Reviewed Nov 30, 2024Lovely guesthouse run by a friendly and hopsitable family. 5-10 minute walk from the center and very close to Tundikhel. Spacious rooms, hot shower and delicious food. Loved our stay.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2023About the facility, we particularly loved the balcony (strategic to hang our laundry) as well as the very comfy beds. In terms of location, it was perfect! Super close to an incredibly stunning view point facing the Himalayas (good to watch sunrise and sunset) and just a few minutes away on foot from the town centre.
Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2023The owner couple was very nice and tried to their best. Female staff or daughter, dont know which, spoke no english at all. But big plus for the hot drinking water, thank you.
The WIFI was very very bad....didnt work almost all, and if it did - got cut off all the time. Also not on a quiet walking street - so there was traffic and noise in the front.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2023The kindest family own the guest house - I felt like it was my own home. The view was so peaceful. Bed was comfortable, shower was really hot. Breakfast in particular was delicious. I was given recommendations of what to do, learnt about local culture and felt so welcome - would come back here in an instant!

Reviewed Feb 20, 2023I've just left and I already miss Bandipur and Small Town Hotel. The owners are among the nicest people I've met in Nepal and really make you feel part of the family. The guesthouse is located less then 10 minutes walking from the Main Bazar, in a really relaxing area close to a beautiful viewpoint. The rooms are big and clean, some of them even have a private balcony with a beautiful view and they have the best hot shower I've found in Nepal. They also provide delicious food!

The bathroom wasn’t clean, exposed wires in ceiling and walls, beds were hard and didn’t smell well, people in other rooms were allowed to party and made a lot of noise.
