside there in a private area which was great. Ocean House is also located in a great spot on a quiet street but still very close to the main shops and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. A couple of other people staying there seemed to be smoking cigarettes inside, but that is no fault of the property since there are several signs stating no smoking, and as soon as we mentioned it to the staff, the smell decreased significantly, which I'm assuming was due to their intervention. Which was very much appreciated!!

O facto de não ter tv no quarto e algumas comodidades no quarto e casa de banho. O facto de ser bastante pequena dificulta a organização das coisas, assim como a inexistência de algum banco /cadeira ou roupeiro mais pequeno que pode ajudar na organização. É bom para uma estadia de curta duração, mas julgo que precisam de melhorar alguns aspetos em termos de comodidades para estadias mais prolongadas.

Emplacement idéal pour le centre, les animations, les restaurants et la plage. Petit déjeuner très sympa, produit de bonne qualité. Personnel très sympathique. Joli jardin.

Regionales Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Leider wenig Obst und auch auf Nachfrage keine Tomaten. Keine Auswahl möglich. Wir bekamen es gerichtet. Jeden Tag im Grunde das selbe. Gute Lage und schöner Garten.

Nur eine Kleiderstange und ein kleiner Hocker im Zimmer. Kein Tisch und keine Ablage Möglichkeit. Sehr eng ums Bett rum. Fast keine Steckdosen. Der Garten war sehr sonnig ohne Schatten, daher tagsüber nicht nutzbar. Sehr schade.

Ubicacion excelente, a la entrada del pueblo, justo al lado del mercado de abastos. Detalles cuidados. Nos encantó el desayuno, estuvimos dos noches y cambiaron de un dia para otro.

No realizaron la limpieza de la habitacion, no sabemos por qué ni si lo hacen a diario o tras un minimo de noches. Como punto de mejora para el desayuno, cambiaria el tipo de cafe (soluble y de mala calidad) por alguno filtrado o tipo espresso. Por lo demas, excelente opcion

O pequeno almoço é fabuloso, assim como a sua localidade e o pequeno jardim.

Os quartos sao minusculos e sem quase nenhum conforto. Nao existe uma cadeira para colocar roupa. Existe apenas um banco (que se encontra ocupado por 2 copos e uma garrafa de água) e um mini chariot para pendurar roupa - 5 cabides para 2 pessoas (!) Nao existe um espelho minimamente aceitavel onde uma pessoa se possa ver - os 2 pequenos que existem estão pendurados tao altos que é ridículo.

Superb breakfast in lovely garden, amiable guest house close to restaurants and beaches yet tucked away with convenient parking.

Our room was small with double bed dominating and the walls paper thin so we were woken up by guests leaving early first morning of our two-night stay.

Leuke accommodatie met een fantastisch ontbijt, heerlijk in de tuin met verse producten. En erg uitgebreid! Leuke plaats met voldoende horeca en erg gezellig.

What a nice little gem! The lovely rooms were topped by home made bread and locally sourced breakfast ingredients. Very tastefully presented too. We got a room upgrade for one night and enjoyed the balcony. The normal room was somewhat smaller. It's a short walk to beaches and restaurants.

Os blackouts do quarto deixavam passar alguma luminosidade.

O pequeno almoço é optimo, os empregados e os donos muito simpáticos, o espaço do jardim é muito acolhedor, a localização é boa; perto de tudo mas muito tranquilo.

Central Porto Covo location with parking and restaurants and sea close by. THe breakfast is simply supwerb with gorgoeous local produce beatifully presented and served in delightful garden with views.

Our room was small and at the top of the stairs leading up from the main residence. The walls aren;' thick so could be noisy during the mornings with guests packing up and doors closing. The space between wall and bed was tiny...

Location is good.. Breakfast is good.

The Rooms are too small for 2 people and travel bag. The bath room is very small and the dust stays inside. Little smell from the bath room, the door needs to be closed or the room smells. Silicone in the bath room is yellow, old, broken. Drain is not working good. Very noisy, from outside, but also the trough the walls you can hear too much noises.

Leider mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer war extrem klein.

Das Frühstück war super. Es war sehr schön hergerichtet und der Ausblick auf der Garten hat das ganze abgerundet. In wenigen Minuten ist waren wir am Meer.

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die den Fischerweg laufen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern läuft super und einfach. Zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind zwar schlicht und klein, aber mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, wirklich sauber und ruhig und die Betten sind bequem. Ganz besonders schön sind die Terrasse sowie der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus. Dort gibt es ein super tolles und sehr liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück von 2 sehr herzlichen Portugiesinnen. Alle sind extrem Gastfreundlich und nett. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Wir waren sehr gerne dort.

Das Frühstück, die Lage, der Garten waren sehr schön.

Sehr schade war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick hatten, das extrem klein war, von dem her war das Zimmer zu teuer.

Our room was simple and clean.

The "common area" closed at 7pm. The hospitality was fine, but not as welcoming or flexible as other places we stayed at along the Fisherman's trail.

Eine wundschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und saubere Unterkunft. Das reichhaltige Frühstück unter anderem mit selbst gebackenem Brot sowie Porridge für viel Energie zum Wandern waren perfekt zum Tagesstart. Sehr gerne wieder!

We lopen de fishermantrail, deze locatie ligt tussen de aankomst van de bus uit Lissabon en de start van de trail. Beide paar minuten lopen. De kamer is prima, maar vooral bijzonder is de tuin die vrij toegankelijk is en het ontbijt is uitstekend. Alles vers en uit de regio. Werkelijk een fantastisch begin van de dag.

Als we dan toch iets moeten noemen is het hondengeblaf gedurende de hele nacht. De locatie kan er niets aan doen maar ik vind het niet fijn(ben bang voor honden).

Klein aber fein! Sehr saubere niedliche kleine Zimmer mit eigenem Bad! Das Frühstück war mega liebevoll von zwei jungen Damen zusammengestellt. Man saß nett auf einer Holzterrasse im Garten und konnte sein Frühstück in Ruhe genießen!

Es wäre schön, wenn der Garten Abends etwas länger zugänglich wäre, aber das ist ein Luxuswunsch.

Wij konden helaas niet op terras zitten, vanwege de vele vliegjes.

Sehr gutes, liebevoll bereiteten Frühstück auf einer schönen Veranda inmitten von Planzen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Besser wären zwei Bettdecken statt einer großen gewesen, da wir separate beds als Wunsch hatten.

Für den Start der Wanderung des Fischerwwgs - einfach perfekt. Unterkunft entspricht den den Vorgaben und das Persona überaus freundlich und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Wir hatten einen super lieben Kontakt und das Frühstück war erstklassig und wird in einem wunderschönen Garten serviert.

Shower pressure wasn't great and shower tray slow to drain.

Das Hotel klein, aber mit schönen Garten und Terrasse, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wurde! Schön eingerichtet mit feinen Details. Der Frühstück war exzellent!

Wir hätten sehr gerne unseren Rücksäcke früher mit Taxi geschickt, leider war niemand im Hotel erreichbar.
