The property is very cozy and there is everything that might be needed. Also it was so nice that the balcony is facing small garden. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk from Pereybere Beach and 7 minutes walk from Winners supermarket, nearby there are nice restaurants. Also I was impressed by communication with La Perla Team - all instructions for check in and check out were so clear, they even sent general useful information about supermarkets, restaurants etc. I really recommend La Perla!

Apartment fußläufig 250 m vom Public Beach dieser ist aber sehr überfüllt. Einige gute Lokale in der Umgebung. Parken direkt beim Apartment möglich. Kuche und ausstatung völlig ausreichend um selber Frühstück zu machen, sehr freundliches Peronal, Nachtruhe von 10-8 Uhr sehr positiv

die Größe des Zimmers ist eher Klein Bett und Küche in einem - Esstisch draußen am Balkon, Bad sehr geräumig und groß Matratze unserem Empfinden hart

Отличное расположение: тихое и спокойное место, рядом пляж, автобусная остановка и магазины. В номере регулярно убирали. Хорошее место, чтобы отдохнуть в тишине и от суеты. Дружелюбный и всегда готовый помочь персонал. Отдыха здесь второй раз и рада буду в следующий отпуск остановится снова здесь.

L’appartement est très bien placé proche de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le studio est très confortable et bien équipé.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Fijn personeel en ook bewaker bij het hek s’avonds.

Parkeren is iets lastiger. Je moet achter elkaar strak langs de muur staan wil je er uitkomen

Small and charming, great location, less than 5 minutes to Pereybere public beach. Ms. Donna who managed this place has been very helpful and professional.

The parking facilities is not great they need to look into this and also the cleanliness of the floor. However, I highly recommend the place.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and a large supermarket. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The owner is kind and helpful.

L’emplacement bien placé un peu éloigné de la route donc paisible, la sécurité, nous étions 1er étage n4 avec vue sur jardin(magnifique),service de chambre trés professionnel et sympathique. Bonne communnication avec Donna la propriétaire,qui a réglé aboiements d’un chien la nuit , de facon trés efficace et courtois. On recommande sans souci La PERLA

Das Studio (ich hatte das in der 2. Etage, links) ist mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet (2-flammiger Gasherd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, ... ). Das Bad hat eine begehbare Dusche, ist modern gefliest und scheint recht neu eingerichtet zu sein. Das ganze Studio war tadellos sauber und der super freundliche Service hat 2x pro Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Matratze war für mich genau richtig, mittlere Härte, nicht durchgelegen. Im Garten des La Perla steht ein Grill zur Verfügung und neben dem Tor gibt es eine Dusche, an der man sich nach dem Strandbesuch entsanden kann. Es war sehr ruhig und von der Straße hat man eigentlich nichts gehört. Der Balkon ist durch die darüber liegende Etage vor zuviel Sonne oder auch Regen gut geschützt. Es gibt genügend Steckdosen, auch welche die keinen Adapter auf 2-polige Flachstecker voraussetzen. Der bei Einheimischen beliebte schöne öffentliche Strand ist zu Fuß in knapp 5 Minuten erreicht, dort gibt es auch Imbissstände, Duschen und Toiletten. Die beiden Servicekräfte waren wirklich superfreundlich und sowohl Check-In als auch Check-Out klappten tadellos.

Schönes modernes sauberes Apartment mit Küchenzeile; sehr gute Lage trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße angenehm ruhig (das Anwesen ist ein Stück nach hinten gelegen); Strand fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, ebenso Cafés, Restaurant und Supermarkt. Offener Balkon als Zugang zum Treppenhaus - man hat aber trotzdem Privatsphäre

Die Lage ist perfekt Sauberkeit sowie die Freundlichkeiten des personal und natürlich die Gastgeberin Donna immer hilfsbereit man kann es weiterhin empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil wir unseren eigenen kleinen Bereich auf dem Grundstück hatten und jeden Morgen draußen frühstücken konnten. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Die drei Zimmer waren alle mit Klimaanlage und die Betten recht gut.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und auch die Konversation mit der Besitzerin war einwandfrei.

Если выбирать пляж Перейбер, то место расположения конечно удобное, и рядом находится дайвинг клуб, что бы отучиться и получить права дайвера. Понравилось что если у нас и были соседи то мы их не слышали. На парковке места хватало.

Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, спать с кондиционером невозможно. Был вентилятор, но его не хватает и он гоняет горячий воздух, за ночь просыпаешься раза 3. Еще громко гудел холодильник. Вариант решения проблемы с холодильником, подвигать его, насколько мы понимаем двигать его перед сном это как традиция, и постараться уснуть пока он снова не загудел.

Un petit appartement bien confortable, juste en retrait de la route, et tout près de la plage. Un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Апартаменты в 3 минутах пешком от лучшего пляжа Перейбер на Маврикии. Есть кухонная зона, все необходимое для длительного проживания. На террасе стоит обеденный стол. Чисто, аккуратно. Персонал приветливый.

Для меня было критично что окно является дверью. Я не могу спать под кондиционером, только с открытым окном, а тут это сделать невозможно. Либо нужно спать с открытой дверью, либо душно. Для кого это важно- надо учесть!

Très joli studio à 2 pas de la plage, du bus, des restaurants et d'un petit supermarché (Winners). Le logement est propre, la literie top,la femme de ménage a l'écoute et très gentille. Toujours prête à rendre service. Je reviendrai sans hésitation. Merci Donna.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló: a strand és több étterem egy perc sétára található, élelmiszerbolt is van a közelben. Bár közel van a főúthoz, mégis csendes volt. Az első emeleti, tágas apartman terasza egy szép kertre és fákra nézett. A konyha jól felszerelt, a fürdőszoba szintén tágas. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt. A tisztaság kifogástalan, a takarítás alapos és igényes. A klíma jól működött, de sokszor a plusz ventilátor is elegendő volt. A Wi-Fi megbízható volt. Külön köszönet a szállásadónak a bőröndjeink késése miatti ügyintézésben nyújtott segítségért, valamint azért, hogy bármilyen kérdésünkre szinte azonnal választ kaptunk. Összességében kiváló ár-érték arányú szállás.

Das Apartment war im Erdgeschoss genügend ausgestattet. Im Garten stand ein Griller zur allgemeinen Benutzung, auf den wir 2 mal selber einen köstlichen Fisch gegrillt haben. Der Strand ist ca 8-10 Minuten entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

The location trumps it as it is opposite the Pereybere public beach which, to me, is the best beach. Winners is also a short distance away. No matter what we asked for, our request was granted. Smooth check-in and check-out.

The advertising needs to be updated as there is a communal BBQ, not an individual one on each balcony. There is also no airport transfer.

Across from the pristine beach of Pereybere . Nice family holiday.

On paye toute notre séjour sur booking, et avant de quitter l’appartement on vous fais payer un taxe tourisme. 3 euros par pers et par jours. Perso c’est la 1ere fois que j’entend cela quand je prends un appartement à Maurice.

Donna est très réactive lorsqu’on lui envoie un mail et m’a arrangé un check up plus tôt dans la mesure où cela a été possible. Kritica qui s’occupe de l’accueil et du ménage est très gentille, aidante et vraiment adorable! Le calme, la proximité avec la plage, le wifi ont été la cerise sur le gâteau de cet établissement bien entretenu.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im La Perla Apartment in Pereybère. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig – ideal für unsere Gruppe aus vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Küchenbereich mit großem Esstisch und Fernseher. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Badezimmer, im Obergeschoss drei Schlafzimmer – alle mit Klimaanlage – sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche frisch und auf Wunsch wurde sie regelmäßig gewechselt. Auch zusätzliche Handtücher wurden uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Der gepflegte Garten hat richtig zum Verweilen eingeladen – wir haben dort viele schöne Abende verbracht. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar – immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Auch die Eigentümerin, Frau Donner, war unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere bei der Organisation unseres Transfers. Wir bedanken uns herzlich beim gesamten Team der La Perla Apartments. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Comfortable apartment, great location, good size. The shower was lovely, kitchen easy to use, AC exceptionally good. Hotel staff was always friendly and welcoming, and so keen and able to help.

Excellent for families.Has decent kitchen and spacious rooms. Although it is close to Perebere beach , but none of the rooms have beach view.

Room air is very very moist and smells, our towels and also our clothes started smelling as a result. Bed was rather small and uncomfortable.

1-Hidden from the main road 2-The garden 3-The terrace 4-Good bed. 5-Fully furnished kitchen A very reactive guardian at the gate until very late. My friend used to pick me up and as soon as she was parked front of first gate he was coming to the car to check.

1-Maybe the fridge is a bit too noisy 2-For some people not having much choice on TV channels but not a problem for me as I do not watch TV 3-Moisture on ceiling in the bathroom and main room, probably a leak from upstairs in the past. 4-The way to get to the premises that is easily flooded, one day it was rainy left the building to go for shopping on my return I could not get to the building because there was 20 cm of water between the two gates, waited 2 h before someone next door gave me a 20 m lift to reach the gate. 5-Street dogs but that is a recurring problem across the island. 6-A noisy gate, a bit of oil would do the job. Overall the accommodation met my expectation, great location, friendly staff, perfect stay. I would stay again at this property.

It was clean

There wasn't sufficient parking. It was very hard to get in and out with the driveway being a parking area as well as a road to get out on the main road.

Had a lovely stay at La Perla Holiday Apartments! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Ideal for a relaxed seaside break. Would definitely stay again!
