Près de la plage, tranquille, rapport qualité prix c'est merveilleux , souper entre touristes, propriétaire advant, cuisine collective.on rencontre des gens de différentes culture et pays, c'est merveilleux.le propriétaire trouve voiture ou scooter, très advant.les vrai voyageur sont intéressants a connaître..ma chambre était propre a mon arrivée, après sa dépend de moi.

Une englaise a fumer devant ma porte,celle qui a donné une mauvaise note car elle était frustrée, je lui ai dit ferai vous sa en Angleterre. Le propriétaire a remboursé des allemands qui ne semblent pas aimer les gens de couleurs, il a trop grand coeur, il n'était pas obligé, les allemands on donné une mauvaise.il était sympathique avec moi, c'est triste, on est en 2026...les clients exigeants,sans reconnaissance, c'est triste . Les vieux fumeurs ne sont pas respectueux, il faut leur dire.les clients frustrée qui raconte de mensonges en commentaire ici

Nichts Wir haben nach 5 Tagen unseren Aufenthalt abbrechen müssen. Eine britische Touristin brach ebenfalls den Aufenthalt ab. Es kam am späten Abend zu einem Besuch einer 10 bis 12 köpfigen Reisegruppe, die noch untergebracht werden wollten. Die "Gäste" schliefen auf dem Flur und in dem Zimmer der britischen Touristin. Mit Ram haben wir uns auf eine Rückerstattung von 5000 Rupien geeinigt. Immerhin besser als Nichts!

Ameisen überall, Besteck kaum vorhanden, Töpfe nicht benutzbar, Pfanne nicht vorhanden, Hitze am Tag im Raum klingt am Abend nicht ab, weil das gesamte Gebäude aus Beton der Sonne ausgesetzt wird und nichts beschattet ist. Die Klimaanlagen sind in den Zimmern noch vorhanden aber außer Betrieb. Ventilatoren sind vorhanden, bringen keine Erleichterung. Das Gebäude liegt in einer Kurve. Der Verkehr brüllt von 5:30 Uhr bis 19:30 Uhr. Im besonderen durch LKW, Busse und Motorräder. Insgesamt ist alles schmuddelig, das Sofa auf dem Werbe-Bild soll zum Verweilen einladen, das setzt sich bestimmt keiner mehr hin. Niemand sonst, außer Ram, überprüfte in den 6 Wochen auf Mauritius unseren Aufenthaltsstatus und kontrollierte unsere Reisepässe. Bevor Ram sich um unseren Aufenthaltsstatus sorgt, sollte er sich seinen Küchen Lappen anschauen und die Bakterien zählen.

I had a key that didn’t work from outside room owner fixed and then water leaking through ceiling after it rained, moved room but was not clean, moved room again below my standards. Ants in kitchen area one day no water, fixed after an hour of reporting it. Owner very nice but overall the living area and rooms not clean, I purchased disinfectant and cleaning clothes myself and toilet roll as only given one for two week stay.

Super Lage im Grünen und fußläufig zum schönen Strand. Abseits von touristischem Mainstream. Wer keinen großen Wert auf Luxus und riesigen Komfort legt, sondern Individualität schätzt, ist hier super aufgehoben. PKW-Stellplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Frühstücken auf der Terrasse, umgeben von Vögeln und Gecko, ein Genuss!

*Ich hatte Mühe, die Unterkunft zu finden. Es gibt ja keine Hausnummern und Google Maps hat mir die andere Straßenseite angezeigt. Daher bin ich erstmal dort herumgeirrt und habe überall herumgefragt. Schlussendlich habe ich dann den Vermieter angerufen und er ist raus an die Straße gekommen und hat mich in Empfang genommen. *Morgens sehr früh hat der Hahn in der Nachbarschaft gekräht, da halfen auch keine Ohrstöpsel. Fand ich aber nicht so schlimm, gehört eben dazu.

Clean villa ram the owner was fantastic great restaurants and local shops just around the corner. The beach is literally a few minutes down the road. bus stop is right outside. everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The rain was fantastic no complaints from me. It was clean. It was comfortable. The guest house is very close to the bus stop so getting the bus to grand Baie, Port Louis and the beaches nearby is very accessible. The room was nice and spacious with a bathroom.The owner is very friendly and informative about the area.

I was here at the hottest time of the year and my room faced the sun all afternoon making it very warm in the evening.

Had no problem with this villa.. The owner Ram was fantastic he was such a lovely man.. he would do anything for anyone, friendly, kind, helpful, caring, couldn’t fault him.. great location to the beach, and bus stop, and little shops and restaurants

Nice place surrounded in the green just 2 minute walking from beach. Bus stop outsider door taking everywhere you wanted with righe schedule time if you want to go around the island and cone back in a day.. Good qualità at the bedt price around. Very silence place where to relax with kitchen facility and garden and balcony where to enjoy. Ram the owner is a wise and helpull man . Thank you for the great stay.

I feel like home here, it is a peaceful and smiling place, where you can have everything, thanks to Mr Ram the owner of the villa, a great host ready to help you. He gave me advice to rent a car and made it easier to rent it. Recommend!

Has a friendly communal feel to the property.The owner and assistant are very helpful and the property is just 5-10 minutes from basic general stores and the beach. The owner is pro-actve and there is a feeling that this is a work in progress which had stalled a bit during Covid.There are plans for a new kitchen soon which will be a good addition. The shower had good hot water

Small villa close to the beach where you can swim and enjoy local food, for 7 min walking. Public transport 4 min and near by you find shops and restaurants with good food and prices. Owner Mr Ram and Mr Neil also were polite and helpful. Room is quite spacious with large bed, wardrobe, a table, bathroom, fan. You can use as commons a fridge, a kettle, a microwave and utensils, washing machine. Clean, quite and good vibe!

Here you can feel the real atmosphere of Mauritius. We stayed for 21 days. This was our base for exploring the island. There are beautiful beaches nearby, delicious food in a cheap restaurant and a cafe with coffee and muffins, yum. There is a bus stop next to it and you can park your rental car in the hostel's courtyard. Modest but clean. And most importantly, the owner is very nice and helpful. Thanks to such hostels, Mauritius is accessible to every budget.We never dreamed that we would spend a month in Mauritius and Rodrigues.😊

It a value for money product, what you pay is what you get in terms of facilities and services. Overall, it’s property that’s kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It’s a generally located in safe and quiet area. I wouldn’t staying there again. The owner is a good, friendly and goes an extra mile in making sure that you enjoy your stay.

With the price, there isn’t much that you can expect, it’s basically a bed with clean linen.

I had a great stay at Villa Pointe Aux Piment.The owner is friendly and very helpful.He arranged a rental car at a very affordable price.The rooms are neat and has an ensuite.It's near public transport (bus),small stores (where you can buy fresh vegetables etc.) and a few local restaurants.

Budget priced, 10 minutes walk to the beach, ability to prepare own food in large basic kitchen, balcony off & central lounge, shared with 6 rooms off

Wall fan in lounge not working so too hot to hang around, no mosquitoe netting on windows or hanging position for own over bed....but powerful wall fan would keep them off. Cold water pressure drop can cause air lock in shower.... needing to lower the shower head. This is a recent project curtailed by C19, good luck for the future 🤞

Water pressure was verrrrry weak. No hot water for shower. Early part of evening was very warm in room #3. Kitchenette area and utensils always not very clean. Worst of all, wifi very weak & slow. Not signal in bedroom
