Beliggenhenter var veldig fin, med kort gåavstand til alt man bør se og gjøre i byen. Fin Riad med hyggelig folk. Eneste som trakk litt ned av at vannet i bassenget var litt for kaldt, men mine jenter brydde seg ikke om dette. Alt i alt, nydelig rom, frokost og personal.

Ingenting, bortsett fra jeg personlig synes at vannet i bassenget var for kaldt.

It was clean. Staff was great. Location was within walking distance to tourist sites.

We have to be really picky to find something. Having carpets in the rooms would have been a great addition

Amazing location. Beautiful Riad. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend. We had the family room with the private courtyard and fountain and it was magical. When it’s so hot you want to pick a lovely place to stay so staying in during the hot midday feels like part of the experience. I picked this location because I wanted something close to the edge of the Medina. We arrived late at night and I didn’t want to have to navigate the Medina with two sleepy kids. The location ended up being a dream as it was close to everything and most tour providers will pick up right at Mar Dar restaurant which is around the corner.

Overall it was amazing. Maybe a few more options at breakfast but really the breakfast was amazing too. Truly, this place was amazing.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Le riad est idéalement situé, à deux pas du souk et 10 min de la place Jemaa El fna. La propreté est irréprochable et les chambres sont très agréables. Un grand merci au personnel, qui est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement excellent et délicieux. Je recommande ce riad à 100 % et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Tout était super mais surtout le personnel 😍 Youssef et Myriam ont contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable et facile. Grand merci à eux 🫶🏼

Everything about our stay was perfect! The riad is bright and lively, the pool is nice and clean and big enough for the kids to enjoy. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and great shower. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the first moment.

Un séjour réussi ! Ce riad est exceptionnel. Nous avons été incroyablement bien entourés et servis. Le gros point fort, c'est la cuisine : nous y avons mangé et ce fut un sans-faute à chaque fois ! Ils proposent des plats ultra-locaux comme le tanjia (la grande spécialité de Marrakech), mais aussi d'excellents couscous, tajines, pastillas et omelettes berbères, sans oublier le traditionnel thé marocain. Autre point fort : leur flexibilité. Ils mettent tout à disposition pour profiter de la piscine, même les jours d'arrivée ou de départ, ce qui est vraiment un énorme plus. Un séjour incroyable, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Foi tudo perfeito!! O serviço, o staff, uma simpatia Pequeno almoço muito cuidado, e a ajuda das pessoas fez mesmo a diferença. Adorei tudo, para fotografias é lindo também, esta muito bem tratado mesmo. Cada detalhe pensado e zonas comuns lindas. A cama era mesmo muito boa :)

Fabulous, quiet and a relaxing locale from the busy and bustling Medina. The highlights include, the staff, the responsiveness, the clean and cool rooms. They went above and beyond to make our stay and transport as easy possible. Would stay again.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel sympathique, respectueux et professionnel. La suite bien équipé et propre. La piscine rafraîchissante.

Il manquait un peu de pression dans la douche. Mais c’est un détail.

Cœur sur Foued qui a été très attentionné avec nous et d’une incroyable gentillesse. Accueil très chaleureux de Youssef et personnels aux petits soins pour nous. Chambre propre et confortable, Riad très mignon, au calme, un peu isolé.

possibilité d organiser la venue d un taxi pour nous récupérer à l aéroport et nous ramener le matin du départ. L’accueil exceptionnel, la grande gentillesse et le sourire de l’ensemble du personnel quelque soit l’heure du jour ou de la nuit. Le personnel est charmant, a l écoute. Le petit déjeuné est gourmand, varie et typique avec un très bon thé à la menthe dans un joli cadre. le couscous maison recommande est à goûter ! Riad magnifique et calme, très propre et bien entretenu. Très agréable séjour, je recommande ce Riad.

The location is spot on, central to the souks and medina. It's a true haven hidden away , we were blown away when we entered the Riad, it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous, lovely and clean. The staff were so very accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return.

Struttura bella, profumata, elegante, pulitissima. Posizione comoda per visitare i maggiori punti di interesse. Pulizia maniacale degli spazi. Stanza dotata di ogni comfort, letto comodo, lenzuola pulite e profumate. Il cibo che preparano (con amore) è delizioso. Mi sono personalmente complimentata con la cuoca. Staff professionale, gentile, cortese, sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente: Difficilmente un posto mi colpisce come ha fatto questo.

Riad magnifique, très calme, la suite Naya est absolument superbe, l'équipe est très agréable et accueillante. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Emplacement à proximité immédiate (10-15 minutes à pied) des principales visites dans la médina.

Ne pas se laisser décourager par les abords immédiats du ryad (petites ruelles en travaux quand nous y étions) car tout change dès que l'on franchit la porte du riad.

Posizione ottima. Buona colazione servita al tavolo. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Letto comodo con cuscino comodo (due scelte).

Doccia senza soffione (solo con doccino); acqua calda che andava e veniva durante la doccia. Tv non funzionante (nel senso che non c’era segnale tv). Assenza bidet ed assenza doccino water. Asciugapelli scarso (si spegne quando si surriscalda, cioè dopo due minuti).

The young men who are the front of house staff form an exceptionally welcoming, smiling and helpful team. The riad is an oasis of calm, tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast platter is generous and well presented. It's lovely just to sit around the central pool and contemplate or read a book. I would gladly stay again.

I loved how comfortable the property felt, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was beautiful and made the experience even better.

There was nothing bad about the property. It was extremely beautiful. Hidden gem.

Breakfast on the upstairs terrace is really pleasant, but the food is very bread and pastry heavy, and the quality varies from day to day. The riad is in a central location which allows easy access to most places on foot. The staff on site speak good English and are very helpful, but can't overcome to fundamental issues with the property. There is a multitude of choice for riads. We had friends stay in another very nearby which was much nicer and significantly cheaper. There are better options.

We had a three night stay at the Nayanour, and things weren't promising in the lead up to arriving. The website encourages guests to contact the riad with enquiries about reservations and excursions. All mine went completely unanswered. Except the one asking about additional rooms for friends... Unfortunately, despite a swanky page in English on the website, the manager (who incidentally is NEVER onsite) can't speak a word of it, so just ignores any enquiries in English. When I wrote in French, I had more luck. So be warned. We booked the "Presidential Suite", and there was nothing Presidential or luxurious about it. It was comfortable, with a private terrace and downstairs sitting area, but the price was similar to a luxury hotel in central London. I suspect that Marrakech is having "a moment" which has emboldened locals to charge prices at which they simply can't deliver the expected level of service. Housekeeping keep it spotlessly clean, but the shower was laughably awful. It was a hand held shower head permanently fixed extremely high on the wall. Consequently, neither the height nor the angle could be adjusted, and the water pressure was a dribble. Definitely not luxury.

Our stay at Riad NayaNour was so lovely. The Riad is very beautiful and well equipped, the breakfast and food were amazing and the staff was the kindest staff we ever had. De locatie was iets lastig te bereiken want je moest door wat steegjes lopen. Maar dat is het meer dat waard. De riad is echt supermooi en het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als je ergens heen wilt bijvoorbeeld komen ze met tips en ideeen en alles word geduldig uitgelegd.

Ik vond het jammer dat er geen strijkijzer was. Want je kleren gaan behoorlijk kreuken in je koffer. Daardoor moesten we vaak met gekreukte kleding uit eten of gaan stappen. Daarnaast had de douche bijna geen druk waardoor het douchen wat lastig was.

Firstly i would like to thank the amasing staff. The place in absolutely beautiful and spotless very clean and the rooms are beautiful too. the Breakfast is so good too and there is so many nice spots in the riad to sit and chill.

Personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre à pied. Calme malgré le très bon emplacement. Possibilité de manger sur place (très bon) qui est pratique lorsque l’on voyage avec un enfant en bas âge.

Personale gentile e sempre sorridente e disponibile. Un consiglio: provate il cous cous della loro cucina. È il migliore di tutta Marrakech!!!!

The interior is absolutely beautiful, perfect location in the heart of the Medina, walking distance to the souks and most importantly, the staff was incredible, courteous & helpful. Especially Zachariah made our stay unforgettable.

Nous avons passé quelques jours formidables à Marrakech dans ce riad. Situé au cœur de la médina, on est immédiatement plongé dans l’ambiance : les odeurs de la délicieuse cuisine marocaine, la fumée des gargottes, le parfum des ruelles animées où les mobylettes se faufilent parmi la foule. Et puis, au détour d’une ruelle étroite, s’ouvre cette demeure exceptionnelle: Un petit paradis autour d'une jolie petite piscine, d’une propreté irréprochable, digne d’un palace. Zacharias a été aux petits soins, tout comme l’ensemble de l’équipe, toujours souriante, attentive et chaleureuse. La cuisine est impeccable, entièrement faite maison. Les saveurs m’ont rappelé mon enfance et les vacances passées au Maroc... Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
