Reviewed May 3, 2026Al llegar me atendió una chica muy simpática que rápidamente me dio mi habitación la cual estaba decorada tipo andalusí bastante acertado. El tamaño era muy grande y disponía de una pequeña terraza con vistas a la ciudad. La cama era muy cómoda y dentro de la habitación había también un sillón y una mesa baja. El desayuno fue muy completo y delicioso, el personal de cocina estuvo muy atento en todo momento. Por el precio es una buena opción en Chefchaouen.
El alojamiento no está céntrico pero se tarda solamente 10-15 minutos en llegar al centro andando con algo de pendiente a la vuelta. Parking privado como tal no tiene pero sí muchas cámaras. Mi moto (y algunas otras) durmiendo en la puerta del hotel pero en la calle y se veían desde dichas cámaras. Faltaba champú y gel en el baño, y el agua se salía de la ducha inundando el baño. El aislamiento de las ventanas y de la puerta del pasillo no es muy bueno, por suerte me tocó una habitación que no daba a la calle pero los ruidos del pasillo los oía.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Todo. Es verdad que está fuera del centro pero son 10 min caminando. El personal muy amable, habitación amplia y limpia. Íbamos con la moto y nos dejaron guardarla en un pequeño parking dentro del hotel. El desayuno espectacular.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Limpieza y trato del personal. Preguntó mi hija en el desayuno si tenían nocilla y dijo que no. Al día siguiente al sentarnos a desayunar trajo el bote de nocilla. No pueden ser más atentos. Pedimos cena una noche y se encargaron ellos de hacer el pedido … Trato inmejorable. Todo muy limpio y buenas instalaciones.
La ubicación por decir algo. Aunque realmente está muy bien comunicado y en buena zona .

位在老城區外圍，步行需要20分鐘以上，停車停在路邊，有點令人擔心！房間不大，第一次的房間浴室燈壞了，我們還被迫重新換房間。

La fermeture des portes à revoir (faut pousser de l’épaule) le petit déjeuner très déçu (pain et thé froid),un œuf par personne et le parking dédié à la clientèle est une place sur le bord de la route

Es war sehr kalt, vorallem im Badezimmer, es gab keinen Haartrockner und keine Duschutensilien. Die Wände sind aus Papier und es ist dadurch sehr laut gewesen

Freezing cold…our two children and us the parents did not manage to sleep.We leave in a campervan and thought to treat our self to a hotel but really we are warmer better in the van then the casa de familia…The door handle did not work the shower took ages to get warm so probably lost 100l of water until warms up…Sorry but is as honest as I can be:(

Pas de parking sauf sur la rue public à proximité, C'est fatiguant d'aller à pier au centre à cause des pentes. Le petit déjeuner est servi froid malgré la fixation d'heure.
