Botica Guesthouse

The studio was great and we appreciated the small terrace. The owner Elisabete was very kind and helpful,. She allowed us to check in earlier as the room was ready and organised an Uber for us when we left, also helped me with my bag. The position is perfect 5 minutes from the beach, in a street with shops and a bakery below but no traffic and very quiet. The coffee maker, (plunger) could have been smaller for two people and we had to buy a full pack, otherwise there was water, tea and salt and pepper.

Das Botica ist einfach bezaubernd. Alles ganz neu und liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Appartement war sehr ruhig, mit kleiner Terrasse zum Innenhof, obwohl absolut zentral gelegen. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone und fünf Minuten zum Strand. Die Vermieterin Elisabete ist reizend und hilfsbereit-danke nochmals für alles. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Espinho kommen, ist das Botica eindeutig unsere erste Wahl.

A nice property at the centre of espinho. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The hostess was very accommodating. The studio had a kitchenette equipped with necessary utensils. There was one more bigger shared kitchen downstairs. Many good restaurants are nearby. Railway station, supermarket, Laundromat are all within walking distance.

Made welcome. Studio in a very good position to all amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked.

TODO! A localização é otima, a limpeza excelente, a recepção incrível. Tem nove espaços e ja fiquei em dois diferentes e estão incríveis têm todo o que uma pessoa precisa.

Todo. Muy acogedor y muy limpio y con bastantes utensilios de cocina. La cama era comodísima (cosa que en nuestro caso valoramos muy positivamente). La persona encargada del alojamiento muy atenta, tuvimos un pequeño percance al llegar y nos lo solucionó rapidisimo. Además, te dan la posibilidad de hacerte la limpieza de la habitación todos los días. Ha sido increible, si volvemos a Espinho seguro nos quedaremos ahí

Limpieza y equipamiento

Outstanding boutique apartment, very fresh and clean, with beautiful wooden floor, air conditioning, a well designed kitchen, dining area, a very comfortable bed, and just beautiful. The location is right in the center of Espinho, on the traditional pedestrian street, 150 meters or so from the beach. Small gestures like having a few coffee capsules waiting for me and some drinking water. The coffee maker delivered very good and hot coffee, better than I have seen elsewhere. The kitchen is well equipped. They provide free parasols for the beach and a beach towel for a nominal fee (of only 2 Euro). The hostess was very attentive. Check-in was easy. I came very late due to air travel troubles, which posed no problem at all. All around a fantastic stay, wish I had had more time.

The pedestrian street does have some people talking on these nice summer nights. I had the only apartment facing the street, so with open windows I did hear that. But the windows are very modern and provide perfect sound insulation. Plus, the quiet and efficient air conditioner makes that you can have the desired room temperature even if you keep the windows closed at night.

Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het is er kraaknet. Je wordt als gast in de watten gelegd. Je kan strandgerief lenen en voor een klein prijsje badhanddoeken huren. De gastvrouw is zelf aanwezig, dat is een voordeel. Je mag alles vragen.

El apartamento limpio y cómodo. El personal muy agradable. Cerca de la playa y de comercios. Lo negativo es la cama supletoria,muy muy incomoda y el ruido intermitente de la nevera.

La gentillesse et serviabilité de notre hôte. La propreté du logement. Le confort. La décoration. L'emplacement.

Todo muy bien cuidado con detalle, limpio y nuevo. El trato de Elisabete excelente nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos, como si fuera un familiar. Los apartamentos son súper tranquilos, aunque el exterior en calle principal parezca bullicioso

The owner is an amazing lady. She explained us the history of this AL and how they transformed it. They also put towels, beach chairs and umbrella for use at the entrace. Me and and my husband loved the stay. Would definitely come again!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Studio. Die Lage war perfekt in einer Fußgängerzone, direkt neben einer Bäckerei, mehrere kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe und nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen oder Anliegen verfügbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Ubicación y lo cuidado que está

A localização da casa mesmo numa zona principal de Espinho é excelente e estamos a 100m da praia e de todo o paredão, perto de comercio e restaurantes. A casa tinha todas as condições para nós, que eramos 2 adultos com uma criança. A casa é gira, bem limpa e tudo correu muito bem

Adorei a localização, está perto de tudo( pingo doce a 2 minutos a pé), Quarto super limpinho, Senhora que nós recebeu é de uma extrema simpatia. Sem dúvida que é 100% recomendável.

The hotel has an excellent location. I also really liked the interior design: there are many beautiful design details, paintings, and carefully chosen decorative elements. The hotel has a clear and distinctive concept, with visible attention to nature and sustainability, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere.

The pillows were very large and uncomfortable. Some of the dishes were not properly clean. There are also many stairs in the hotel, which can be inconvenient when travelling with luggage. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, so it is difficult to use comfortably; however, without it, the room becomes quite warm.

El sitio muy acogedor,y estaba todo muy limpio , Elisabeth la chica de la recepción muy atenta y super amable ,tambien la ubicacion inmejorable en el centro del pueblo a 2mts de la playa Lo recomiendo al 100%.

La terraza muy amplia y con intimidad. Cama enorme y muy cómoda. Apartamento muy limpio. Muy cerca de la playa, en calle peatonal, pero con zonas cercanas para aparcar. Elisabete muy atenta y servicial

Las escaleras con un niño son muy peligrosas. El tipo de cafetera (presión) y que no tenía lavavajillas

Doskonała lokalizacja, w strefie pieszych, w samym centrum. Obok piekarnia/cukiernia, blisko warzywniak i inne sklepy. Blisko do dworca kolejowego około 7 minut spacerem. Sprzed domu na końcu ulicy widać ocean. W pensjonacie wszelkie udogodnienia, w pokoju mały aneks kuchenny (lodówka, mikrofalówka, płyta grzejna). W budynku duża kuchnia do dyspozycji gości (lodówka, piekarnik, kuchenka elektryczna). Personel bardzo pomocny. Bardzo czysto.

Localização muito boa e o conforto muito bom, fazendo realmente sentir o aconchego do nosso lar.

Su limpieza, equipamientos y ubicación son buenas... La atención de la Sra Elisabeth ha sido fabulosa.

Las escaleras pueden restar un poco a la perfecta estancia, pero repetiría...!!!

A temperatura da água do chuveiro estava controlada para uma temperatura baixa. O fim de semana foi muito frio e a temperatura corporal de cada pessoa é diferente. Para mim, a água estava morna.

Ótima localização proximo ao variado comercio da região central de Espinho. Quarto muito bem equipado e cuidado.

O acesso ao quarto envolvia subir e descer lances de escada, o que foi um pouco incomodo para minha avó, uma senhora idosa.

Close to the train station and beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Excelente localização para quem quer ir ao festival de Animação "CINANIMA" em Novembro. Casa a poucos minutos a pé do festival e pingo doce quase mesmo a porta, só andar uns 2 minutos. Casa muito confortável, limpeza impecável.

Na casa com terraço, o terraço que mostram na fotografia é o geral, compartilhado por todos os hóspedes Podia ter mais alguns utensílios de cozinha como por exemplo salazares Faltam tapetes a porta de cada quarto, para limpar os pés antes de entrar

Location and easy check in and out

Gostei de tudo. Já é a 2a vez que reservo nesse alojamento e supera sempre as expetativas. Sinto me em casa. O conforto, limpeza, silêncio, disposição das suites é otimo. A localização é a melhor em Espinho, fica na rua principal com uma padaria otima para o pequeno almoço e muito comércio à volta. Tem também a praia ao descer da rua.

Apartment was updated clean and very safe. Everything you needed was within walking distance. Elizabeth was very helpful always available and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung. Alles wirkt frisch renoviert. Gute Matratze. Sehr dicht am Strand und zentral in der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Die Terrasse ist toll.

Ein sehr schönes, ansprechendes und neuwertiges Appartement in einem sauberem, schönem Haus. Eins der schönstem auf unserem 3 wöchigem Caminho. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Lage, nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Sehr unkomplizierter Check in mittels Code. Wir konnten netterweise etwas eher einchecken.

La playa está aún paso, hay parking de pago enfrente pero muy barato 6 euros al día. El apartamento es tal cual sale en las fotos.

Lo que menos me gustó fueron las escaleras tan empinadas que tenía

La ubicación es ideal, tienes la playa y el centro con las tiendas a mano... increíblemente y a pesar de estar en el centro cuando sales al jardín/terraza no se oye nada, muy tranquilo todo.

Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone und in Strandnähe ist sehr schön.

Locatie was top! Ik heb mooiere badplaatsen gezien maar voor een aantal dagen met uitstapjes naar Porto is het prima.

Hele fijne accomodatie. Wij hadden een terras/tuin wat erg fijn was. Wij misten wel een fatsoelijke kledingkast. Je leeft uit de koffer. Daarnaast is een theedoek en een handdoek in de keuken ook geen overbodige luxe.
