Der nette Empfang. Es gab erstmal Tee und uns wurde erklärt was man alles in der Umgebung machen kann. Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Terrasse war sehr liebevoll und schön gestaltet. Und auch das Essen war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah a den Atlas Filmstudios.

Very hospitable staff who welcomed us very late and gave us Information in what to do and where to go nearby. Also we received suggestions for the Trip to merzouga. The facility is 10/10 beautiful. The decoration is absolutely cozy. We were always welcomed for Tea and the food was delicious. We wanted to relax a little in Ouarzazate and it was definitely everything we needed for that. We could also go Shopping in the City Centre, which is beautiful and lively as well. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽

Absolutely wonderful stay – a truly special place! Riad Chay & Boutique completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and taken care of. The riad is absolutely beautiful – stylish, peaceful, authentic and decorated with so much attention to detail. Every corner has its own charm. The room was beautiful and clean. After a long day of travelling, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, warm and helpful, making sure that everything was perfect for us. We truly felt like guests rather than customers. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented – a wonderful way to start the day. We have stayed in many beautiful places, but Riad Chay & Boutique is definitely one of those places we will remember for a long time. The welcoming, the breakfast, the room with an explendid view. After leaving, we noticed our car required destilled water, and the receptionist got it from his own car, asking nothing in return. The only downside was that we only stayed one night.

Bellissima struttura ottimamente organizzata. Il personale tutto estremamente gentile e preparato. Colazione dolce e salata in stile berbero buonissima e abbondante. Stanze molto comode, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Anche il ristorante cucina ottimi piatti berberi con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Per raggiungere la struttura si oltrepassa il paese con strada sterrata ma il riad è ben segnalato e quindi facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliatissimo!

El Riad es precioso. La habitación es supercomoda y muy bonita. El personal .muy amable y educados. La cena muy buena y el desayuno espectacular. Para mi es de los mejores alojamientos que puedes encontrar en Marruecos. Una maravilla de sitio.

The Riad is beautifully situated in an Oasis on the edge of Ouazarzate. The rooms have been meticulously crafted in the traditional berbère style with stone walls and red mud roofs. Our room was on the top floor with a magnificent view of the Oasis and beyond. It had a balcony and also direct access to a shared terrrace which was nice for relaxing or an afternoon tea. The breakfasts are superb with a mix of local breads and cakes as well as eggs and freshly made orange juice. Dinner at the Riad is highly recommemded and probably the best you will find in Ouzazate. The hosts are very kind and discreet. We felt like it was home.

The stay was supurb. If we were to make improvements, better quality shower products and fruit in the room would be a nice touch..

La zona limitrofe

Le Riad est situé dans un petit village calme proche de Ouarzazate, entourée d'un joli jardin, et sécurisée. Bien décoré, tout confort, bien équipé, animé par une équipe jeune, sympathique et très accueillante, c'est une excellente adresse pour passer un séjour très agréable à Ouarzazate. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, propres, climatisées, et très bien décorées. La cuisine, faite maison, est impeccable. Tous les employés, sans exception, sont aux petits soins, gentils, aimables, soucieux de votre bien être et de vous faire passer un bon séjour.

Ens ha agradat molt, el Riad esta decorat amb molt bon gust . L’habitació super bonica , te un finestral gran que dona el palmeral. El restaurant la Table du berbere hem menjat molt be i molt bon preu el sopar i l’esmorzar i sobre tot cal destacar el personal , estan pendents en tot moment de si necessites alguna cosa. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce riad exceptionnel ! Tout était irréprochable : l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des lieux et le confort des chambres. Le riad est magnifiquement décoré, dans une ambiance authentique et paisible qui permet de se détendre pleinement. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et copieux, avec des produits frais et locaux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les précieux conseils pour découvrir la région et ses magnifiques paysages. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Ouarzazate. Je recommande ce riad à 100 % ! Un grand merci à Yliass pour son service irréprochable et sa gentillesse, le tajine de poulet était délicieux ! Merci à Omar pour ses précieux conseils ! -Un accueil tout en douceur et bienveillant, -personnel respectueux, authentique et gentil -on se sent à l’aise et en toute confiance -des conseils pour la suite du séjour -établissement digne d’un 5 étoiles ! -équipements hyper appréciables dans notre chambre (machine expresso, télévision avec netflix, frigo…) -un restaurant absolument délicieux -le petit déjeuner royal… on serait bien restés un peu plus !!

peut être l’insonorisation (notre voisin de la chambre du dessus était très bruyant et on l’a entendu++) ?

Wirklich sehr sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Haben und zu jeder Zeit sehr willkommen und begrüsst gefühlt. Zimmer war auch top mit wundervoller Terrasse inkl. traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Palmen-Oase. Etwas abgelegen von Ourzazate aber für den Ausblick lohnt es sich.

Abendessen war wie ich finde etwas zu teuer, aber hat super geschmeckt.

The staff is tremendously kind and helpful here. Whe had dinner in the restaurant twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast is authentic moroccan food, with traditional pancakes, breads and eggs, a real treat. We had the family room and it was so spacious and relaxing. The bed and pillo quality was great. Highly recommended place, conveniently located for visits at Ait Ben Haddu and the nearby rock desert.

Das Riad liegt ca. 6 km außerhalb am Rande eines traumhaften Palmenhains. Das Personal was ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und überaus aufmerksam. Wir hatten ein überaus großes und gemütliches Familienzimmer.

I've been traveling around Morocco for the past 25 days. Riad Chay has set a new, higher standard of excellence for me. Although I'm traveling solo, I chose to stay in their large family room. The big picture windows overlook palm trees and illuminate the beautiful ambiance of the room. Instead of rushing to pack my bags and be on my way in the morning, I sat in the rocking chair, listened to the birds singing and admired the view. The internet service is strong. Yassine was very helpful.

Amazing location and wonderful rooms right in the middle of the oasis. The atmosphere is truly unique and relaxing. Everything was comfortable, beautiful, and well designed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special experience.

Far the best accomodation in Morocco. The staff was incredibly nice (especially Yassine, and the other tall guy, who's name I sadly forgot). They gave us very helpful tips, how to get around, and they were professionals from heart. They speak very good english, which is a really unique thing in Morocco. The view from our room was amazing, the shower was hot, and the water pressure is just perfect. The room was clean and tidy. I really reccommend this accomodation to anyone.

Omar did an amazing job in organizing our stay and hosting us. He has such a calm and pleasant energy. Also had an amazing dinner on the rooftop, the decoration and the views are immaculate. We had a really relaxing stay.

We had the best stay in Riad Chay out of all accommodations booked in Morocco. No faults are all, amazing hospitality and kindness. It has a great atmosphere, the staff goes extra mile to make your stay so special.

Tout était parfait de A à Z.

Même s’il ne s’agit pas d’un « ryad » au sens strict (encore une « approximation » marketing regrettable), c'est un petit hôtel bien tenu, agréable, qui domine la vallée et la belle oasis de Tifoultoute, ce qui en fait un point de chute idéalement situé pour explorer la région et ses principaux sites touristiques (mais véhicule indispensable). Une extension est en construction. Joli jardin pédagogique, belle terrasse en rez-de-chaussée pour se restaurer et toit-terrasse panoramique pour savourer un thé en soirée. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux. Le restaurant « La table du Berbère » propose des plats traditionnels classiques, une offre pratique puisque le lieu est assez isolé. Le vrai plus de cet établissement, c’est véritablement son personnel, est extrêmement agréable, serviable, dévoué aux clients. Merci à eux tous et toutes.

Les approximations ou « erreurs » descriptives pour garantir les réservations sont des pratiques commerciales insupportables : la chambre choisie initialement n’était pas « insonorisée » comme indiqué (et même le contraire, puisque située directement sous le restaurant, ce qui nous a obligés à changer de chambre le lendemain), il n’y avait pas de « douche à l’italienne » — une douche à l'italienne ne tombe pas directement sur les toilettes — ni de « coffre-fort » personnel dans les deux chambres utilisées, etc. En fait, le bâti est bruyant, c’est tout simplement lié à un problème de construction et de structure ainsi qu’à l’absence de dispositifs pour réduire les bruits ambiants a minima (pose de tampons sous les chaises, tapis pour amortir les pas, etc.). Notre problème initial a été réglé par un changement de chambre le lendemain (pas plus « insonorisée » que la précédente, mais plus au calme, certes, sur le toit-terrasse). Je regrette ces inexactitudes qui n’apportent rien d’autre qu'un sentiment de tromperie et une très forte déception après les préparatifs. Est-ce bien nécessaire ? Je constate également que ces « erreurs » n’ont pourtant pas été modifiées depuis notre passage. Dommage.

Das Rind Chay liegt etwas versteckt mitten in einem Wohngebiet von Tifoultoute in der Nähe von Ouarzazate. Es ist ein schmuckes, sehr schönes Hotel mit aufmerksamem Personal und fantastischer Küche! Das Frühstück sucht seinesgleichen. Und das Zimmer: Schön und gross! Ausserdem ein sehr schönes Rooftop, wie auch einen Innenhof, wo man essen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder vorbeikommen!

Het hotel ligt prachtig in de natuur en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. We hebben ook twee keer in het hotel diner gegeten. Het eten was erg lekker. Het ontbijt is ook lekker. In het restaurant werkt een hele aardige en goede serveerder Ilyass. Hij zorgt er echt voor dat je tevreden bent. Om bij het hotel te komen moet je over een onverharde weg. Goed om te weten.

Toen wij in de hotelkamer kwamen zaten er erg veel vliegen. De vloer en de kleden van de hotelkamer waren niet heel schoon. Het was duidelijk dat de kleden eens goed schoongemaakt moeten worden. De douche is erg klein. Er hangt een douchegordijn. Als je dat dicht doet sta je met je billen tegen de muur. En nog steeds wordt de hele badkamervloer nat als je doucht.

The location of the Riad is nice, because it offers a nice view across Ouarzazate (even though the river is dry during summer). They have a beautiful courtyard, we always had dinner outside when the weather allows for it! They have a great team in the kitchen, the meals and the dinner were always very good! The staff were really nice, especially Yassine and Ilias!

A minor thing, but on our last morning we had breakfast inside - next to many dead flies :/ this is quite a pity and would be easy to avoid in my opinion. But the general experience of the riad remains very positive, and this is the only thing we can write here. We would recommend going to Riad Chay!

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Очень гостеприимный риад. Внимательный персонал. Встречают чаем, можно понаблюдать процесс заваривания, за это отдельное спасибо! Ужинали в их ресторане. Меню простое. Таджин добротный. Готовят около 1,5 ч, поэтому заказывайте заранее. В номерах водичка, печеньки - очень приятно. Никаких проблем найти риад, по дороге стоят указатели с названием. Риад находится в дали от города, в пешей доступности ничего нет. Очень тихое, спокойное место. Atlas Studio два-три км на машине. Не пожалели, что остановились именно здесь.

Der Anfahrtsweg war etwas beschwerlich, aber die Lage war dann wunderbar. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit weitem Blick über Palmenhaine. Leider hatte es kein Wasser im See. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr leckeres Essen.

Great staff, great outdoor areas in the Riad, great breakfast with diversity and great sitting, coffee machine in the room. A lot of light in the room.

A little outside Ouarzazate but at least calm and quite. Not the best coffee capsules but at least there was a coffee machine in the room. Not very diverse options for dinner and you have to order in advance but it was very well prepared.

Riad meraviglioso, autentico e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Il giardino privato, la terrazza panoramica con vista sulla città e la sala ristorante — sia interna che esterna — sono semplicemente bellissimi. Presente anche un gift shop e parcheggio gratuito sorvegliato davanti alla struttura. La stanza è pulita, curata e separata dal corpo principale garantendo totale privacy. Magnifico il terrazzino privato, dotata di smart TV, macchinetta Nespresso e bagno ampio. Lo staff è eccezionale: accoglienza con tè alla marocchina e disponibilità totale. Particolarmente utile la gigantesca mappa del Marocco stampata sul muro, attorno alla quale lo staff ci ha dato consigli preziosi per il proseguimento del viaggio. La cena con menù fisso era buona — ottime le polpette con l’uovo. La colazione è stata una delle migliori del viaggio, in un’atmosfera incantevole. Su richiesta ci hanno servito una crepe dopo cena direttamente in camera.

Das Haus liegt ausserhalb von Ouarzazate in der Nähe der großen Studios. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zufahrt nach der Hauptstraße ist wie so oft in Marokko abenteuerlich, aber wenn man mal da ist, kann man einen tollen Aufenthalt genießen. Das Essen ist sowohl Abends als auch Morgens wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betten sind breit und gemütlich, das Zimmer hat auch eine Klimaanlage, die gut funktioniert. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich Raum für Entspannung und super Blick zum Atlasgebirge. Der Gastgarten und auch der Gemüsegarten sind gepflegt und bieten Plätze zum Verweilen an. Sollten wir mal wieder in diese Gegend kommen würde ich sofort wieder hier buchen.

Franchement on en a fait des voyages, mais rarement nous avons autant apprécié un hôtel et son équipe. L’accueil était tout simplement exceptionnel. Le souci du détail (et le sourire) du manager Omar et de son aide de camp nous ont comblé. Un exemple. Plutôt que de prendre le dîner sur la terrasse nous optons pour l’intérieur, le gérant remarque que la table n est pas prête et nous demande un moment. Nous en profitons pour parcourir le jardin et découvrir le rooftop. À notre retour 5 minutes plus tard on découvre l’ajout de pétales de rose sur notre table. Quel joli moment.

Rien du tout. La propreté était impeccable tout comme l équipement. Même en cherchant le détail on arriverait pas à trouver qqch qui nous a moins plu.
