The location were good, and having a private w.c was wonderful. I had a nice rest as I needed. I would stay there for the same purpose, rest one night before a flight.

The room was too small, but I can't complain because the price was as small as the room.

Era un desastre en todo. Formule una queja a Booking y no tuvimos ninguna respuesta ni apoyó y tampoco del mismo dueño. La habitación era muy pequeña. Pedimos camas doble y no fue así. El baño era muy pequeño, tanto que las rodillas tocaban en la pared para sentarme en el inodoro. Nada que ver con las fotos que vimos, pero lo aceptamos porque ya estava pagado, La primera noche algo nos molesto dentro de la cama, pero no supimos darnos cuenta de que era. La segunda noche ya no pudimos dormir, me despertó una espècie de pequeña cucaracha que tenia en el brazo. Tambien teníamos hormigas y chinches. Recogimos las cosas y nos marxamos a dormir en otro hotel. Tuvimos de pagar otra vez dos noches que ya estaban pagadas. Envié unas quejas al propietario y a Booking y no recibí contestación. Anunciaban que teníamos derecho a cocina, pero siempre está llena de cosas, no podíamos cocinar. La ropa está encima de la vitrocerámica y hay varias lavadoras y secadoras que no dejan espacio

La habitación tiene lo más básico para pasar la estancia. En nuestro caso solo la usamos para la noche y el aseo. Si teneis pensado pasar algo más de tiempo en la habitación, se queda pequeña, sino tiene lo esencial para pasar un par de dias.

El tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeño, la limpieza de esta también podría ser bastante mejorable. No tiene ascensor.

Das Zimmer hat einen Bettwanzenbefall, was ich allerdings zu spät bemerkte. Nach dem Aufenthalt war mein gesamter Körper mit Bettwanzenbissen übersät. Außerdem ist es sehr laut und hellhörig. Man bekommt in der Nacht kaum ein Auge zu.

Todo estaba sucio, menos el baño. Nos pusieron un edredon sin funda nordica a modo de sabana. Cuando pedimos unas sábanas nos dieron unas que parecían usadas y que olían a pies. Las toallas olían a mal secado, y el personal casi que ni se esforzaba en entenderse con nosotros.

I like the location and private bathroom.

Bugs, noisy bathroom fan, thin walls, very loud doors to the apartment floor which were waking me up whenever someone opened them.

It was closer to tram, metro and bus stations.

The room was pathetic. It was totally dirty, did not resemble the one we booked. The bedsheets and toilet seat had stains. The water from shower was so low that it was just dripping. It seemed like a very old, not maintained property. Though they advertised clean spacious rooms, the actual room we got was totally different from the one shown in the pictures. It was highly dissapointing and not worth the money at all.

O atendimento por parte de todo o staff. Todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

O quarto não tem luz natural. O ar condicionado, a única forma de ventilar minimamente o quarto, estava sujo, cheio de pó, não dava a impressão de ter a manutenção em dia.

A szintek és a szobák külön zárral voltak ellátva. A személyzet barátságos és készséges volt mindenben.

Egy közeli szórakozóhely hangja miatt éjszakánként volt egy alapzaj, 1 éjjel pedig az egyik lakó igazán hangosan viselkedett (hajnali 3kor) kb 10 percen keresztül (dörömbölve több ajtón is és kiabálva).

The location was very central and easy to navigate to. The staff were beyond friendly, accommodating and welcoming, and assisted us happily with any requests or queries we had and always offered up fantastic tourist recommendations. The room was the perfect size for our needs, with fast Wi-Fi and TV services, and the bathroom was perfectly fine with decent water pressure. Ideal place for cheap if you are staying in Lisbon.

l'amabilitat del personal. Les facilitats per guardar la maleta unes hores més, fins que haguéssim d'anar a l'aeroport. La localització, era molt cèntric.

L'habitació era molt petita, sense cap finestra, ni al lavabo. A la nit es va sentir música molt forta què no sé d'on venia, però va durar fins les 4 de la matinada.

Smelly room, not 10m² as stated, bathroom is where the hideous smell is coming from - room faces the communal kitchen, with no soundproof room it means hell on earth. Bear in mind that washing machines are in the kitchen, so add - noises from guests, noises from staff, noises from running washing machines, noises from outside. Be less greedy and create a comfortable space with less rooms and more quality :)

La localización céntrica del alojamiento y el trato del personal. También que tuviera nevera en la habitación.

Poca limpieza. Hormigas en la habitación. Instalaciones muy antiguas y faltas de mantenimiento. La TV fallaba mucho y pocos canales y ninguno en español. Suelo de madera cruje mucho y se oye los vecinos de al lado y arriba.

Too small bathroom, not possible to even wash hands. Too noisy because of the huge external door clapping sound and non-sound proof doors. Lies, as I had booked with booking.com a room with private kitchen but there was no private kitchen in the room.

Habitación 8 estaba en un 2 piso, tenia un minibar en la habitación lo cual se agradece para ppder tomar algo refrescante. Hay espacio para aparcar en frente si tienes suerte y. Partir de Las 19h es gratis hasta las 9 am del día siguiente

Praticamente tutto, lo staff professionale e disponibile per ogni necessità, camera accogliente, ordinata e pulita. Letto comodissimo e accessori nuovi. Connessione Wifi perfetta. Ci hanno addirittura chiesto se volessimo cambiare gli asciugamani. Piccola cucina comune a disposizione.

La stanza è oggettivamente piccola, mancano alcuni appoggi anche se compensati da un armadio di buone dimensioni.

The bathroom was too small, I had some difficulties in using the sink and the toilet. The toilet flush didn't work very well. The sheet had a yellowish tone in some spots.

Ho soggiornato qui solo una notte. Stanza piccola ma con tutto l'essenziale. Asciugamani a disposizione, aria condizionata, letto comodo, un frigo in camera, saponi a disposizione nel bagno privato. C'è una cucina comune che non ho usato ma a prima vista sembrava abbastanza fornita. Quartiere ben collegato vicinissimo alla linea verde della metro e a 10minuti da piazza Rossio

Il lavandino del bagno privato estremamente scomodo perché minuscolo ma comunque fa il suo lavoro. Il quartiere è abbastanza in degrado ma comodo e più tranquillo di quello che sembra a prima vista

Pretty much a perfect place for me. Great location in the center, easily accessible, comfortable rooms, very clean, the guy at the reception very nice and helpful. The bed very comfortable, the room is a bit small at first glance but has a lot of space for clothes etc due to the smart design of wall closets. Great air conditioning, very silent. Very simple and efficient checkin and checkout. I didn't use WiFi at all since I didn't spend much time inside, so that's the only aspect I cannot comment on.

Una noche tuvimos problemas con otra huéspedes que, aparte de llamar al telefonillo como loca luego se peleó con su compañero de habitación. Para lo que ofrece es caro. Calidad-precio baja

The area around the apartment seems like a pirate ghetto..it's not very pleasant to walk around at night.there are a lot of suspicious people around..the sink in the bathroom is almost unusable because it's about 20 cm..it's impossible to wash your face or hands..you have to do everything in the shower cabin..sound insulation is almost non-existent inside the building..so it is recommended to have earplugs..The pictures on the website are only from the first floor of the building, which has been renovated.. the other floors are old and the doors are without insulation.. that is a totally different picture of the building.. and there are 2, 3 and 4 floors.. My pictures are from the second..

The staff were very helpful especially the housekeeping team and Mr.Gurung at the reception. You need to double check which room you will stay in as there's a room I had to change it it was like a prison, you need to double check about the size, the photos to make sure that it's the right one you have booked. The most negative thing at this facility is the kitchen , it's a nightmare, there's a lot or Cockroaches and I told the staff many times to find a solution, i hope that they will find a way as it's really bad to see it.

Kinda hard to use the bathroom, misimg proper curtain, which is hard in PT - impossible to sleep in the early morning. Smell from people cooking in the shared kitchen.

A la réservation on m'a annoncé une chambre de 10 m2 et à l'arrivée on m'a attribué un espace d'habitation de 3,91 m2 avec salle de toilette et douche de 1,40 m2 - mon espace edt situé à l'intérieur d'une cuisine qui sert de buanderie pour cet habitation et qui contient 3 machines à laver le linge qui fonctionnent de 10h à 18h en plus à partir de 13 h et 17h cette cuisine sert de,salle de repassage de tout le linge.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié- j'ai signalé cela le jour de mon arrivé - on m'a,dit à la réception si ça ne vous plaît pas vous n'avez qu'à annuler et après avoir écrit à l'héberger que je n'ai jamais vu , on m'a répondu s'il y a une chambre de libre on vous changera et pas de changement

Rooms are really small, and many don't have windows, so no air circulation. Also, all the laundry for the sheets of all untis in the buildinh is done in one of the units, so the air is damp and humid all the time.

Veramente troppo piccola la stanza e il bagno , nel lettone chi dorme al lato verso la finestra deve scavalcare l altro per scendere . Poi anche non c’è ascensore e mio padre ha una certa età ha fatto fatica . Comunque x qualche giorno si può fare .

I know this was a budget room and I should have checked the pictures even better but I would hope that if the room has no windows, it should be clearly specified. So be aware, the room has no windows, no fresh air. It feels totally claustrophobic. It's not a good value even for that price. The bathroom is so tiny there you can't even turn around and to add to that, there was a cockroach in it. Luckily we spent just one night here but even that felt like eternity.

Pas facile d'entrer dans la douche car WC juste devant. Odeur d'égout dans la chambre sans fenêtre car manque d'aération.

Infelizmente, a nossa experiência não foi positiva. Fomos apenas conhecer o quarto e mudar de roupa, e não nos apercebemos de que era necessário levar as chaves conosco. Acabámos por deixá-las no cofre para evitar perdê-las. Quando regressámos, a porta do prédio estava fechada e não tivemos forma de entrar. Tentámos contacto, mas ninguém nos atendeu, o que compreendemos por já ser tarde. Ainda assim, acreditamos que esta situação deveria ter sido claramente reforçada no momento do check-in, para evitar este tipo de problema. Além disso, achámos o quarto bastante pequeno, o que também contribuiu para uma experiência abaixo das expectativas.
